▰▰▰ Description
Fuuinjutsu by and large comes in two varieties, those which are prepared ahead of time by writing out complex formulas and those which are spontaneous with the sealing formula being created on the spot by an application of chakra. Creation of prepared fuuinjutsu on the battlefield is not recommended due to the vulnerability of the formula and the additional costs to one's chakra reserves. Scrolls are the most common material to be used for Fuuin and Fuuin-related storage. However, there are also special sheets of paper that have been treated to also be able to hold sealed things, but it is not recommended for certain techniques due to the vulnerability of the markings being ruined. Though certain techniques may ask for such special sheets of paper and when quick applications are desired they may be quiet useful in a pinch. These papers are also treated, but not for durability like scrolls are, meaning they are easily damaged and not meant to last.
▰▰▰ Sealing Limitations
Fuuinjutsu may be learned if one has open ninjutsu slots and the desired fuuinjutsu is marked with [Universal] in the details. Those of the Scholar class may learn any fuuinjutsu technique, though normal rank restrictions apply. Additionally, no Fuuinjutsu can be learned without first learning the fundamental two; Fūnyū no Jutsu [ Enclosing Technique ] and Kaifū no Jutsu [ Unsealing Technique ]. Some techniques are labeled as [Restricted], only one such technique may be known at a time.
▰▰▰ Scroll Limitations
Only fuuinjutsu scrolls can be used for portable storage purposes, be they items, chakra, or living material. This is due to the extensive time and effort needed to treat them, making them capable of this feat in the first place. Due to heavy amount of treatments these scrolls go through, scrolls cannot be stored in another scroll. In addition to their abilities and limitations, these scrolls are study tools of the ninja and as such are highly resistant to water damage and catching fire.
• Living entities may only be sealed within a scroll of their own rank or higher. Note however that beings capable of molding chakra need only exert the same rank as the scroll to escape. Living entities may not be sealed in a scroll containing anything besides other entities.
• When sealing materials from a jutsu it occupies space in a scroll equal to the chakra by rank of the jutsu. In the case of not having enough space, the material release technique is weakened but not negated. However sealing jutsu themselves requires being able to wholly contain the jutsu in question and may only be done by scrolls of the same rank or higher. The sealing process will fail if these conditions are not met.
• Items without carry limits may be stored in a scroll without impacting storage limits. (Anything that is not ore, or covered herein)
• Jutsu, Jutsu based materials, and raw elements may not be stored within the same scroll as ore or living entities. The three categories of limited storage materials may not be mixed.
•One scroll in the user's inventory may be marked as a 'Master Scroll'. These Master Scrolls may utilize all the stored inventory, entities and chakra based targets within scrolls linked to is using the ( Insert Technique Name Here ) Technique. Scrolls linked to the master scroll are not required to be carried on their person but must be left in a secure location. These Master Scrolls often have intricate inscriptions to depict the complexity of the numerical value of scrolls sealed within it. In addition, Master Scrolls grant all scrolls held within it double their normal storage values. However, Scholar Class, Uzumaki and Yozen Clan have the storage values quadrupled.

The rank of Fuuin determine how much material can be stored within them. Below is a simplified guide to storage quantities for each scroll. Please note that certain Fuuin can subvert this guide.

▰ Enclosing Technique [ Fūnyū no Jutsu ] | Rank X | Universal
By having an object or target touching the scroll they are using to seal the target, the user expends chakra equal to the rank required for the object. This technique does not require hand signs but sealing inscriptions are often used. The Storage limitations and storage quantities information in the Fuuinjutsu Information on the technique listing may be referenced for what may be sealed by use of this technique. Some techniques which require unsealing an object within the technique must be prepared using this technique at the rank of the corresponding technique's execution.
▰ Unsealing Technique [ Kaifū no Jutsu ] | Rank E | Universal
This technique allows the user to release targets sealed by use of the Enclosing Technique or other specified sealing techniques. Extracting targets sealed requires a slight amount of chakra. If unsealing targets to use in combat against another RPC, the user of this technique is required to link to the post that they used the Enclosing Technique or other sealing technique.
▰ Collaborative Summoning Technique [ Korabo Kuchiyose no Jutsu ] | Rank X | Universal
A technique used to support summoning of targets across great distances that would require large reserves of chakra to transport. The cost of this technique can be split between two or more users who know the technique but the individual cost may not cost below 5 chakra. This technique may replace the Summoning Technique when used in collaboration with others who have access to the technique.

▰ Time Sealing [Tebanasu Fuuin ] | Rank E | Restricted
The user forms the required hand signs, placing their hand upon an existing fuuinjutsu inscription or seal. An additional seal that is formed atop the original in the shape of a small clock with moving hands. This seal vanishes from sight after it's placement while extending the duration of the targeted sealing technique or prolonging it's activation by three posts.

▰ Seal Connection [Fuuin Tsunagu ] | Rank D | Restricted | Training
After completing this training, the user is able to take two sealing techniques cast on the same post and have them trigger one another either simultaneously or another clause such as the first being broken to trigger the second. Utilizing this ability requires no activation but does require an additional D Rank amount of chakra applied to the fuuinjutsu used.
▰ Unsealing Technique: Shuriken [ Kaifūjutsu: Shuriken | Rank D | Universal
Preperation for this technique requires the user seal all shuriken they wish to store into the scroll with a single post. The user releases the inscription upon their scroll while waving it before them, releasing the sealed amount of Shuriken within which explode forth and seek out a target. This technique releases the maximum number of shuriken within the scroll while allowing them to be treated equal to the user's body rank instead of the user's technique rank when all are successful. The number of shuriken divides the power equally among the projectiles used.
▰ Unsealing Technique: Paper Snowstorm [ Kaifūjutsu: Kamifubuki | Rank D | Restricted
To create this technique, the user must preform one post sealing several hundred thousand pieces of paper within a small playing card sized sheet of paper and draw the word " Snowstorm " upon it to create the seal. This requires a D Rank amount of chakra to seal. Upon release, this technique expels the paper in a blinding expanse that covers a thirty foot area with the small shreds of scrap paper that continue to circulate for the following post, hiding chakra signatures within it, hiding the user and causing T1 blindness for it's duration.
▰ Winding Smoke Technique [ Maki Kemuri no Jutsu | Rank D | Universal
The user must have prepared this technique by sealing some sort of flammable material within their sealing tag or scroll in a full post prior to use. During combat, the user reveals their sealing tag or scroll, releasing the seal and covering the battlefield in a thick smoke that causes tier two blindness its first post, tier one blindness it's second post and vanishes by the third.
▰ Unsealing: Rainwater Gate [ Kaifūjutsu: Usuimon ] | Rank D | Universal
The user must prepare this technique by spending one post sealing a large quantity of stone, wood or metal to mold the raw materials into a gate shaped barrier upon unsealing. Upon unsealing, the gate emerges before the user, defending them from an incoming attack from the direction the gate is summoned from. This barrier is treated as C Rank when interacting with simple techniques.
▰ Dragon Spying Glass [ Ryuu Teichi no Jutsu ] | Rank D | Universal
The user holds a hand sign after forming an artistic inscription upon a surface that is no larger than six inches maximum. This eye allows the user to gain mental imagery of a standard human's sight at the perspective of the seal's location. The user must be within thirty feet of the object targeted, often used for spying on others.
▰ Sealing Technique: Instant Movement [ Fuuinjutsu: Shunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank D | Restricted
Like other variants of the Shushin technique, the user vanishes from one location and appears at another. This technique's range is limited to locations within eyesight at ranges of thirty feet or less. Upon movement, the user is able to leave an inactivated seal, scroll, or other advantageous set up for a sealing technique for no activation while still retaining it's resource cost. Counts towards Shunshin limits in battle.

