Well, this is embarassing. I've somehow let time get away from me! I'm so sorry! This was supposed to be up more towards the beginning of the month, so I guess we'll have to consider this September's monthly contest instead. I apologize again, I hope that everyone has been well in the meantime! If you take a look back in the contest subforums, I'm going to be posting a little mini contest as well for September. It won't make up for being late, but maybe it'll help sweeten the deal a little? I hope? *sweats nervously*
Anyway, enough of my blabber! On to the CONTEST~!
This month's contest is themed SPACED OUT
I think that we all (or at least most of us) can agree that one of the top ~*~ a e s t h e t i c ~*~ themes out there is S P A C E. Stars, planets, galaxies, the MOON, ALIENS options are quite literally endless. You know how they say that only about 25% of the oceans have been explored. Yeah... we've only explored about 4% of the visible universe - and that's just the VISIBLE universe... Woah, while I take the time to process all that, here are the rules for the contest.
☽ The Rules ☾
- Create an avi that is themed around outer space. Astronauts, aliens, planets, galaxies, stars - the choice is really up to you! I'm leaving the theme very broad for this month because I want to see what kind of creativity you guys can bring to the plate. The more unique and out-of-this-world, the better!
- Winners will be chosen based on the most unique entries I see. So, if you want to do a basic design with a galaxy background or something, definitely go for it! But the most creative entries will be the ones I choose, so think out of the box a little! Providing a little background or description to go along with your avi will earn you some brownie points too!
- Each person is allowed two submissions for this contest. Each submission must be made in separate posts for them to count!
This contest will have a first, second, and third place winner. Winners will be announced on 9/30/21 - SEPTEMBER 30th, 2021! I will announce the winner in this thread and each winner will be notified via PM. Prizes will be sent via trade from the guild's mule account, Avatar Alley Guild.
