
___The Myths on One's Lips:
The Rinnegan ((輪廻眼, Literally meaning: Samsāra Eye) is reputed as the most exalted eye among the "Three Great Dojutsu", the others being the Sharingan and the Byakugan. It is said that in times of disorder, one who wields the Rinnegan is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world or a "God of Destruction" who will reduce everything to nothingness. The Rinnegan grants the wielder a wide range of abilities such as: seeing chakra, as well as its flow within the body and the activated tenketsu of the Eight Gates, and easily master any jutsu as well as all five nature transformations.

• Each Path from the Rinnegan has a five post training requirement. These may not be skipped.
• Decisions on who obtains the Rinnegan are determined by the moderator team based on the positive guild impact and activity of the member.

Five Paths of Nature: The user unlocks all five elemental natures and an additional 10 ninjutsu slots per element. Alternatively, the user may select a single elemental bloodline they do not posses and take it as an implant they possess as a part of their Rinnegan.
Evolution: Unlock the Rinnesharingan and three custom technique slots to be used for techniques relating to the user of the Rinne-Sharingan. These techniques are embodiments of the user at the time they awaken the Rinnesharingan.
Six Paths of Pain: Gain the ability to use the Six Paths of Pain.
___Eye Limitations:
• Able to see a person's chakra distinctly and view its flow throughout the body
• Able to see the eight gates within a person but not individual tenketsu
• Able to see when a demon is sealed in a person.
• The Rinnegan remains dormant in it's wielder while not in use. When activating the Rinnegan, the dojutsu drains an S+ Ranked amount of chakra with no activation cost on it's initial post.
Description:The Six Paths Technique (六道の術, Rikudō no Jutsu) is the origin of the unique techniques bestowed by the Rinnegan. All wielders of the Rinnegan have access to each of these paths. Despite its name, there are actually seven of these paths that grant the user powerful and near god-like abilities. However these paths may not be used at the same time and techniques from each path may only be utilized while within the given path. Path Change allows the wielder of the Rinnegan to switch between the different paths available to them for a B Rank amount of Chakra and one activation unless stated otherwise.
The Deva Path (天道, Tendō), which allows the user to manipulate both attractive and repulsive forces.
The Asura Path (修羅道, Shuradō), which grants them mechanized limbs, weaponry and armor.
The Human Path (人間道, Ningendō), which gives them the ability to remove a soul and read a person's mind.
The Animal Path (畜生道, Chikushodō), which lets them summon a wide variety of creatures.
The Preta Path (餓鬼道, Gakidō), which can absorb all forms of chakra, including most ninjutsu.
The Naraka Path (地獄道, Jigokudō), through which the user can summon and control the King of Hell.
The Outer Path (外道, Gedō), which rules over both life and death.
___Deva Path Techniques:
▰ Bansho Ten'in [Heavenly Attraction of All Creation] | Rank A-S+ | Spiritual
This technique drags target(s) towards the user by manipulating attracting forces with their chakra. It is possible to effect multiple targets at once, causing them to collide with each other but reduces the range of the technique by half. Can drag objects from up to fifty feet away at A rank, doubling it's range per additional rank. The user must replicate the chakra cost of this technique for every target affected which has no additional activation cost. Has a two [2] post cool down. Targets may resist this technique by applying chakra or stamina equal to it's cost in order to stand their ground. Targets in mid air with no active technique upon use cannot resist this technique. Defensive actions or resistance against this technique requires two activations.
▰ Shinra Tensei [Heavenly Subjugation of the Omnipresent God] | Rank A-S+ | Spiritual
This technique repulses target(s) away the user by using their chakra to manipulate repelling forces. It is possible to effect multiple targets at once, repaying it's chakra cost per target. Can repel targets up to fifty feet away at A rank, doubling it's range per additional rank. This technique inflicts Tier Four Trauma on targets who are unable to resist it's effects and they suffer fall damage. Targets may resist this technique by applying chakra or stamina equal to it's cost in order to stand their ground. Targets in mid air with no active technique upon use cannot resist this technique. Defensive actions or resistance against this technique requires two activations. Alternatively the user may choose to use this technique to have their manipulative forces push everything away from the focal point of their technique, which must be in their line of sight. Any structures or land without chakra composition equal or grater to the techniques executed level is demolished and sent flying to the extent of this technique's range.This technique has a two [2] post cool down.