▰ Summoning Technique [ Kuchiyose no Jutsu ] | Rank X | Universal
Allows the user to transport contracted beings through a ritualistic drawing of blood or biting of the thumb and slamming their hand upon a surface. Summons can be manipulated into being brought forth if the user has a sample of a contract holders blood and access to this technique. This technique must be used at the body rank of the being that is being summoned.
▰ Reverse Summoning Technique [ Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu ] | Rank X | Universal
A variant of the original Summoning Technique. This allows the user to transport those in possession of a summoning scroll that the user has access to through a ritualistic drawing of blood or biting of the thumb and slamming their hand upon a surface. This has the ability to allow summons to pull their contract holder to their location as well as for those who have inscriptions specifically for this technique attached to them to be summoned to the user's location, but may not be used during combat. This technique must be used at the body rank of the being that is being summoned.
▰ Scroll Communication Technique | Rank C | Universal
The user must prepare for this technique by creating an inscription upon two scrolls or paper medium. This must be done during a post prior to it's use. This technique must only be paid during the creation of it's scrolls and costs nothing to use afterward. At any point, the scroll is able to mimic any text or image that is created upon it's opposite scroll. The ink used vanishes after being read, allowing the owner possessing the scroll to respond to the message. Those using this technique do not need to have learned this technique.
▰ Nature Summoning [ Shizen no Kuchiyose ] | Rank X | Restricted
The user opens a scroll, inscribing it with their transcription, sealing an elemental property which may include Fire, Water, and Earth elements. When sealing one of the elements, it is not necessary for the element to stem from ninjutsu. The chakra used to seal the element away is the rank of the elements power when the unsealing technique is used, producing a ten foot mass of the element per rank of the technique, having the element either spill out from a the scroll as it lays flat or forward as it is held and directed.
▰ Summoning: Body Sealing Technique [ Kuchiyose: Tai Chouin no Jutsu ] | Rank C | Restricted
This technique requires the Summoning Technique be known. The user places an inscription on an empty scroll that is designated to summoning. The user is able to seal living bodies that are either unconscious or that give consent to the user with an E Ranked upkeep cost. This is commonly used to transport wounded allies, prisoners, or large bodies without drawing attention to one self. Those of Medical Class have access to this technique, despite it's restricted status, consuming a medical ninjutsu slot.
▰ Twin Rising Dragons [ Soushouryuu ] | Rank C | Restricted
The user must prepare this technique by sealing the desired number of weapons within two separate scrolls in their possession during a post. During combat, the user removes the scrolls, preforming a single hand sign as the scrolls begin to fly upward into the air as they reveal themselves and intertwine. As the scrolls ascend, the weaponry can either levitate momentarily which allows the user to leap into the air and throw the weapons within limitations of the Basic Combat System or the weaponry can be launched by expelling chakra to send the weaponry flying at a single target or divided, reducing the rank of individual projectiles.
▰ Five Seal Barrier [ Gofuu Kekkai ] | Rank C | Restricted
A sealing technique that requires extensive preparation. The user must prepare this technique by traveling to five locations within the topic they are defending, spending an entire post preparing the "Kin" Seal upon a tag and placing it. This requires the cost of this technique being placed five times. This technique carries a unique ability to replenish it's strength from the user's chakra no matter their location if any one of the tags remain active. The user can deny this consumption of their chakra, ending the technique at any time. In addition, all five tags must be removed simultaneously to effectively end the barrier.
▰ Finger Engraving Seal [ Shikoku Fuuin ] | Rank C | Universal
The user channels chakra into their finger, allowing it to sear or carve text or inscriptions into any surface. This technique is supplemental when used alongside a technique during combat.
▰ Self Repairing Barrier [ Saisei Kekkai ] | Rank C | Restricted
A technique which can be amplified for each person contributing chakra to the caster of this technique, to include Shadow Clones. The user forms a hand sign, creating a dome shaped barrier that encases a thirty foot area. This barrier individually is not an impressive stopping force, however, during it's execution a C Rank amount of chakra can be shared with the user by allies surrounding them , creating an extra C Ranked Layer to the barrier ten feet outside the one beneath it. Each layer requires a separate action to break. The user is able to repair any layer of the barrier if it sustains C Rank or lower damage by automatically paying the resource without activation. Should the barrier be broken by techniques B Rank or above, that layer is broken.
▰ Secret Technique: Mouth Seal [ Kuchi no In no Jutsu ] | Rank C | Restricted
A technique placed by physical contact between the hand of the user and mouth of the target. Upon contact, a seal is formed on the target's tongue. The user sets the conditions of the seal upon creation, forbidding the target to speak of specific topics or answer various questions. Should the target attempt to speak of the topic, their vocal cords are restricted and they begin to choke on their tongue, silencing them to keep the information from being communication. Removal of the seal is extremely painful, often enough so to convince those affected by it to follow its commands.

