yeah, he is. if you saw the episode 50, it reviels Envy has Ed and Al's half brother. he had died from murcury poisioning when he was human.

zane dragon what is the new series new name don't know. if you realy want to know, try the Anime News Network (keyword Full Metal Alchemist.) they should have some info. oh....and i'm 100% sure Envy is a guy. just because some one looks like a girl, dosen't make them one. okay?