▰ Divine Binding | Rank A-S+ | Spiritual
The user directs their palm toward their targets with a maximum of two targets at once, each requiring the chakra cost of this technique to be paid. The user manipulates both attractive and repulsive force in unison to hold objects in their place, regardless of gravitational forces not applied by techniques. Targets affected by this technique suffer tier three paralysis and the grappled condition. This technique must be used at or above the target's body rank.
▰ Chibaku Tensei [Heavenly Body Bursting from the Earth] | Rank S+ | Spiritual
Aiming their open palm at the target or targeted area, the user utilizes their attraction abilities to create a focal point for this technique. If no object is available, a black sphere one foot in diameter is created. This technique may be utilized on any location within the user's sight. Large chunks of earth and any structures with less chakra composition than the technique's value within the topic are drawn towards the focal point and compounded to create a massive orb that measures up to one hundred feet in width. RPC caught within this technique's pull may resist this technique by applying chakra or stamina equal to double it's cost in order to stand their ground. Targets in mid air with no active technique upon use cannot resist this technique. Defensive actions or resistance against this technique requires two activations. NPC caught within this technique must be S Rank or lower to be automatically affected. S+ Rank NPC have RPC rules applied to escape. Those caught within the mass of earth have tier four trauma applied and tier four paralysis. After creating this ball of mass, the user may direct the ball towards a targeted area within sight for an additional A Rank amount of chakra. Upon impact with the earth, the orb bursts and washes the area over with debris in a three hundred foot area surrounding it's location. All targets caught within this zone suffer tier three trauma and tier two paralysis.
___Asura Path Techniques:

This technique is required to utilize the other techniques of the Asura Path as a supplementary cost to the Asura Path's Activation. This techniques transforms the user's body into an entirely mechanical functioning version of it's former self while appearing to be composed of organic material if the user chooses. When active, the user is able to morph their body with other techniques from or based on the Asura Path. While in this state, the user's stat caps are elevated by two [2]. Completing the learning of this technique allows the user to create three custom techniques that may be used with the theme of the Asura path that manipulate their machine based body and weaponry.
▰ Reaching Cords of Judgement | Rank C | Complex
The Asura Path user can cause up to five flexible metal flexible cables to extend from anywhere on their body after Ascension is used. These cables are entirely under the user's control and may be freely manipulated with an upkeep cost equal to the technique's rank every other post. These cables extend to a maximum of one hundred feet. These cables have S+ durability and are able to bind targets with the manipulation of this technique, applying the grappled status to target's caught within them.
▰ Armaments of Ruin | Rank C | Supplemental
The user's body begins to transform it's limbs in a mechanical manner as they are able to transform into melee based weapons fifteen feet or less in size. The weapons have an S+ ranked durability. This technique may be used as a supplemental action when paired with any Bukijutsu technique to transition between weapons being used. This only applies as long as the user's body is transforming into the appropriate weapon for the technique, otherwise it is a standalone cost.
▰ Kaiwan no Hiya [Flaming Arrow of Amazing Ability] | Rank B | Complex
The user aims their hand(s) at a target, separating mechanically as the end of the wrist reveals itself to be the barrel of a rocket launcher. From this opening up to four rocket bursts forth requiring the cost of the technique to be paid for each, seeking targets it is designated to for three posts maximum and treating defensive techniques and barriers as one rank lower, and ignoring the endurance stat. Upon impact, the rocket explodes, sending a concussive wave of force outward that causes tier three burns and trauma to any within a forty foot radius. If a foe dodges the rocket, for a C rank amount of chakra the user may redirect the missile as a supplementary action. After the shot is fired, the hand returns to it's base state if the user wishes.
