Raikou laughed as ice changed Ranes flight plan to be safer since Ice was also programmed to be like a mother… “Ok Ice take her out I am going to show Rane around… and Ice be nice…” “… Yes Rai… her power level is above normal…. Don’t get on her bad side… Raikou dear…” “Yes Mother…” he said ashamedly as he offer his hand to Rane to help her down a few steps to the main room as he liked to call it closing the hatch behind him. “Ok now I haven’t named the ship yet… and yes I know its bad luck but thing is I don’t know too many ship names… anyway what would you like to see first… were you would like to be staying or would you like to see the rest of the ship first?”
Now the main room was a rectangle shaped room with four doors one behind Raikou on directly across one to the right of Raikou and one to the left. The main room had a table a few workstations computer stations ladder to the upper deck for ships weapons and lights on each edge and corner of the room with some hatches built below in a few panels.

"I woudl love to see wher i'm going to stay Raikou. And then also do you have a lab here i would love for you to then show me that. And then bathrooms and stuff you know!"Rane Linked her arm with Raikou and tugged on it fo him to begin to move."Oh and tell me where can i put my lugage (sp?)" Rane grinned up at him then let him take the lead. "Did you make this ship? Did you program the system. It's very over protective... I mean it changed my course to a sefer mode...." Rane asked

Raikou took her arm and led him to his left thru that door it opened to a very small corridor (hall way about 2-3 feet) and another door which he put his finger print on a water pad which opened up and showed a large room with a bed counter’s a desk and another door. "WOW! Raikou this sin't too shabby!" Rane walked around the room looking at how well made everthing was. She walked back to Raikou who stood at the doorway. She saw his slight blush at the "you'll sleep alone" remark and laughed a little. She put a hand on his shoulder and looked up at him with her big green eyes. "Can you show me where your room is, just in case anything were to happen and i would need you then." She grinned at him as she waited for an answer. Rane found it strange how she could smell the scent of attraction coming from Raikou. She raised her eye brow at him, Her tail swaying high, behind her small frame. Thats weird i've been getting that scent from this Raikou and Vegeta. Weird.... and why me? She stared up at him awaiting his answer.

Vegeta approached the space station where Riakou and Rane were preparing to leave for their mission. He soon found the one space ship that looked quite different than the others. Knowing it was Riakou's, Vegeta knocked on the door. "Hey, anyone in there?" He said, feeling almost like a snooper, as it was unusual for a King to do such a thing.
After no response, Vegeta stepped inside to hear some voices and movement in the not-so-far distance. "Ah, no wonder they couldn't hear me. The door is vaccum sealed for sound resistance." Said Vegeta in relief that his friends weren't ignoring him. After coming closer to what felt like Rane and Riakou's ki signature, the King leaned against the wall which Rane and Riakou were on the other side. "Couldn't let two of my best friends leave without saying goodbye." Said Vegeta, knowing that the two of them would hear it on the other side of the wall.

She quickly walked to the enterance, opening the vaccum sealed door. She saw Vegeta on the ground below her. She grinned happily down at him and gave him a small wave. "Hello sire! What brings you here? Is there something wrong?" Her eyes widened. "will we have to abort the mission?!" Rane looked down at him with concern, her tail swishing around behind her.

Saiyan Master Vegeta "Of course not, Rane." Said Vegeta with a smile. "I just came to wish you and Riakou off on a good trip. Would it be okay if I came inside the ship to take a look?" This ship is very well built sire, you'll enjoy it's innerds!"Rane gave him a smile and a wink. "Sire may i ask whats bothering you? You look so down." Rane asked as she stepped aside to let her king through. She gently put a hand on his arm to make him turn around and face her. And she kept her hand on his arm as he spoke, concern on her face.

A little strain was shown on Vegeta's face, as he knew what he was going to say, but didn't want to, as sensitivity was never his strong suit. "Rane, you see, I . . ." Said Vegeta, as he stopped in mid-sentence. A five second pause then followed, as the King decided to just speak his mind. "Rane, over the past weeks, I've come to be very close to you. Closer than almost anyone else in my life. You see, my life before New Planet Vegeta was just war, and endless fighting. The time I've had with you so far has been some of the best weeks of my life." Vegeta began to realize that he was straying from what he really wanted to say. "What I'm trying to say, is that I'll miss you very much when you're gone on your mission. You're one of the few people who give meaning to my life." Said Vegeta as he looked Rane in the eyes.

Not even my old mate Rane couldn't restraine herself, she flung herself at the king of all sayains, hugging him tightly around the waist. She was small so her head rested on his chest. "Oh sire! No one has ever said thoes things to me. My absence has never efected anyone." Rane sobbed while she spoke. She had felt so lonely and scared for 8 years of her life. Working for others, escaping the bounty hunters, Running away from her past. "Sire, i'm sorry for my tears. I know it's unacceptable, but i can not hold them down. It's been so long since i've felt safe. Since i felt wanted, missed. I feel so embarrased right now...." Rane blushed as her tears slowly subsided. "Please do not take this as a usual reaction from me. I am much stronger then this. I am not one to cry around showing my weakness. Please don't think me as a damsel in distress or something as such." Rane said quietly as her sobs slowly went away, her head still on his chest. ((Hey Vegeta! Long time no chat! Hehe my character is a littel stressed right now. lol! How have you been? How's your summer, *if you're in the northern hemisphere...*))

"Rane, it's okay to cry . . . it's not a weakness. You are strong. You need not address me as the King, nor hold back your tears. To others, I am King Vegeta. To you, I am more than that." Said Vegeta in his most caring tone, as he gently wrapped his arms around Rane's back. He then looked Rane in the eyes, and softly wiped away a tear on her cheek. She means more to me than anyone else I've known . . .
((Hey there biggrin I've been doing great. Just went on my second camping trip, and it's good to be back home. Ontario's weather is pretty nice. But school's starting again . . . oh well. Can't do much about that. It's not so bad anyway. But how was your trip to Brazil? I take it you've come back.))

Raikou stayed in the main livening quarters (captain bed room) as rane ran to the main room with Vegeta whom was still following them... He only leaned to the inner wall of the room beside the door to the main room he could hear every thing in there and it sadden and angered Riakou... "Figures... The king of all sayins and a mid excuse me elite solider..." letting out a sigh as he waked back into the Living quarter and set all Ranes luggage on the desk beside the bed. The ship slowed its course since vegeta entered Ice wasn’t sure to continue or head back although they weren’t that far from New Vegeta...
