And welcome to the guild's new project sub-forum titled Manga. In this sub-forum I will be posting manga stories from websites I want to animate. Which means there will be manga stories you get to voice act. Hooray blaugh

The first manga project we are gonna do is Death Note Episode 0. Why Death Note Episode 0, you ask? Because I am a big Death Note fan. I have also written several Death Notes fan-fictions myself. I am happy to report that the website Mangago is finally up and running. It was the only site I know that had the complete series/manga. Most importantly, it's safe to post a link to the website onto the guild.

There are a lot of characters to pick from the litter to voice act. So it's first come, first serve for character roles. If there is a character you want to voice act, you better call dibs on a character within the Death Note Episode 0 manga sub-forum.
Post your name and the character's name in the manga you wish to voice act. And send me your chosen character's audio voice acting role to this email address.

Death Note Episode 0 Project
When will I start animating Death Note Episode 0? When I recieve all of the audio files, and voice over roles for the characters, silly. Yeah, that's right, I went there, I called you silly.
Auditions start today, and closes when all of the roles are filled or at least most of the roles are filled. While all of you are sending me voice acting roles, I will post the occasional character design onto my Instagram page. Any updates relating to Death Note Episode 0 will be posted within the manga sub-forum.
Oh, and this should go without saying, but I'm gonna say it anyway, please read the manga. I recommend reading the manga so you can know what characters you want to voice act. Plus, you need to know what the heck the story's about. Don't worry, the manga is only 53 pages long, it's a one shot manga, you'll finish reading it in 20 minutes.
I call dib's on voice acting Taro's mother. Unless someone tells me they want to voice act Taro's mom then I will happily hand the role over to anyone who ask.
There are a lot of male roles in Death Note Episode 0 but that doesn't mean the roles are exclusive to male voice actors only. For all I know, some of the female voice actors within this guild might have some incredible range and can voice act male characters, lol.

In fact, most of the male characters in this one shot manga are teenagers and kids. And we all know most boy-child characters in animation are voiced by women, so, there ya go! smile
When I am ready to move onto animating Death Note Episode 0 and most of the character roles are filled, I will voice a few of the remaining characters and recruit my voice actors from outside the guild to fill those parts.
