Hello everyone! Welcome again to another official Avatar Alley contest! Things have been a little hectic for us here lately, but rest assured, the crew and I are working on making things better than ever here with the guild. I personally am hoping to hold a larger contest like this one at least once a month. We'll hopefully be able to have some smaller-scale contests up and running as well throughout each month. In addition to contests, we'll be holding Weekly Challenges (which may include prizes) and Weekly Discussions where we'll have a new topic to chat about.
With all that chit-chat out of the way, on to the CONTEST~!
This month's contest is themed SUMMER TREATS!
Who doesn't love some good food, especially in the summer time? Delicious summer BBQ, cool and refreshing snacks and drinks to beat the heat. What I'd like you to do for this contest is to show me an avatar who is themed around food or drink that you would typically associate with summertime, as well as tell me a little bit about why you associate that food/drink with this time of year. Here are the rules.
☀ The Rules ☀
- Create an avatar that is either eating/drinking a summer-related food/drink OR who's outfit is themed around a summer food/drink (bonus points for both!)
- Give me a little description (a few sentences to a small paragraph) about WHY you associate this food/drink with summer. Perhaps a fond memory, or just a general feeling or aesthetic.
- Each person is allowed two submissions for this contest. Each submission must be made in separate posts for them to count!
This contest will have a first, second, and third place winner. Winners will be announced on 8/1/21 - AUGUST 1ST! I will announce the winner in this thread and each winner will be notified via PM. Prizes will be sent via trade from the guild's mule account, Avatar Alley Guild.

My entry is iced coffee, which I'm literally addicted to. I love iced coffee. I'm super jelly of everyone having these sweet backgrounds. I hope to get some someday.
