I have decided that there should be some contests to liven things up! The prizes and more specific rules with vary with each type of contest, but there will of course be some more general rules that will be posted below. Prizes will also vary.

General Rules
1. All entries must be Gaia appropriate! I will want to post the winners of these contests!
2. All entries must be submitted through a PM to Tsuki Amaterasu.
3. All entries must be received by midnight (EST) of the deadline!
4. All entries must be on their own web-space and stay there until a winner is decided! When I post the winner, I will find space to put them in.
5. Entries must fit within the contest description! For example, if I simply say 'Sailor Moon romance' as a theme for a picture contests, I'm not going to want pictures of Naru and Usagi! If it were a fan-fiction contest with that theme... well, you'll have to make me believe in that romance! ^.~ I'm generally open-minded about that sort of thing though!
6. These contests are open to crew and members alike! I will be the only judge and prizes will come from my own gold and my own inventory! (aka, if there isn't a contest for a while, you'll know why!)

Types of Contests
1. Picture Contests
You simply find a picture that relates to the theme and send it to me! Easy as that!
a. Credit must be given to pictures that are not from the manga, anime, or artbooks.
b. You may send up to 3 pictures!
2. Fanfiction Contests
You by yourself or with someone else write a fanfiction relating to the theme. Easy! ^-^
a. Credit must be given! If another member helped, state it and the prize will be split. If another Gaia member helped, have them PM me and state whether or not they want part of the prize. If someone not on Gaia helped you, just make a mention that like... your cousin or sister helped you or something like that! ^^;
b. Minimum length is one page! There is no maximum.
c. You may submit a fan-fic that you wrote in the past, as long as it fits the theme!
d. One fan-fic per contest. I do need to read all the entries! o.o
3. Banner Contests
You make a banner for the guild!
a. Banner must include the name of the guild and relate to the guild.
b. These must be made by you and you alone!
c. I will probably be putting the winner in my signature as advertisement for the guild... so make doubly sure that it's appropriate!
d. One banner each contest round please... I'll be running these quite often.
e. Sorry Animus! You're exempt! :p You're already the official banner creator for the guild!
4. Storyboard/Comic Contests
a. These will be judged on content rather than artistic ability. That's what the art forum is for! I just have to be able to tell who is who.
b. These must be original works!
c. You may send up to two for each contest.
5. Joke Contests!
I'm a sucker for a good joke or anecdote!
a. These don't have to be Sailor Moon related... but extra points will be given if they are!
b. These can be anywhere from a few words to a page in length.
c. You may write your own jokes or find them... as long as they aren't part of someone else's fanfiction.
d. Make sure these are appropriate for me to post on Gaia! I like dirty jokes as well, but if I can't post them, they can't win the contest... >> Maybe every once in a while I'll run one that doesn't have to be posted though.
e. Send as many jokes as you like! No limit on quantity!
If you have an idea for a contest, PM it to me and I'll consider adding it to the list!
