After noticing the horns, eyebrows and ears, I think this is the villager Shino.

And the new Kindred is most certainly based off a Gyroid.

Now here's some more new items I THINK may be cosplay items but I'll need a second opinion on that.

I think this may be a nod to the NPC Katrina, Being a fortune teller theme with cat ears.