▰ Shura no Ko [Shura Attack] | Rank A | Spiritual
The user's mechanical body opens it's chest cavity to reveal a cannon that is high tech in appearance. This cannon glows with the user's chakra color as it charges, increasing it's power with each activation it consumes for up to two total posts of charge time. At it's base activation cost, the chest cannon fires of a conical blast of hot concussive chakra that causes tier four burns, trauma and vertigo. This blast treats constructs and defensive techniques as one rank lower, negating additional bonuses those techniques have to their ranks. Structures with no chakra are reduced to ash. For each additional charged activation cost the range of this technique is doubled. At four ( the maximum standard offensive activations between two posts ) the cannon treats the constructs and defensive techniques as two ranks lower instead of one.

Using chakra to manipulate their mechanical form, the user augments their body with a change in appearance of the affected parts to enhance one of their physical stats. Whichever stat is increased is elevated to 12 for five posts. The user's body cannot use this technique again until it five posts after it ends and cannot be stacked with itself.
___Human Path Techniques:
▰ Soul Sensing | Rank B | Training
The Human Path is capable of sensing emotions so long as the user remains still. The extent of this technique is such that an individual's general emotional state and their relative location in terms of direction and distance can be sensed. At D rank body, the user can detect emotions in this manner within one hundred feet. At B Rank the range is increased to five miles but not outside the topic. At S Rank body the user is able to sense emotions within their current sub forum.
▰ Soul Absorption | Rank S | Complex
The user grasps a target's body with their open hand while channeling chakra into it. As they remove the hand, the user is able to pull the target's soul from their body. A target may resist this with two activations and paying chakra equal to the technique's rank. As the soul is removed from the target their bodies become vacant, continuing to do life sustaining functions and acting through muscle memory of who they once were. They are able to continue fighting and interacting with the world but technique costs have an additional B rank amount of resources applied to them until the soul is restored. Emotion sensing techniques are unable to be used on the target during this time. RPC souls are restored once combat ends unless the target consents to this role play avenue.

The user of the Human Path may grab the soul removed by the Absorption Soul Technique or after the body has perished and force it back into the body it was removed from. This must be done within two posts of the target's death. In order to prevent injuries on the physical body from killing a target once the soul is replaced the body the tier of all physical status effects that they suffered prior to their soul's absence are reduced by one tier. Fatal injuries sustained have their fatal status suspended for three posts to prolong chances of the target's survival. This technique must be used at or above the target's body rank.
___Animal Path Techniques:
▰ Kuchiyose Rinnegan [Summoning Rinnegan] | Rank X | Supplemental
Through the power of the Animal Path, the user is able to summon the animals that appear in the list below this technique on the Animal Path. These animals possess copies of the user's Rinnegan which are visually linked with the user, offering them a greater field of view. The summons' bodies are also adorned with a number of black piercings, allowing the user to control them remotely through the use of their chakra and for the summons to draw on the user's resources. These creatures have one offensive and defensive action per post. If the user has a summoning contract, the Rinnegan Summoning Technique may be used to summon their animal contract creatures and grants them the Rinnegan eyes that visually link to the user.
Akshara | Rank D-A | Spiritual
Using the Summoning Rinnegan Technique, the user brings forth Akshara, a bird measuring ten feet in size with a twenty foot wingspan. Akshara has a single giant chakra rod penetrating it's body which transfers the shared sight of the Rinnegan to it. The bird creature is able to use Fuuton [ Wind Release ] Techniques B rank and lower as well as Basic Combat abilities with their bodies, consuming the user's resources to do so. This creature requires an E rank upkeep cost to remain active each post. For each additional rank of chakra applied to summon Akshara, it's technique rank limit and upkeep cost is increased by one. Akshara's size may be increased by 20 feet per additional rank as well.
Palak | Rank C-B | Spiritual
Using the Summoning Rinnegan Technique, the user brings forth Palak. Palak is a twenty twenty foot tall panda bear that has a B Ranked Body and uses any Taijutsu/Bukijutsu the user has access to up to S Rank. This summon may harden it's body to defend itself, protecting against techniques of it's body rank and lower once every three posts for equal ranks of chakra. Palak is considered as single Taijutsu/Bukijutsu for his stats. Techniques Palak uses consume the user's resources. This creature requires a D rank upkeep cost to remain active each post. Paying additional chakra increases the technique rank limit as well as the upkeep cost by 1 per rank. Palak's size may be increased by twenty feet per additional rank as well.
