Both bands are completely amazing and easily right next to Tool and NIN in my favorites. I still haven't heard everything by PT, but the music is just so mellow and yet can have some amazing 'hard' songs.
Blackfield is definently worth checking out, too.

I like Porcupine Tree. I only have In Absentia, but I enjoy it quite a bit.

New Blackfield sounds promising. It'll be nice to have a studio version of 'Epidemic' since they've been doing it on tour, but a little disappointed that they're putting "Where's My Love?" on the new record. That was a bonus track; you know better Wilson

Ya a flute solo. It's got a pretty nice jazz/funk club feel to some of the songs.

Guh of course. I enjoy the bits of jazz in Martin Grech's Open Heart Zoo, but I'm too lazy to find a good jazz artist.
I'll have to listen to Stupid Dream, since I've pretty much heard the newer records a dozen times