This technique requires a prepatory post of the user sealing a source of fire within a scroll in a post prior to combat or the user of this technique. The user unrolls the scroll, unsealing the flame within and using the chakra applied to it's sealing to form it into a mighty forty foot oriental styled dragon that rushes toward a target. The dragon explodes on impact, creating a twenty foot radius of tier two burning and burns upon those within it's range. Persons directly impacted suffer tier three of both.
▰ Chakra Draining Seal [ Chakra Kuuin no Fuuin ] | Rank B | Universal
The user scribes a circular inscription upon the earth then places a target upon the seal. The user forms a hand sign, activating the technique. The target placed within the center of the seal has their chakra drained in B Rank quantities for up to eight posts or until their chakra is depleted, using the chakra drained to sustain itself. The user may specify the type of chakra they desire to drain upon activation ( Regular, Nature, Corrupted Nature, Demon, Ect )
▰ Expansion [ Kakuchō ] | Rank B | Universal
The user is able to create a small seal on their body that is capable of holding weaponry within it. All seals created upon the user's person in this manner have a linked inventory capacity of slots equal to the user's body rank. This may be seen on the Sealing Technique's Information. Sealing items still require the Enclosing Technique, however the technique only requires E Rank potency for this use. Unsealing techniques still requires the Unsealing Technique.
▰ Kuchiyose: Rashōmon [Summoning: Rashōmon ] | Rank B | Restricted
The user bites their thumb, mimicking the process for the Summoning Technique. The user is able to summon a five foot thick barrier that resembles a stylized gate measuring forty feet in height and twenty feet in width. This technique requires an A Rank amount of resources to destroy it. This technique negate overwhelming statuses when defending. Additionally, upon summoning the gate, the user may apply the Enclosing technique for no additional activation at any rank. The gate swings open, forming a vaccum that draws in targets within ten feet per rank of the enclosing technique applied. Resisting this sealing requires chakra equal in rank and potency to it's strength. The target is then sealed within the gate and the gate may be dismissed, keeping the target sealed within the gate until it's next summoning. The user may release the target sealed by applying the Unsealing Technique at any time.

▰ Element Sealing Method [ Godai Houin no Michi ] | Rank X | Restricted
The user unrolls a scroll and writes an inscription that may be prepared prior to it's use. The user then executes the hand signs and other requirements for a ninjutsu technique they know, touching the scroll and sealing the technique within the scroll. Upon unsealing, the technique is released as it normally would have been otherwise, using the scroll as it's source of origin. Alternatively the user may hold this scroll before them in order to seal a technique that is being used upon them by paying it's resource cost.
▰ Danzo's Sealing Technique [ Fuuinjutsu no Danzo ] | Rank B | Restricted
The user makes physical contact on a target, creating a seal upon their body. The seal begins to expand rapidly, overtaking the limb it is applied to after one post, applying tier three paralysis to that limb. The second post the limb is subject to tier four paralysis while the remainder of the body is subject to tier two. Upon the third post, the target is subject to total body tier four paralysis. Requires the Special Operations Profession.
▰ Danzo's Second Sealing Technique [ Ni Fuuinjutsu no Danzo ] | Rank B | Restricted| Augment
An augment to Danzo's First Stealing Technique. When the user places the seal upon the target, the seal is made invisible. The target is robbed of a mild descriptive of the user's choice in addition to the parent technique for no additional activation. Each post the target is under the effect of the Sealing Technique, the descriptive reduction is doubled. Requires the Special Operations Profession.
▰ Seals Sealing [ Fuuin Houin] | Rank B | Restricted
The user forms an inscription upon a scroll that prevents sealing techniques to be used within a forty foot radius of the scroll. When a technique is prevented from activation, the seal upon the scroll glows hot white. This technique requires an upkeep cost of ten chakra per post.
▰ Sealed Iron Wall [ Fuuin Teppeki ] | Rank B | Restricted
The user forms two identical seals, each on the left and right sides of a barrier, wall or door before the user, intended to be used on two door panels originally. By touching both simultaneously, the user enforces the strength of the door or barrier, adding this technique's resources to it's strength during collisions. Additionally, opening a door with this applied without a parent technique requires an A Rank amount of resources to open.
Kekkai Houjin [ Barrier Method Battle Array ]
Type: Spiritual :: [ Universal ]
Official Description: Kekkai Houjin is a high-level Ninjutsu trap technique. An array of explosive markers are jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If any opponent walks through the boundary, the seals will activate and explode.
Guild Description: All Fuuin will be used in a single instance and must be made at the same time. If the user wants fourteen [14] points of explosions then they must have the fuuin written out that many times and all imbued with chakra in a single activation. The power of each blast the sum of B Rank chakra (40) divided by the number of blasts. If it was fourteen [14] then each point would inflict damage equal to the nearest ranked chakra cost. In this case the number would be rounded to an E Rank blast at each point (40 divided by 14 = 3 and rounded to nearest rank is E). Once all are imbued with chakra they must be placed down in a line. The chakra between them will recognise when another chakra source steps between them and will trigger the blast in a domino effect from the source of the disturbance.
Ni no Fuuin Houin [ The Second Seals Sealing ]
Type: Spiritual :: [ Universal ]
Official Description: A symbol, once laid upon a non-living object, prevents all but 2 Fuuin from interacting with it. Applies to Fuuinjutsu only, so that it may be interacted with normally.
Guild Description: Place this Fuuin upon an object to prevent any other Fuuin from interacting with it. The last two Fuuin placed upon the object will still be in effect, however. Simply put; it locks an object in how it can be used by Fuuin techniques.
Sanbou Kyuukai [ Three Buddhist Treasures Vacuum Creation ]
Type: Spiritual :: [ Puppeteers ]
Official Description: Sanbou Kyuukai is a Fuuinjutsu technique used by three of puppet master Chiyo's Chikamatsu puppets. The puppets come together to form a pyramid. After forming a hand seal, a great anti-suction will spew out debris to all the surrounding targets from the area between their bodies.
Guild Description: The user must be of the Puppeteer class and have the access, and skill, to control three puppets simultaneously. Each puppet will have a Fuuin inscribed or painted on them, with the intended debris materials already stored within the seals. This jutsu will allow the activation of all three seals, via their attached chakra strings, and combine their stored materials to spew them forth upon an opponent.
Shikoku Mujin [ Inverse Four Dark Mist Array ]
Type: Spiritual :: [ Universal ]
Official Description: A barrier that breaks down the level 2 curse seals, so that they are unable to be maintained.
Guild Description: The user will perform the necessary hand signs and activate their chakra. This will cause a wave of sealing chakra to expel from their position, up to 30ft or until a physical object blocks it. Any activated level two [2] Curse Marks will be immediately sealed upon the host being touched by this wave.
Shikoku Mujin [ Four Dark Mist Array ]
Type: Complex
Official Description: Shikoku Mujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by the Sound Four. This special barrier jutsu is used in conjunction with the Seishingan drug. Normally the drug causes death, but the barrier softens the effect to a temporary coma. This forceably allows the body to be able to handle a level two cursed seal.
Guild Description: A fuuin symbol is drawn onto the target or onto a piece of paper that is placed on the target, and the user activates it by touching the symbol after the appropriate hand signs are made. This seal will prevent any poison from taking full effect, and will even lessen the negative effects of Cursed Marks to a survivable level. Please note that the target of this jutsu always falls into a coma until the jutsu is canceled. If no poison or harmful substance is detected, or is metabolized by the body while in a coma, the target will reawaken. Also note that the target is not held in suspension, as they would if sealed in a scroll, so they can still die of malnutrition, loss of blood, etc.
Fuukoku Houin [ Dark Sealing Method ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: Fuukoku Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by the Sound Four. This seal is used in conjunction with the Shikokumujin. After the Sound Four seal the individual in the container, they further add this seal as another layer of protection. To create the seal, the Sound member will write the incantation in blood on the sealing paper and then attach it to the container. Finally the Sound member will form the needed hand seal and activate it.
Guild Description: After writing the incantations in blood on the sealing paper, one will attach them to each corner of the container. These work exclusively in conjunction with the Cursed Seals System. They help to keep the person contained within from expiring due to the stress of the conversion from Mark 1 to Mark 2, by placing them in state of suspended animation.
Fuukoku Houin [ Light Sealing Method ]
Type: Spiritual (Supplemental)
Official Description: Undoes the effects of the Fuukoku Houin [ Dark Sealing Method ]
Guild Description: After writing the incantations in blood on the sealing paper, one will attach them to each corner of the container. They work exclusively in conjunction with the Cursed Seals System. They help to keep the person contained within from expiring due to the stress of the conversion from Mark 2 to Mark 1, by placing them in state of suspended animation.
Shishi Enjin [ Four Violet Flames Battle Formation ] | Rank B
The user and three allies stand in a square or rectangular pattern, surrounding a target area. All four users must have access to this technique but the cost is split evenly among them. Shadow Clones may be substituted for allies. The users form hand signs in unison, creating a large barrier that expands up to forty feet between the users and in height. Additionally, a small cubical barrier is formed around the user, preventing those within from attacking the users. Those within the barrier who make physical contact with the barrier are subject to painful burning sensations from the users chakra. This technique requires an A rank amount of chakra or higher to break free of it's hold.