Kanikani | Rank B-A | Spiritual
Using the Summoning Rinnegan Technique, the user brings forth Kanikani, a crustacean summon that measures forty feet in size. It's giant pincers are able to break barrier techniques as though they were one rank lower with it's Basic Combat attacks. Kanikani can use all Suiton [ Water Release ] techniques by consuming the user's resources. This creature requires a C rank upkeep cost to remain active each post. Using the creature at higher level's requires one rank higher upkeep costs. Kanikani's size may be increased by twenty feet per additional rank as well.
Kalyani | Rank A | Spiritual
Using the Summoning Rinnegan Technique, the user brings forth Kalyani. Kalyani is a fifty foot long chameleon which has a Rinnegan in its left socket. It has four limbs, each ending in four large claws. Its tail is a large snake. Its body is covered in scales and it has bandages wrapped around the center of its back. It has two wings on its upper back which are porous and badly ripped. It has two oddly shaped horns coming from the back of its head. The right horn is snapped off and wrapped in bandages while its left horn has four black receivers stuck through it. Kalyani is able to use all Genjutsu and Sensory Techniques by consuming the user's resources. Sensory technique's used by Kalyani have their information fed to the user via the chakra rod connection. Once every three posts, Kalyani is able to become invisible without the use of Dojutsu or Sensory techniques. Kalyani may attack twice from this state before becoming visible again.
Hidora | Rank S | Spiritual
Using the Summoning Rinnegan Technique, the user brings forth Hidora, a one hundred foot three-headed dog whose fur is all brown-colored. It has a giant black receiver stuck through its head. It also has black coloring around its mouth along with razor sharp teeth and fangs. Hidora is able to use Basic Combat Abilities up to S+ Rank. Additionally, each time Hidora is hit with a technique of it's own rank or lower it is split in two. After this Hidora regenerates both halves of it's body to create an additional version of itself. This may be done up to three times. To defeat Hidora it must be hit directly by techniques one rank higher than it's own.

The user channels chakra into their hand, causing it to glow. By physically contacting the target with the effected hand, the user is able to absorb chakra equal to the rank of this technique. This technique may remain active for three posts and has an upkeep cost of two ranks below it's activated cost per post after it's activation. After it's end, this technique has a three post cool down before it may be reactivated.
▰ Fujutsu Kyuin [Jutsu Absorption] | Rank A-S+ | Spiritual
The user extends their hand at an incoming chakra based technique and conjures a translucent barrier around the user's body in a half sphere shape that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any spiritual or chakra based technique, rendering it ineffective on the user. This technique must be used at one rank above the rank of the incoming technique. If the user is scholar class they are able to use this technique at the same rank as the incoming technique. This technique has a three [3] post cooldown.
___Naraka Path Techniques:
▰ King of Hell Summoning Technique | Rank S+ | Spiritual
The user forms the required hand signs, planting their hand on the ground in order to summon The King of Hell. The King of Hell has white skin with black, gold and purple adornments and wields the user's Rinnegan Eyes and their shared sight, standing fifteen feet in height. While the King of Hell is active, the summon consumes the user's activation slots in order to utilize it's techniques. The King of Hell is treated as having Natural Heavy Armor and requires a technique with equal rank and potency to destroy it. Once destroyed, the King of Hell cannot be summoned again for five posts.
▰ King of Hell Restoration | Rank X | Spiritual
While the King of Hell is active, it opens its mouth that stretches to the ground and is easily large enough for a person to merely walk into. If the King of Hell ingests a creature, all damage to that being is removed the longer it resides in the King of Hell. E-C Rank Injuries & 1 Tier of Statuses are removed after a single post, B-A Rank Injuries & 2 Tiers of Statuses are removed after two posts and finally S-S+ Rank Injuries and T3 Statuses are healed after 3 posts inside the King. If the Rinnegan user is of the Medical Class, they have 1 rank increases in injuries per post ( E-B, A-S, S+ ) as well having T4 Statuses removed from their target. The rank this technique is used at is the highest level of injuries and trauma it may heal from it's targets. This technique requires the activation to be spent on the original post and does not have a cost after.
