Next is your username at the time of the request.
Lastly, inside the [[ ]] brackets is your Gaia User ID (GUID).
If you lost your card or had a change of username, feel free to PM Soul of the GGP and a new card will be sent to you.
The GUID of the account you used to send the PM will be match against
the GUID on this list. If you change account, you will need to request a new membership (with new GGP Member ID).
