The Costco located in Rockwall is located just off of Highway 276 and I-30. It is a high traffic location, meaning there are likely to be plenty of undead lurking about.
- Supply rating: high - while it's true that this location in theory has plenty of supplies, it's likely that it was immediately looted during the initial outbreak. However, enterprising individuals will find an extensive supply of medicines in the pharmacy, and its remaining stock is ideal for improvising.
Shelter rating: high - Costco facilities are fortress-like in nature. In addition, the employees are already accustomed to vetting people coming in and out of the store due to its membership policy, so adding on checks for things like zombie bites or other suspicious injuries wasn't difficult. While mistakes were made in the chaos, the enclosed location combined with supplies on hand made them easy enough to suppress.
Danger rating: medium - The building itself is mostly safe, provided people are careful when they enter and leave. The surrounding area, however, has a high undead population. It's important that survivors do everything they can to avoid attracting attention, or the building quickly turns from a fortress into a lunchbox.
