Members are allowed to make their own contests, but be sure to let me or Serenity Sunshyne know the rules for your contest/giveaway and how you plan to run it so we know what to look out for. We don't want to misunderstand or the winner of a contest fail to receive their winnings. Or for someone to say they didn't receive their prize when they did.