Type: Spiritual :: [ Universal ]
Official Description: Ibiki summons a giant iron maneki neko, which appears beneath the opponent from underground, split down the middle. The statue clamps around the target and is then wrapped in chains, which drag it back down into the ground.
Guild Description: See official description. Requires minimum A Rank training in Fūnyū no Jutsu [ Enclosing Technique ] and Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Summoning Technique ]. The user will require a scroll inscribed with Fūnyū Fuuin and capable of holding large quantities of material. With enough iron already sealed inside the scroll, the use of Kuchiyose • Aian Meiden [ Summoning • Iron Maiden ] will use that iron to appear beneath a visible opponent to trap and seal the target. As soon as the iron cat has closed, and full descended back into the ground, it will seal itself, and its contents, back into the scroll of its origin. Living entities are kept in stasis until released.
Gentoushin no Jutsu [ Lit Apparition Technique ]

Official Description: Gentoushin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique created by Pain and used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination Jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.
Guild Description: See official description. Requires minimum A Rank training in Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Summoning Technique ] and Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Reverse Summoning Technique ]. The user will use a standard Kuchiyose contract, signed by one or more individuals/entities, to summon an astral projection of all who have signed. The user cannot pick and choose who will appear - all who signed are summoned at the activation of this jutsu. Astral forms can participate in combined jutsu with the summoner, but not singular jutsu cast on their own. Initial cost allows astral forms to remain for up to four [4] posts after activation. Only breaking the contract or the user cancelling their chakra into the technique can unsummon the astral forms. Astral forms can only go where the user has been.
Kuchiyose • Sanjuu Rashōmon [Summoning • Triple Rashōmon]

Official Description: Kuchiyose • Sanjuu Rashōmon is a Ninjutsu summoning technique utilized by Orochimaru. One Rashōmon gate alone was said to be his ultimate defense, with this variation he can summon three of the gates in succession to help block a great incoming blast. Because the gate requires two summoning calls (a right and left), he will bite both his right and left thumbs to initiate the contract. The gates are not invincible however, being dented by the Soutourou of Kiba and Akamaru, and totally destroyed by Naruto into his four-tailed Kyuubi form. The latter gates do manage to deflect the majority of Naruto's blast though, which could have killed Orochimaru had it not be deflected.
Guild Description: See official description. Requires minimum A-rank training in Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Summoning Technique ] and Kuchiyose • Rashōmon [Summoning • Rashōmon]. Draws forth three [3] monstrous gates of Rashoōumon, primarily for defensive usage. Each gate will block all attacks up to their B rank, no matter elemental or other aspects. Breaking through a gate reduces the incoming technique by one rank per gate until stopped or all are broken. Opening the doors will cause the same general vacuum effect of sealing objects, only at the size of the door, and is therefore a good way to quickly seal large amounts of matter for later usage up to the designated scroll’s capacity. This technique has a two [2] post cool down.
Zoufuku Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Amplification Summoning Technique ]

Official Description: Zoufuku Kuchiyose no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Pain with his giant multi-headed canine summon. Upon being struck by a direct attack, the canine can divide into another identical beast and increase its power. The beast can then recombine if needed, with one body carrying the heads of however many additional beasts were created.
Guild Description: Requires minimum A Rank training in Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Summoning Technique ]. Activate and direct this jutsu onto the summon’s contract when the summon is already there. The summon is thus given the ability to ‘split’ and create an identical, physical copy of itself. The amount of chakra spent on this jutsu will be the indicator of how many times the summon can split. To explain, A Rank chakra is 80 and a split costs an E Rank, which is 5. 80 divided by 5 is 16. Dividing does not cost extra, it is just how to calculate the number of splits available. The summon may reform into its own splits at no cost and at any time.
Omamori no Kekkai [ Protective Tag Barrier ]

Official Description: This technique was created by the Hunter-nin of Kirigakure and according to Ao, they are the only ones who know how to cancel the technique. When a specific part of the user's body is targeted, this technique is automatically activated. The talismans move to cover the specific body part and form a barrier to protect it. Ao wears these talismans as earrings as a precaution should anyone try and target the Byakugan in his right eye socket. These talismans have the kanji for a humble form of "to hear" (承, shō, uketamawa(ru)) on both sides.
Guild Description: In obtaining a set of earrings, rings, badges, or other similar items, one will draw the seals needed upon each item, indicating within the seal which body part to cover. After donning the items, any act to harm that specific body part will cause the corresponding item to immediately appear and deflect the attack. They will negate any attacks up to A Rank but will break in exchange. Can only assign one item per body part and each individual item requires the A Rank cost of chakra. May only be used twice [2] per battle.
Bunshin Houin [ Clone Sealing ]

