I'm hoping to really develop this Guild as a strong source of RP, and I know right now we are still getting the ball rolling and starting out. The system still needs a bit of work, but I hope that won't dissuade you all from what promises to be quality roleplaying.

This setup lets the users feel like their characters are more fleshed out , while the actual quirk skeleton was what helped us put limiters on the character abilities.

This particular method did require me to have 2 or 3 people I personally trusted to go over the applications if I was unable to at the time and be fair in their assessment. In this system the mods and myself rated quirks on a scale of 1 to 5 , 1 being like...Grape boy tier and 5 being Todoroki tier. The rating was based off of the overall assessment of the quirk in question including power scale, and versatility, having a lower ranked quirk doesn't mean you have a weak quirk necessarily, just that the quirk is lacking in a particular area. This way the users can make their quirk and not feel like they're being too constricted in their creativity. It even allows for people to have high quality quirks and not necessarily be given free reign to be essentially god, a long as you have the proper crew in place anyway. My own team and I kept a tight watch on people and their quirks, never letting anyone suddenly increase in power except under very , VERY specific circumstances, and even then nobody was doing anything outside the realm of possibility.
