This common room is for the use of Slytherins only! If seen with another character from a different house in here, as long as its in an rp "plot" of some kind, and not a random post, that is fine.
Common room: The room is about the size of...well its large, lets just say a 25 meter pool...but as wide too.The room is painted a dark green, the door handles are snakes. Pictures decorate the walls, many of the past heads of houses, salazar, and other famous dark wizards and witches. The portrait to enter the common room is of a snake, who is rather moody, but lets most anyone in because of its small brain.
Their are two black leather sofas in the common room, three....lazyboys also black leather, creative eh, haha. A dark, oak, wooden table. A fire place, two of the lazy boys seated next to it. Beside the lazyboys are two small tables for cups, or to lay your books down.
Two desks are placed in the corners of the room, for work/study. And book shelfs next to each desk.
The fire is rarely lit. In the years of Voldemort, the fire, when lit, was used by the family members, or deatheaters, as a mean of communication. Rarely being lit then, because many of the members feared their own family, and were displeased to see them appear. Old habbits are hard to break, so it hasn't been used often.
The room is usually darker, because of the lack of actual windows. Their is one enchanted window, which is charmed to show the weather. The window has a mind of its own, and rarely shows the correct weather. It is quite found of showing hurricanes and tornadoes, to scare first years.

Yuki walks into the common room... seeing that it was deserted she pulled up a chair next to the fire and read her book intently.

Sakura, a first year walks into the room with intrest, takes a book from the bookshelf and sat down in the desk. Instead of looking at the book as a person would do, her eyes wandered across the page and looked about the room.

((I thought the entrance to the Slytherin commonroom is a gargoyle of somesort?... eek But anyway...))
Dark and murky as always, yet it has always been the place that would sooth her mind since she first set her foot in Hogwarts. Rauko, paced towards the black leather sofas and slouched herself into one of them with a rather great sigh.
"Bloody dark and cold in here... why can't the houselves lit us some fire?" she snorted quirking an eyebrow as her eyes grazed the fire-less hearth.

Aura walks in and streaches falling into a plush chair. "wow this is a very comfy chair." she waves her wand and her dark arts book appers in front of her I guess I can do some reading.

Vicious entered the common room and looked around."Very comfy reminds me of voldemort's lair". He fell lightly onto a couch and pulled out his defence against the dark arts book."If I learn all of the defences I should be even better at the dark arts". 'Well better get to my class.'

As Kaya walked into the common room, she noticed that all the light seemed to be sucked away. 'Interesting. No one is around. All's the more fun for me, then.' She walked around the room, examining everything as she walked by. "Well, since no one is here, I may as well find a bed and unpack my stuff." So Kaya walked up the stairs to the girls dorm.

With a sigh of relief, Reya sank into the closest lazyboy and stared out the enchanted window. There was supposedly a thunderstorm at the moment. After a while, she decided she should head up to her dorm, since everyone was supposed to be asleep by now.

Rachelle walks into the common room and finds a table in the middle of the room. She sits down in the chair and pulled out her Defense Against The Dark arts book and starts studying about defensive spells. The common room wasnt very crowed, but it was very dark indeed. Kind of creepy, but she loiked it like that. Just her type.

Justina sighed and went into the common room after saying the password. As she walked into the room she grinned and went to sit down by a couch that was close to the fireplace. She set her things aside as she sat down on it. Justina watched the flames crackle and burn the logs for some time zoneing out into her own world.

Kaya sat next to the fireplace, and watched as Kale chased his tail. " You behave yourself, Kale, I have to go to class now." Kaya walked out of the common room, and towards her first class of the day.

Rachelle saw some girl and her cat by the fire. The girl looked happy as caould be with her cat, talking to it, playing with it. She wished she could be that happy also, but she wasn't. She didnt think she'd ever be that happy. It made her sad. "Why cant my life be like that?" she asked herself outloud, hopeful it wasnt too loud that other people in the common room woulkd have heard. She had jsut had a death in the family, and it was affecting her greatly. It was her favorite uncle who past. She seemed depressed now and wished she could go back in time to save him. She didnt know what to do. She couldnt keep studying DATA anymore, she wasnt focussed, so she got up and went over to a couch by the fire and layed down on it. Throwing a ball up into the air and catching it. "I wish my life could go back to the way it was."

Aura walked into the commen room not being able to study so early. "i'll study tonight" Aura saw a girl tousing a ball. she noticed she looked said. Aura waalked up to her. "hey you alright? she asked

She sees a girl come over to her out of the corner of her eye. are you ok?she asked me. "uhm yeah Im fine, thanks for asking, just having a really hard time with family matters right now." She answerred back. She wiped her eyes. They were swollen and very red because she had been crying. It was soo hard she thought to herself, t lsoe someone she loved. She at up and faced the girl. "Well Im Rachelle, but ou can call me Fangz" she held out her hand. "Its just a nickname."