Official Description: A glowing purple seal which is drawn upon the user's skin, encompassing all limbs. All clones in the area will submit to the will of the user, but retain their original abilities, techniques, etc.
Guild Description: After performing several hand signs, a purple seal will spread across the skin of the user and will send out a pulse of chakra. This bubble of chakra will expand outwards to a distance of half a mile, uncaring of any physical objects in its way. It will latch onto any and all clones within its range, transferring the control to the user, while keeping their upkeep cost to their original owner. Duration is until the clones die, but any chakra drain continues from the one stolen from.
Chakra Seals [ Specific ]
Type: Complex
Official Description: A seal for demonic chakra. Placing one of these on a person that has any number of tails will revert them back to their non-tailed state.
Guild Description: One generally writes a specific symbol down upon a hand-sized piece of paper and attaches the back of it to the jinchuuriki out of control. It is not recommended to actively pursue getting close to out of control jinchuuriki, but good luck! All tails will be sealed at the time of physically touching the fuuin symbol to the jinchuuriki. Requires jounin rank or higher to learn. Alternatively Kage permission to learn may be obtained. Takes one [1] full day to write.
Chikamatsu Sealing Technique [ Unnamed ]
Type: Complex
Official Description: This unnamed Fuuinjutsu technique is created by one of the ten Chikamatsu puppets. This seal prevents the one sealed from manipulating chakra. There are two methods for this seal. In the first, the puppet will expel a hazy orb from its mouth which can be thrown. While flying through the air, the orb will lose it's haze and grow in size to a huge gaping beast-like head. The large teeth can grab ahold of the person it hits and pin them to a wall. Once the it impacts the wall, it will immediately release the seal onto the surface. In the second form, the main puppet will expel the seal from its mouth onto a surface it is touching.
Guild Description: Planting this symbol onto a target and activating it with direct touch and hand signs will seal the target from their chakra for three [3] posts. Can only be used once [1] per battle.
Ekoroji-undou Fuuin [ Ecological Sealing ]
Official Description: A spherical barrier extends out from the user to encompass all around them, stopping nearly all of everything in its tracks.
Guild Description: Written upon a scroll with at least an A rank's amount of space available, simply unfurling it will activate the fuuin symbols, taking the necessary chakra. All non-jutsu plants, animals, bugs, etc... are stopped in the middle of what they are doing and are immovable. Humans are not included. For example; birds will fall out of the sky, a human running past a bush will not be able to go through the bush without excessive cuts and abrasions as the branches will not bend or sway, a stream's water will pile up against the edges of the barrier, etc... Must be jounin or higher to learn. Alternatively see your kage for permission to learn. Duration: 4 posts. Range of effect is half a mile.
Fuubaku Houjin [ Exploding Seal Method Formation ]

Official Description: Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by Iruka. Arranging the seals in a square formation, Iruka will draw his target within the array. He can then form handseals to activate the tags and prep them for explosion.
Guild Description: One will write the same fuuin symbol upon several pieces of paper and place them upon whatever surfaces desired. Once the backs of the papers are fixed, they are considered active. This technique makes four [4] seals which act to all explode when a given signal is established.
Fuuja Houin [ Evil Sealing Method ]
Type: Spiritual :: [ Universal ]
Official Description: Fuuja Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.
Guild Description: By drawing out a room's worth of Fuuin symbols and having the affected individual sit within it, one can condense all of the symbols onto the cursed seal with a simple hand sign. Sealing a curse mark in this fashion will permanently seal it away, causing the mark become useless. However, if performed by a ninja of S rank or higher the curse mark wielder may still utilize the mark but only through conscious effort. May only be utilized in combat by ninja of the Scholar class.
Gogyou Fuuin [ Five Elements Seal ]

Official Description: Gogyou Fuuin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used by the Sannin Orochimaru. Orochimaru forms an elemental seal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He used this odd numbered seal to disrupt the affects of the even numbered Shishou Fuuin placed on Naruto's stomach by the Fourth Hokage. The Gogyou Fuuin would disrupt the Shishou Fuuin's ability to let the Kyuubi's chakra blend into Naruto's chakra.
Guild Description: After a series of long, complex hand signs, the user will have a seal dedicated to five chosen elemental affinities of their choosing. The effects of this technique will take place once the user touches the target with skin-to-skin contact, leaving behind a complex seal on the target’s skin. Whether it is used on a Jinchuuriki or a regular shinobi, the mark seals the target’s ability to use any of the designated elements until Gogyou Kaiin [ Five Elements Unseal ] is used to remove the mark.

Water techniques will change to their equivalent in Fire. Fire to Wind, Wind to Lightning, Lightning to Earth, and Earth to Water. Individuals with no natural affinities to the new element of their activated jutsu will not have control over the jutsus' effects. Only works on the 5 main elements. Kekkai Houin [ Barrier Sealing ]

Official Description: A seal which can be placed anywhere, even in the air. When activated, an invisible wall (to those without sensory abilities) will be erected & will act according to its type.
Guild Description: Upon activation via handsign, writing, or engraving, this seal will spread out in a 2-D plane, conforming to the objects in its way. Maximum size: 100 square meters. Can be broken with an attack one rank higher. Duration of up to three [3] posts.
Types:
Non-interference: Physical only, anything made purely of chakra can go through the barrier with ease.

Kemono Fuuin no Jutsu [ Beast Sealing Technique ]

Official Description: After creating the necessary seals, the seal formula rises up like chains and binds the target.
Guild Description: After inscribing the complex, large fuuin across an area of a small room, the user can then plant their hands on the ground to activate the technique. Note: the intended target needs to be on the seal to be caught by it. Chains made of chakra rise up and bind the target completely, allowing more powerful seals to be placed on the creature with much less hassle. If used on a summoning, it disappears. If used on a Bijuu, it remains bound for up to five [5] posts before breaking free.
Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu [ Mirrored Surface Attacker Technique ]

Official Description: Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which acts as an additional protection for the Gofuu Kekkai Fuuinjutsu. Knowing that the Gofuu Kekkai barrier has a removal weakness, Pain uses an additional protection. When the four surrounding barrier tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the surrounding natural elements and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.
Guild Description: Usually a paper symbol, it is placed upon an object and, when the object is interacted with in any way, the symbol will activate. The user of this fuuin is limited to only gaining one [1] copy of a person. If another is activated, the previous clone will poof in exchange for the new one being made.
Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: A seal which negates the activation--in the local area (i.e. thread)--of normal items such as: explosives, mechanical devices, Seven Swordsman Swords, range finders, opening of closed pouches/pockets, etc...
Guild Description: A palm-sized paper seal which can be placed upon anyone or anything, but must be prepared in advance of a battle. Sticking it to something will enact an immediate area-wide sphere. Duration: 5 posts.
Yuwaeru no Tsukegami Houin [ Binding Tag Seal ]
Type: Complex
Official Description: By placing a seal (封, fū) tag on an opponent or object, a substantial seal is generated that prevents the article in question from being summoned, as long as the originating tag remains intact. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Maki, as well as the other shinobi tasked with sealing the revived shinobi via the Cloth Binding Technique, used these tags in an effort to ensure that they could not simply be recalled and then simply re-summoned to the battlefield. The tag can also be applied to other mediums as seen when Gaara used this seal in conjunction with his Sand Binding Coffin to seal his father.
Guild Description: The Fuuin does not have to be placed upon paper for it to work. Any item with this seal, or items within an area marked by multiples of the Fuuin, will prevent that item/contents in the area from being summoned.

