I was wondering if you guys had big dreams for your life, your hobbies, your future, etc...!
I have several of them! Lesser ones: I want to continue my education. I want to learn different languages and be able to travel and speak the country's language fluently, have a fun Let's Play channel on Youtube with my friends and a personal one, and get healthier and more in shape.
My biggest dream is: I'd love to adopt a child when I'm stable and able to care for a child, and married to continue the adoption line my birth family has. My birth mother was adopted, her mother was adopted, and I was adopted! I'd honestly love to adopt a little girl from China. I want to give a child a chance at a happy and fulfilling life. I'd adopt from anywhere, but I feel strongly towards a little baby girl from China, as Chinese baby girls are often cast aside for place for a son...

D'awww... Thank you! You're sweet to say so.
& I hope I'll be able to adopt as well. I want to give a child a chance at a happy life they may not have been able to have. And what better way than to adopt? It continues the pattern of adopting. It's a long story as to why I was put up for adoption, but in the end, it's made my life so much more worth living. I can't imagine what life would have been like if my birth mother hadn't been selfless enough to give me up for a happier life.
(I was adopted at 6 weeks old.)

Hey guildies.~
When I was little I dreamed of being a vet, but by the time I hit high school I was interested in game design. After going to college for game design for one year I realized A) you don't need a degree in it to do it and B) I would be paid like 1/1000th of programmers as an artist/designer, and would also have to put up with the megatruckload of sexism that comes along with games culture.
SO, fast forward through a communications degree and a couple of existential crises, and I finally decided I'd like to go back to what I know I love doing, hanging out with animals and trying to make a positive difference in the world.
Right now I'm a shelter attendant for the city's animal control department, and I'd like to stay on for two years or so, and potentially move to another animal rescue organization. As long as there are animals around me, I'll probably be happy with wherever I land! My other career dream is to get a graduate degree in clinical social work so that I can become a practicing therapist, but that'll have to wait until I can... you know, pay for grad school.
And my lifestyle dream is to have 2 cats, 1 shiba inu, and a polycule. No preference for how many as yet, but I dream of being snuggled in a happy poly family between at least a guy and a gal.
I love your adoption dream! It's beautiful that your family has been keeping it up for generations. How old would you want to be before you take on a kiddo?

You have some beautiful dreams there.
I really love that you're into animal rescue as well. Our sweet little kitty cat Taffy is a rescue. She was abandoned as the runt of the litter and was sick and recovering from a surgery when we took her in from the ASPCA where I live. She was terrified of shoes and feet walking near her when we first got her. Poor thing had been kicked around as a kitten...
But she's so happy to live with us. She has skin allergies and can sneeze up to 30+ times in a row, but we're getting her healthy and she's a happy, cuddly sweetheart. She sleeps in my parents' bed, underneath the blanket and curled up against my dad as if it's a cave and he's the stalactite. It's adorable. We really love her and she's brought so much happiness into our lives, and likewise to her life. It makes me sad that people will go to more lengths for expensive purebred pets but not give time or thought for a pet that needs a loving family but may not have that title of purebred.
I'm not against adopting purebreds, though. I have had so much happiness added to my life by quirky, shelter pets. I can imagine the same happiness with any kind of pet. I'd love and cuddle all of them.
As for your dreams of being a therapist, I think that's wonderful too! Dealing with my own mental health diagnosis and 'disorders' is made a whole lot more pleasant and able to deal with the help I get from my case managers and people in my support system.
I hope you're able to find your partners, along with the fuzzy family members that you would like to have.
As for my own dreams to adopt, I thank you for the kind words on that! I haven't been able to meet my birthmother, but there's a whole big deal behind why and it's not too pleasant to think about...
I would love to adopt and raise a little munchkin of my own, but be sure they would be able to meet and have their birth family part of their lives if they wanted to. And I would love my own little munchkin now, but my health issues and the fact I am currently unable to date until I can deal with my own issues. I don't want to be in a relationship that's codependent. It wouldn't be healthy for me or my partner. (And I'm far from being ready to raise a child.)
But who knows? I'm not in a rush to be a mom. I'd just like things to happen as they do. Let the puzzle pieces drop into place as they may.

Startup queer cafes/safer spaces for youth and people not into alcohol/drunks/other kinds of drugs inebriation?
Learn a bunch of languages.
Live on a sailboat, live on an asteroid.
Transitioning-specialized doctor: surgeries, hormones, maybe study some gene therapy ways of dealing with it? (I keep thinking about going back to school, but yea I'm scared cause of a bunch of reasons besides me just failing a bunch in high school and community college.)
Live with a bunch of people I like being around.

I want to learn Japanese so when I visit, I can easily get around and communicate with people. Maybe potentially live there one day.
I would love to be in game design or the sciences or more likely the technology field.
I want to eventually fall in love again with someone.
At the end of my life if we don't achieve a way to extend our lives indefinitely, I would like to live my retirement colonizing another planet. I just really want humanity to expand to the stars and I want to be there when it happens.