▰ Transference of Punishment | Rank S | Spiritual
The King of Hell vanishes into the earth, appearing to have left the battle. The King of Hell may remain submerged beneath the ground for up to three posts before it emerges. Upon resurfacing it appears beneath a target with it's mouth gaping open in an attempt to Swallow the opponent. If successful, the target is considered grappled and suffers tier two paralysis. While this restrained in this manner, the King of Hell is able to transfer injuries it has healed from others using it's King of Hell Restoration Technique. Each post the target is held within, an equal amount of damage that was removed each post from a previous target within the past 10 posts is applied to the new target at the same rate.
___Outer Path Techniques:
▰ Black Chakra Receiver | Rank C | Spiritual
The wielder of the Rinnegan is granted the ability to manifest a special black rod-like object from either of their hands. This object can be small enough to be used like a sort of body piercing decoration, or up to 30ft long and 10ft thick to serve as a massive stake; its weight changes accordingly with its size, meaning that all versions of itself are not viable for wielding/equipping. The shape/size of a Black Chakra Receiver cannot change after it is created. Commonly, it is used as a sword or spear which is as durable as metal and no sharper than a standard weapon may be. The object is permanently existing unless destroyed or if it is dispelled by the creator. If the black chakra reciever pierces the skin, an unwilling target is overwhelmed by the user's chakra flowing through the rod and suffers tier two vertigo. If willing, those who are pierced by these rods share the user's sensory abilities for five posts.
▰ Mazō no Kusari [Outer Path Chains] | Rank X | Spiritual
The user of the Outer Path may manifest a physical form of fuuinjutsu from their body. This takes the shape of purplish ring-linked chains which can reach as far as 100ft from their self; each link has a shaped spike on each side of itself and the top end of the chain has a blade designed to get stuck into whatever it pierces. Up to three chains can be created per use of this technique. The chains can be controlled to move as the creator wills for the sake of binding and attacking foes. Targets effected by this suffer the grappled effect and are unable to utilize chakra based techniques and have techniques that require upkeep of chakra that are active to instantly deactivate.
▰ Culled Soul Revival | Rank X | Supplemental
The user of the Outer Path may temporarily summon a soul from the Pure World to manifest near themselves by performing a series of ten hand seals. When summoned in this manner, the deceased person does not have an actual body (cannot physically interact with anything), but appears as a mass of flickering chakra in full possession of their personality and memories. Once the user ends the technique, the summoned soul dwindles and ultimately disappears completely.

The user summons the King of Hell, which then releases the souls of the deceased from its mouth. The deceased individuals' souls may be recalled from even the crossroad between life and the afterlife, returning to their rejuvenated bodies. This technique can also be used to transform the corpse vessel of an individual revived by Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation into a real body of living flesh and blood. Returning souls to their body is a very demanding task which leaves the user vulnerable as it will prevent them from further utilizing chakra for two [2] posts.

The user performs 5 hand seals and offers their blood and chakra as tribute to summon the Gedō Mazō.
]▰ Gedō Mazō | S+ Rank | Spiritual
The Gedō Mazō is a giant, earthen-colored humanoid entity with a decayed appearance, a body shaped into a robe, and a number of spike-like protrusions on its back. It can be summoned out of the ground so that only the upper half of its body is revealed. When fully summoned, it towers over most things at 250ft tall. It has nine eyes, which each bare their own Rinnegan to connect with the summoners' shared field of vision and draws on their resources to preform it's actions. The statue's wrists and ankles are usually bound by shackles and it bites down on a scroll, which is held in place by two ropes extending from beneath its blindfold on either side of its head. When summoned into battle, the statue breaks its restraints, causing the scroll in its mouth to hang from the left rope like an earring. The Gedo Mazo's body is incredibly durable and requires two S+ Techniques at once to destroy its's form. The Gedo Mazo has an A Rank upkeep cost every other post.
▰ Gedō Mazō - Nine Dragons of Oblivion | Rank S+ | Spiritual
The user performs a dragon then ram hand seal to perform this technique. From its mouth, the Gedō Mazō can emit nine phantom dragons formed out of purple ghastly chakra, which are each capable of extracting 50 chakra from anyone or any jutsu they come in contact with. These dragons may be manipulated for five posts with no cost and vanish after that. Any chakra a dragon has taken is given to the user. After transferring chakra to the user, the dragon vanishes.