______________________________ Kuchiyose • Gōmon Heya [ Summoning • Torture Chamber ]

Official Description: This technique is used by Ibiki to summon an iron torture chamber around himself and the opponent. First, the enemy's arms and legs are captured by four chains, and then the walls of the cage appear flat on the ground, quickly folding together to box them in. Finally, a large statue falls atop the cage, which is then tightly bound in chains. The floor of the cage is outfitted with a number of gears that can be turned to constrict garrotte wire, which is tightly wrapped around the victim's body. It appears that Ibiki can control the force of the gears using hand seals and chakra, using it as a method of torture and interrogation. He is also able to perceive the pain of the victim.
Guild Description: Requires minimum S-rank training in Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Summoning Technique ] and Kuchiyose • Aian Meiden [ Summoning • Iron Maiden ]. A scroll already containing large amounts of iron must be at the ready for this Kuchiyose technique. With the scroll of iron in hand, the user will summon the contents via hand signs. The intended effect will occur so long as the target is within eyesight. The amount of chakra spent includes the amount of damage that can be inflicted. To explain; S Rank is 160. An infliction of pain and/or injury by the torture chamber of E Rank will cost 5. This leaves a total of 155 to be used to cause injury. Once this is spent then another cost of S Rank chakra is required to maintain the jutsu.
Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu [ Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: It releases four symbols from the place of setting that then forms a large, black sphere around it. Anything caught inside the sphere's area is then drawn in and sealed within the fuuin.
Guild Description: Requires minimum S-rank training in Fūnyū no Jutsu [ Enclosing Technique ] and to know Kakuchō [ Expansion ] (to ignore the 'one [1] item per seal' limit). Usually, the user will inscribe several Fuuin over a wide area, in a circular fashion, or spread objects around the area that have the Fuuin already inscribed on them. In either case, there needs to be at least one Fuuin scroll, or other appropriate material, to be used as the vessel for what will be sealed with this technique. The rank of the vessel will determine the capacity of what can be sealed into it. This jutsu allows the distant activation of all placed symbols, opening up a large vacuum to seal all loose material into the one designated vessel scroll until either the channel of chakra is canceled by the user or the capacity is reached. All living material remains in a suspended state until unsealed.
San no Fuuin Houin [ The Third Seal Sealing ]
Official Description: A gigantic Fuuin symbol springs forth from a large scroll to hang in the air. Those in the area will suddenly find that their own Fuuinjutsu are cancelled out by the effects of it.
Guild Description: The user will spend a large amount of time carefully drawing out each specific detail of this complex and large Fuuin onto a scroll. To activate the seal the user simply needs to unfurl the scroll and apply chakra. Doing so negates all other Fuuin B-ranked or lower in the local area, (i.e. thread) and prevents any more from activating. Duration: 3 posts.
Infuuin • Kai [ Secret Mark Seal • Release ]
Type: Spiritual :: [ Restricted ] May not learn any other restricted techniques.
Official Description: Infuuin • Kai is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Tsunade that allows her to use the Souzou Saisei technique. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body.
Guild Description: The user will have a mark upon their forehead which is able to store up 350 chakra, when outside of battle. Takes 20 posts to fully charge to 100%. When the user wishes, the bounds surrounding the seal will break and leak chakra (or stamina, not both) back into the user's body. Requirement: Medical Class or Scholar class. This technique is treated as universal for those of the medical class.
Iruka's Barrier Technique
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: This barrier was designed to prevent anyone from leaving its confines. Iruka Umino used this technique to create a barrier around the target to prevent them from escaping. Despite its strength, Naruto Uzumaki was able to easily overpower it with his Nine-Tailed Chakra Mode.
Guild Description: Forming a single handsign, the user has to be within an arm's reaching distance due to the compact size of the jutsu. Everything within the seal's area becomes stationary & cannot move. Incoming kunai, jutsu, etc, all get trapped on the outer edges of the jutsu until the seal ends. While inside the seal's area, one can break free from their confines by either expending an S-ranked amount of chakra, or letting out one's full demonic chakra cloak form. Does not take a continual chakra upkeep per each post passed the original expense. Lasts for two [2] posts.
Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ]

