This is the theatre that performs plays for Elderahn. Here people enjoy most nights of entertainment, and young writers can have their plays performed. They mostly do their own plays, but if someone is willing to form a cast and crew, they're allowed to perform their own here.
┍╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┑ "What do you mean I have to attend an interview regarding my mother? I don't have to do anything regarding her, you should already know that!" she yelled towards her agent, though it came off as harsh, her agent already understood why she was being like that. He knew and understand why she was against the idea of being interviewed about her mother and he knew how she'd assume that the reporter and journalists would have a field day knowing the harsh reality that Lyric had lived. "I have to practice for my upcoming performance, please cancel that ridiculous interview." she asked politely before waltzing towards the center of the grand stage.
'This used to be out of reach... such a funny world we live in no?' she pondered, a thought most peculiar. Lyric had a mother that was renown for her ability as a vocalist and it only seemed logical that Lyric herself would also have the same skill but for Lyric, it didn't come easy. The amount of sleepless nights and grueling hours, if not weeks she would spend perfecting her technique was something her mother didn't have to do. Her mother achieved everything with minimal effort and always displayed a charming facade that drew the populace in.
"Don't know how to describe it... I used to be the nicest... uh" she sang, the tender trills and runs escaping her lips, the high notes at the end of each sentence echoed throughout the theatre with excellent vibrato. "Gave you everything, went all out, should have seen it coming we would fall out" she sang, the pace quickened as she hissed the worlds out, a sense of displeasure, as if the memory of someone leaving her. "But you keep trying... i'm just so done with fighting... I'm over you..." she sang, her eyes closing, the sincerity and pain present in her tonality. She paused thinking about everything that had happened during her time in training, all the losses she experience and the hardships. ┕╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┙

It was another day of practice for the aspiring musician and Akairo was definitely pumped up about it, carrying his guitar case as well as his bag. He pushed the door open, only to be greeted by his co-worker singing a song at the center stage. The voice of the song depicted sadness and frustration, something out of a dramatic musical in which characters suffered from the hardships of life. It would be rude to just disturb her, so instead, he headed to the backstage, unlocking the case and opening it to reveal his magical guitar. While it may seem like a normal guitar, it actually resonated well with his voice and just like some magical objects, it would only be used fully when it acknowledged its true master.
The redhead would simply wait until the other was done, after which he clapped slowly and softly. "Beautiful and splendid, Lyric. Some may need work but better than last time." He would tell which parts she had to work on later once the girl would ask.

┍╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┑ "Oh, thanks?" she said softly, bowing her head slightly, more a force of habit to show respect to people rather than her own acceptance of thinking of him as equal. To her everyone was expendable and she had no real reason to show any other interest in the red haired male but he was also a musician so she could always relate to him by those means. I suppose that's what you could say friendship forms from, a mutual understanding but she also remembered to keep people at a distance. "Honestly i feel like the thrills aren't needed but its the only way for my vibrato to be full. I don't want the notes to come out airy, technique is key" she said, a slight smile pursing on her delicate lips.
"Are you also performing soon?... OH I NEED TO RUN THROUGH MY CHOREO!" she shouted, her arms falling to her sides as she sighed. The life of an idol, who excelled in all matters media. "I think I chose the wrong career" she muttered, a feint laugh escaping her lips as she looked back at Akairo. ┕╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┙
He wanted to ask if her statement was actually related to her unique style, but resisted to, mainly because he knew that she was still trying and it would just pressure her even more. Akairo was about to reply to the question about whether he would perform or not but the exclamation actually left him stunned for a second before voicing out. "Well, what's your current choreography about? Connected to the song that you just finished singing or a different one entirely?" the redhead questioned while sitting down on a nearby chair. He eventually had a pick to strum the strings; he positioned the guitar close to his lap so that he would start practicing.
"So, wanna hear the sample of the song I'm working on? Or the full version?" he questioned, making sure that Lyric would get something worth her time, even with the fact that she had to practice her choreography.

┍╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┑ "Its just a dance track, I already have most of it perfected but its always nice to have a few practices before you have to perform." she stated placing a head piece in her left ear. "I'll practice the dance while you play, I can listen to both." she smiled taking her beginning stance of the dance. From what she knew, Akairo was indeed talented as a musician but she didn't trust a majority of his judgments when it came to her own performances due to the fact that she didn't trust many people. A musician was something she liked, but it didn't mean she trusted them just because they understood music as well. She waited for her music to start and for Akairo to begin playing.
'I wonder where his little sister is... I hope she's doing alright. I wonder what it would be like to have a little sibling? hmmm...' she pondered as she began to move her feet, sliding delicately back, her hand adjacent with her foot work. ┕╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┙
"Well, if you say so," he spoke as Lyric was starting to work on her choreography. With her being a talented dancer, it would mean that her movements would always be on point. Her hardworking attitude was something that Akairo would give credit about, but he should get started on practicing his own thing. He let the guitar pick strum the strings in various tones while still keeping in mind of the finger positions. He would let the magic work when the stone on the instrument was glowing, resonating alongside his mana. For now, though, he would not activate since it was just for a normal rehearsal.
The music he was playing actually had the medieval vibe to it and it was one of his specialties. Akairo would decide to play the full song and note to himself on what he should improve to make it sound better.
┍╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┑ After finishing her dance routine, she stopped and listened carefully, taking her ear piece out. The music wasn't essentially her style, she preferred a more R&B kind of feel but she also had to perform numbers that had were dance oriented. "Are you going to be singing with it? The key sounds like it would be pretty in falsetto or chest." she suggested, but that was just her own opinion. Their taste in music was different and she fully understood that.
Walking to the edge of the stage she began creating illusions of herself with slight differences as she began to dance her routine again, the illusions following suite. This was the easiest way for her to perform, it was all down to her, she didn't have to have faith in anyone else. ┕╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾╾┙
Akairo was almost done with the song when Lyric questioned him, prompting him to stop playing his guitar for a moment to answer to it. "I.. actually haven't thought of the lyrics yet, honestly. I'll start working in that next once I feel that the tuning is just right." He would give the song a few more test runs and then he would start working on the lyrics. Perhaps he was truly getting a bit too worked up on the notes that he actually ended up forgetting the other aspects, but no, he shouldn't worry too much. He still had time before his gig at the theater would start; the day would be two weeks from now.
Also, he saw that she was definitely getting better with her dance choreography. Smiling in approval, he started the song again from the top, the mental notes of improvement still fresh in his head. The lyrics would be next big thing to worry about after this.
