↯ This subforum can be used to create threads for locations that would otherwise not fall under the reign of a particular subforum.
↯ Primarily it is moderators that will fill this subforum, however, moderator permissions are not required to make a thread within this sub-forum. Unless:
↯ The thread would have significant story significance i.e One could not create a 'Rebel Group Thread' to suddenly bolster a warring side unless it was first given permissions.
↯ The thread would confer any kind of numerical, systemic, or statistical benefit.