Official Description: Jikuukan Kekkei is a Ninjutsu barrier technique used by Yondaime Hokage Namikaze Minato. Utilizing his Hiraishin tagged kunai, Minato can absorb an incoming attack and then transport via Hiraishin's time-space teleport to another location of his choosing. This thus acts as a barrier to prevent the attack from striking its intended target. This jutsu was capable of redirecting jutsu of powerful strength such as the Bijuu Dama.
Guild Description: Transports one whole technique via Hiraishin. Requires Hiraishin to be known. Cost increases relative to the size of the technique. (i.e. E-rank to move an E-rank) Learned as an S-Rank Technique.
Juin Jutsu [ Cursed Seal Technique ]
Type: Complex
Official Description: A variety of curse seals are implementable in shape, form, & function. Learning this jutsu is only possible through live rpc test subjects.
Guild Description: RPCs cannot learn this technique until first learning Sennin Moodo [ Sage Arts ]. Even upon learning Sennin Moodo, this technique still has the requirement of having test subjects to practice on. Upon successfully learning, the user is, from then on, able to place Curse Marks on anyone they choose, including their self. Only one Cursed Mark can ever be applied to one person. Anyone applied must have a link in their profile to where/when they were given the mark, as well as contacting moderators of which type of Cursed Mark.
Mugen Hōyō [ Infinite Embrace ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: A special barrier created by Shiranami that paralyses the enemy and takes away his chakra. It's quite difficult to resist it, but Naruto Uzumaki managed to do it using the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's chakra.
Guild Description: After forming the necessary hand signs the user must trace over the ground a large, but simple, Fuuin design. The chakra will keep the shape of the seal, but no actual mark will be left. The range of this trap extends out from the drawn Fuuin by four [4] meters. When a target steps within this range the user can activate the trap by a single handsign. The trap begins immediately draining all chakra from those in its range, who are not the user, causing a large amount of pain while doing so. Usable only once per fight. Auto-drains one [1] C-ranked amount of chakra per the target’s post. Can be countered with all normal Fuuin negations, activating a tailed beast stage, or sacrificing an S-ranked amount of chakra. Can catch up to four [4] people.
Summons Houin [ Summon Sealing ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: A gigantic Fuuin symbol springs forth from a large scroll to hang in the air. Those in the area will suddenly find that their own kuchiyoses are cancelled out by the effects of it.
Guild Description: The complexity and sheer size of this Fuuin symbols requires a large amount of time to be drawn correctly. The user may inject chakra into it early on to allow for anytime activation or may wait until the time wanted to spend the chakra cost. Either way, the user simply needs to unfurl the scroll to activate it. Doing so prevents all forms of Gyaku/Kuchiyose from activating and dispels any already summoned in the local area. Duration: 10 posts within the thread.
Tensha Fuuin • Transcription Seal [ Goddess of the Sun • Heavenly Illumination ]
Type: Complex
Official Description: Tensha Fuuin is a seal with multiple purposes. It can store information within someone or something, with immediate understanding within. Or, it can store given commands--ala computer style--to activate or deactivate jutsu given a certain condition.
Guild Description: Generally, a scroll is used for this technique, with the intricate symbol required written upon it. However, any medium can be used, including people. At the injection of chakra, and physical touch, the user can also infuse their thoughts, or even memories, into the symbol. The next time the scroll is opened, those sealed thoughts will be forced upon the next person who touches the symbol. If the symbol is on a person, however, then that individual automatically takes in the information and the symbol will hold nothing, it’s job rendered complete. If used to teach jutsu, it acts as a five [5] technique addition bonus.

Fuujutsu Kyuuin [ Sealing Technique Absorption Seal ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: Fuujutsu Kyuuin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used by Pain to absorb the substance of incoming ninjutsu attacks. This seal will absorb both plain chakra (i.e. Maruton) and elemental attacks. He does this by reversing his chakra flow to draw the external attack deep within his body and nullify it.
Guild Description: Treating this as a Ninjutsu, it only requires hand signs and chakra to activate. After the signs are made, the user can extend their hands and 'catch' the jutsu aimed at them. The caught technique is then absorbed into the user’s body, gaining half of it’s initial cost back. Only one technique may be caught and the user is required to wait two [2] posts before using this technique again. If the user does not, then they burn out their chakra pathways and will be hospitalized for up to months at a time, in never-ending pain and arthritic-like bodily restrictions. They will also be hit by the jutsu they had attempted to catch. No other chakra-spending techniques may be cast in the same post as this technique’s activation. Can only be used twice per battle.
Jikūkan Kekkai [ Space-Time Barrier ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: Using his Flying Thunder God Kunai, Minato can form a barrier that will teleport away incoming attacks directed at it. He can divert away attacks as large and powerful as a Tailed Beast Ball from the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. Once the attack is warped away, Minato has to direct it to another location.
Guild Description: An example of use; the user will have one kunai inscribed with this technique’s Fuuin symbol and will throw it to land behind the enemy. The user will then throw several more kunai via any means, only to activate this jutsu at the same time. The thrown kunai are teleported to the location of the inscribed one, with their thrown angle of direction altered to the user’s will. Thus, the user can throw kunai at an enemy’s face only to have those same kunai appear behind the enemy and catch them even if they have jumped into the air. Requires Hiraishin to be known.
Keiyaku Fuuin [ Contract Seal ]
Type: Complex
Official Description: Keiyaku Fuuin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to terminate active Kuchiyose agreement control. To use the jutsu, Yondaime will touch his palm to the bloody body of the contract holder. He will then activate the seal, which will remove control of the summoned creature. Utilizing this jutsu, Yondaime was able to end Uchiha Madara's Sharingan mind control of the Kyuubi.
Guild Description: The user will perform the necessary hand signs and must then touch the target for the chakra to transfer over and leave a Fuuin symbol. This symbol will cancel all summoned contracts the target had called in. Terminating an entire set of contracts, such as the Toads, requires an S-ranked amount. Individual termination requires only a C-ranked.
Shisekiyōjin [ Four Red Yang Formation ]
Type: Spiritual
Official Description: A powerful barrier formation noted to only be usable by those of Kage-caliber, whereby four shinobi, standing in a square formation, erect a large barrier that is red in color. It was stated to be several times stronger than the Four Violet Flames Formation, and is highly malleable. When assaulted by a Tailed Beast Ball from the Ten-Tails, the barrier simply distorted its shape, forcing the brunt of the attack upwards while it was left completely intact. Its users can create openings within the barrier to allow passage. The barrier is apparently very chakra-taxing since at least two of its users are limited in the usage of other techniques, such as clone techniques, while maintaining the barrier at the same time.

Tajū Mugen Hōyō [ Multiple Infinite Embraces ]

Official Description: This technique has exactly the same effect as Infinite Embrace, but this version is much stronger. The Magaki Group puts their opponent in a barrier that pushes down on them, preventing them from escaping and draining their chakra.
Guild Description: After forming the necessary hand signs the user must trace over the ground a large, but simple, Fuuin design. The chakra will keep the shape of the seal, but no actual mark will be left. The range of this trap extends out from the drawn Fuuin by forty [40] meters. When a target steps within this range the user can activate the trap by a single handsign. The trap begins immediately draining all chakra from those in its range, who are not the user, causing a large amount of pain while doing so. Auto-drains 1 S-ranked amount of chakra per opponent caught per post, not including the casting post. Can be countered with all normal Fuuin negations, activating a tailed beast stage, or sacrificing 320 chakra. Up to 5 people can be caught.
Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying Thunder God Technique ]

Official Description: Hiraishin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time Jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the Jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them.

An imprisonment technique. The user will apply a seal to the target. After the individual is then confined to space within 1000 feet of the user. Treated as a cursed seal this seal can only be removed by the one who planted it. Attempting to leave the restricted zone will cause the individual to suffer immediate Tier 4 Burning and Tier 4 Burned statuses. Using any chakra above B-rank will result in the same. Demon Chakra, and Sage Chakra are excluded from this. The imprisoned cannot regenerate their chakra whatsoever as long as the seal is placed on them. In order to circumvent these circumstances, an individual may submerge themselves in water. However, at any time should the water dissipate and the imprisoned is out of bounds the Tier 4 Burning and Burned status will continue without end until the affected is burnt to ashes. The user may activate the targets combustion anytime they desire for simply an activation. Sage chakra may be used to counter the effects by paying an S+ rank amount of sage chakra as long as the Sage mode is active, however, demons do not have this option. This technique prevents the learning of any other S or S+ techniques.

