Zaria The Zoroark

Zaria had been with Jack ever since he found her at one of his earlier shows. Ever since then she's been earning her keep by helping with the visuals of Jack's shows. As he was getting ready, she was in her bed in their backstage dressing room. She nuzzled his hand as he pet her head, responding with a small happy growl as her kind of pokemon did when they were happy. She always loved watching Jack's shows, as she'd always loved the kind of music he played. Although she didn't trust Jack at first, when they first met, she came to love being around him and their band mates. That included their band mate's pokemon. She never imagined that her illusions would be part of the show when they first met. As the show got started and she watched from her usual spot backstage for her cues, she made sure to put the right illusions at the right parts, making sure they were just right and not too bright or too dim.

Zaria was with them, laying her head on Jack's leg. She didn't feel they owed her anything as she was very happy to be a part of the team. Every one of them had a part to play, from Powering the amps and instruments, to Zaria's illusions, she thought things were perfect. As she was laying with her friends, her ears perked and she started to sniff a little. She then began to growl a little as usually wild pokemon didn't come near people with their own pokemon. Zaria then went over behind the amps before she picked up a wild Zorua, a normal one but still a rare pokemon to see in the wild. She then brought it over to Jack,placing it in front of him, wondering what it was doing here. It didn't have a collar like Zaria and her friends did, but it had been watching the show. The Zorua who was named Zero, wagged his tail at Zaria who was his favorite as her illusions were so unbelievably wonderful to him. Zaria wasn't much for wild pokemon being around her, so she wasn't sure what Jack would do with this Zorua.

Zero was nervous but allowed Jack to pick him up. Then when Jack asked if Zero wanted to join them, he smiled with starry eyes and barked. Zaria put her ears back a little unsure that another Illusionist was a good idea. After all she'd been with Jack since she was no more than a baby. She didn't trust anyone else around him because of the fact that so many fans go crazy around him. She was like his bodyguard and Visuals person all in one, so this was going to be a major change for her. As they went back to their tour bus, she was on her usual spot next to Jack on his bed, curled up. Zero was with them playing around with Zaria's old toys that she didn't need anymore. One of which was a ball that Zaria loved to chase around as a pup. Zaria barely opened her eyes and rolled them turning her head away from Zero as he bought her the ball. She had always had a tough time getting along with newcomers. It took her a while to accept their band mates and their pokemon when she first met them.

Zaria didn't respond but instead nudged the ball back towards Zero before laying her head down. Zero started to chase after the ball, after Zaria nosed it towards him. Zaria wasn't much for playing around these days when it came to Jack. To her, his affection was all she needed besides food and water. She always considered this their special time from the time she was young and now this Zorua was getting in the way of it. As soon as it was time for bed, Zaria tried to take her place next to Jack as she always did with her head on his chest, but when she came into the room Zero had taken her spot and was even underneath the covers. Jack would already be asleep as they had an early morning tomorrow to leave for their next concert. She then lay on the floor quietly, not wanting to be around Zero. She didn't like him at all.

Zaria was upset with Zero for taking her spot next to Jack. She was on Jack's side of the bed on the floor and had been since she went to sleep. When Jack woke up, and asked what she was doing on the floor, she sat up and lay her head on his lap. Zero was snuggled up to Jack unaware that Zaria didn't like him. For all he knew she was still getting used to having him around. As breakfast time came around, Zaria ate in her usual manner of eating her food tossing it one at a time into her mouth on the couch with her claws, while Zero was chowing down on his food on the floor messily. His food was for baby pokemon as Jack had his manager go get some food for Dark type baby pokemon.

Zaria continued to eat her own food. Zero was just used to the rule of thumb with wild pokemon around this time of year and that rule was, eat what you can when you can or starve until you find food again. Zero tilted his head a bit but finished his food happily before he licked his lips, getting the food off of his mouth cutely. As Zaria ate her own food, she felt a little annoyed that Zero was around. She was used to Jack's other pokemon but Zero was too energetic for her tastes.

After everyone was fed, and Jack's tour bus was on the road, Zero was a little scared while the bus was moving and was found sleeping by one of Jack's other pokemon underneath Jack's bed. Zaria was snuggled next to Jack while her mane and fur were being brushed as it had to be from time to time. She nuzzled him as her mane was brushed as she loved the gentle feel of the brush on her fur and mane. Zaria had a crush on one of Jack's pokemon, as he was kind of like her mentor in how to behave. He didn't know how she felt, but she hoped he would one day. He was an electabuzz and the one that actually found Zaria's egg as an elekid. Zaria was actually the same age as he was, but a couple weeks younger.
