I mean non-japanese cartoons. This forum is for everything that doesn't belong under Anime (which technically is means animation or cartoons, but for simplicity, it's gonna mean japanese animation for this guide). So American cartoons will go here for now. (even though in japan, they still call american cartoons "anime".)

Basically, this forum is for stuff that doesn't yet fit into another category.