______________________________ Bijuu (Tailed Beast) Attachment [ Chiyo Version - Unnamed ]

Official Description: This unnamed Fuuinjutsu technique attached the Shukaku Ichibi to Gaara's unborn body. Shukaku was attached to two Sand ninja previously by Chiyo, presumably using this same technique. To attach the demon, the technique must bring the two beings into sync, both Bijuu and human. As a consequence of the attachment, Gaara's mother Karura lost her life. Akatsuki has termed the attachment of demons to an individual and the resulting loss of life a "Jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice." Such a technique will grant the human portions of the demons power. Kazekage hoped this would create an ultimate ninja, who would have near unlimited chakra from the demon. As a result of Shukaku's attachment, the demon protects Gaara with nearby sand.
Guild Description: A Fuuin symbol is written in the blood of the one being attached, the user's entire life force transfering to protect the target from the adverse effects of having a Bijuu within them. No Fuuin symbol is left on the target's body after this technique. Grants +50 chakra to the starting chakra value, and allows the receiver to keep the benefits of the demon after its extraction. Not usable with non-demonic sealings. Is an even-numbered seal.
Bijuu (Tailed Beast) Attachment [ Raikage Version - Unnamed ]

Official Description: This unnamed Fuuinjutsu technique sealed the Hachibi Bijuu into its container pot. Because none of the Kumo Jinchuuriki could control the Hachibi, they lost control of the beast and it went on rampages. During these incidents, Sandaime Raikage and elite fighters would subdue the beast enough for it to be sealed away in the container pot. When this process was carried out, the Bijuu was removed from the host body, ending the host's life. Killer Bee became the first Cloud Jinchuuriki to successfully control the Hachibi.
Guild Description: Using a containment device of some sort, a large Fuuin symbol is engraved upon it. By touching the engraving, it will activate & suck in all living beings, followed by the lid sealing itself shut atop it. Everything caught within the effect is sealed, so discretion is advised. Live entities transfered into others are treated with the Demon regulations. Is an odd-numbered seal.
Hakke no Fuuin Shiki [ Eight Divination Signs Seal Style ]

The Hakke no Fuuin Shiki was used in conjunction with the Shiki Fuujin technique to seal the Kyuubi demon within the stomach of Naruto. The Hakke no Fuuin Shiki allows the two Shishou Fuuin to leak the Kyuubi chakra back into Naruto's own chakra.
Guild Description: The user will perform an elaborate ritual with the Fuuin's chakra 'written' on the target. Shishou Fuuin [ Four Image Seal ]

Official Description: Shishou Fuuin was a Fuuinjutsu technique used by the Fourth Hokage. The Shishou Fuuin was used in conjunction with the Shiki Fuujin technique to seal the Kyuubi demon within the stomach of Naruto. The Hakke no Fuuin Shiki was used to make the two Shishou Fuuin allow the escape of the Kyuubi's chakra back into Naruto's own chakra. This allows Naruto to draw on the chakra of the Kyuubi and still keep the Kyuubi itself imprisoned. Naruto can access this chakra whenever he experiences heightened emotions or when his own chakra is drained.

Live entities transferred into others are treated with the demon regulations. Whether this seal is even or odd depends on the number of people using it to seal the creature: if an even-numbered amount of people is using it, the seal is even; if an odd-numbered amount of people is using it, the seal is odd.

Fuuin no Kagi [ Key to the Seal ]

Official Description: This technique is used to alter the strength of a seal after it is already in place, usually in very small increments to ease the host in to training. After copying on to paper the seal used to seal a creature, the user creates a large, complex seal around it. The user then activates the seal; the first activation costs 360 Chakra and is used to assign a key to a seal. All subsequent activations for the purpose of altering a seal’s strength cost 80 Chakra. Strength cannot be adjusted to above the seal’s maximum strength (i.e. a weak seal cannot become strong).

Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin [ Complete Nine Mystical Dragon Seal ]

Official Description: Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "Jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the Bijuu for their unique abilities. Once they capture one of the Jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present, they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.
The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the Jinchuuriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the Bijuu, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous Jinchuuriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.
Guild Description: Please refer to the second paragraph of the official description. Requires having the attribute 'Antagonist'. Said attribute can only be passed down from the guild captain or a vice-captain. This technique kills the host.
Sashu Kaiin [ Exploitation Seal Release ]

Official Description: After properly setting up an area, Madara can extract a Tailed Beast from its jinchūriki. The jinchūriki is bound by sealing formulas. Madara had to wait for a long time until the seal was weak enough to use it to extract the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox when it was in Kushina Uzumaki.
Guild Description: See official description. Keeps the host alive after extraction, when the host is exceedingly weak. (<25% chakra remaining, or during birthing) Loosens a seal just enough to extract the sealed creature.
Seals Strength Guide
Weak seals allow sealed creatures and demons the most freedom while still preventing them from controlling the host. Creatures sealed with weak seals have the ability to influence the host the most, and as such weak seals are only used on demons that are unlikely to make power grabs. The two demons in this category are the Sanbi and Rokubi.
Medium-strength seals are powerful enough to help prevent a host from falling under the influence of a sealed creature, but do not fare well under constant strain. As such, these seals are typically used on creatures that only make occasional power grabs; the demons in this category are the Nibi, Gobi, Nanabi, and Hachibi.
Strong seals provide the least amount of freedom for sealed creatures and are usually only used to seal creatures that are violent, unstable, and likely to actively control or endanger the host if not sealed away properly. Many of the demons in this category should have multiple seals put on them in order to protect against them; the Kyuubi requires having multiple seals placed on it in order to fully contain it. Demons in this category include the Ichibi, Yonbi, and Kyuubi.
Individual seals are as strong as their strongest parts; if a 'weak' seal has a prong added to it, for example, it becomes a 'medium-strength' seal.
Any number of seals may be placed on a creature during the sealing process, increasing the overall strength of the sealing by one rank (weak, medium, strong) per extra seal. After surpassing 'Strong', almost all of the sealed creature's influence dissipates, although this is required for the Kyuubi.
Only living RPC's and demons can be used with all the sealing techniques. Animals may be used with all but the Hakke no Fuuin Shiki, unless they have received training from an RPC.
All the bijuu sealing techniques in the S+ rank listing are considered universal to Kage title ninja and those taught by a Kage.
