It is one of the highest rated residential areas in the city of Rockwall, and the most well-known. Residents tend to be upper middle class, with a few lucky middle class folks managing to get by.
- Supply rating: Medium - residential areas are good for everyday needs such as clothing and the like, but finding specific items can be tricky.
Shelter rating: Medium - actual homes are obviously a preferred shelter location, what with having actual beds to sleep in and various other relative luxuries. However, residential areas pose high risk due to population density and cover.
Danger rating: High - high population means a lot of zombies, and there are plenty of places for them to hide. Be sure to thoroughly vet the area before you settle down. Check every room in a house if you plan on crashing.