▰ Gedō Mazō - Demonic Chakra Chains | Rank S | Spiritual
The user performs a tiger hand seal and causes up to 5 spear-tipped chakra chains to extend from the Gedō Mazō's open mouth. It controls the chains to seek out viable targets and will impale them with the chain's blade, sinking the chain's links into the body afterward; while this does cause pain to the target, no physical harm is inflicted to their body whatsoever. If a chain connects with another being then they are marked with a cursed seal that allows the chain to remain connected no matter what obstacles may come between them; this allows for the length of the chain to essentially vanish, except for a few links that hang off of the target and from the statue's mouth. They act like a loose leash to the target, preventing them from going any further than the same topic which the Gedō Mazō is present in; if the summon is dismissed then the chains and cursed seal(s) vanish too. The chain can be severed where it is visibly present by a non-physical attack of equal or greater rank or if the connected target is summoned away, but this does not dispel the cursed seal. Paying an A Rank amount of chakra will repair the destroyed chain as long as the target is still marked with the cursed seal. While active, this curse seal feeds the user chakra equal to the rank of any chakra used in techniques the effected preforms, doubling the cost of chakra usage on the target.
___The Six Paths of Pain:
While a wielder of the Rinnegan can switch between the many different power sets of the eyes at will, doing so can quickly becoming exhausting. As an alternative some users of the Rinnegan have devised a method of offloading their power onto reanimated corpses known as path bodies. These bodies are outfitted with black chakra receivers that connect back to the user and are assigned one path, besides the outer path, to wield. In this way the user can fight with a multitude of bodies all wielding a different path of the Rinnegan. In addition to the abilities provided by their path, Path Bodies know all the techniques that the user knows. Once a path has been assigned to a body, it may no longer be switched to.
• Path Bodies share the User's Charka and Stamina pools
• Path Bodies receive the Rinnegan and share their field of vision with all others linked to the user of the Outer Path.
• Each Path Body only receives one [1] Activation
• Path Bodies must remain within the same thread as the user of the Outer Path.
___The Rinnesharingan:
The Rinne Sharingan is the absolute pinnacle of the Rinnegan's power, requiring 10 training posts to unlock it's power. With this, they branch their ocular prowess into the boundaries of the Sharingan as well. This brings on a host of new powers similar to those of the Sharingan. The user may access two Lens at once. Lenses Change allows the wielder of the Rinnesharingan to switch between its many “eyes.” The different eyes of the Rinnesharingan are as follows: Piercing, Mirroring, and Insight.
Those who possess an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan with the Uchiha Clan as one of their non-implant bloodlines may use all four lens in this state. In addition their Lens abilities are enhanced. The Hypnotism lens allows the user to control Boss Level Summons for one post then become frozen when facing the user after. The insight lens elevates the user's agility to 12 while active. The Uchiha Rinne-Sharingan user gains 10 additional copied technique slots. Finally, the piercing lens grants an additional sense to have a rank increased defense. This cannot be changed once chosen.
▰ Renzu Utsusu [Lense Change] | Rank C | Supplementary
The rank listing above denotes how much drain is put on the shinobi per post that they are using this technique, to be drained from either the stamina or chakra pool. Switching between the described lenses below has a cost attached, as denoted by the rank listing.
Mirroring lens allows for the copying of skills, including the immediate and instant replication of techniques, as well as permanently copying them and gaining access to the wealth of copied skills with this mode. The user is able to, immediately, copy and replicate up to B Rank techniques without retaining them. Can retain those techniques, with a total pool of 12.
Insight lens offers a boost that is similar to a fighting stance that allows the user of the technique to boost their incredible perceptive prowess even further. To simulate the canonical almost precognitive abilities in a manner both fair and balanced, this lense confers an active boost to reflex. Confers a mild increase to reflexes, and the user can see muscle movements in an opponent much more clearly. Allows for last second dodges to be more likely.
The Piercing Lens allows for the user to pierce through genjutsu, giving the Rinne-sharingan wielder the ability to treat genjutsu as a single rank lower when interacting with genjutsu where vision is the primary or secondary sense. In addition, the wielder is able to see through all clone techniques.
