The location of Fort Mcmurry is a location in Canada that was subject to long and destructive fires, forcing the population to leave as a result. This is now suspected to be home of some returnees and a lot of not so well off people, creating a functional community despite limited of government assistance. Unfortunately it is prone to Kishin eggs spawning or choosing it as a hunting ground due to its limited protections, commonly a Meister pair are stationed in the town to keep said Kishin in check.

Roxanne Bowman ↯ ☆ ↯ Hero ↯ Team Player ↯

Having spent a couple of days in the city at this point, gathering information from the locals in the know, the DWMA student had acquired a good amount of intel to the recent goings on. The student had been deployed here under request, filling in for the last pair who had been injured and needed to take time off to recover. This wasn’t something she took lighting either as Roxanne currently worked without the the luxury of an actual partner, as such she had to get accurate information on who the Kishin eggs most likely were and their allies, potential locations and the like. Her lack of spirit perception was why she needed to be extra careful, she couldn’t afford to make a big mistake and as such she had to repress her reckless nature to do so. So currently she sat on top of a taller building to observe a couple of areas she observed as high traffic for incidents, people had gone missing following some of the close by paths and she was going to put a stop to that. The building she chose overlooked several areas but was out the way enough so as to avoid being noticed by any potential targets, a few zones unable to be observed from her watchful eyes as a result. To make up for her inability to see everywhere she wanted Roxie had used actual cameras in the ones she could seen, a few small screens on her phone displaying parts of the key locations, marked with motion sensors to help her out.

Leaning back on one arm as she half sat, half lay on the ledge while using the other hand to look through a set of night vision binoculars. She was wearing her usual large hoodie and short, some bandage compresses on one of her legs and reinforced sport shoes, a cap and a set of headphones playing some tunes. Letting out a long breathe out due to being bored and tired, stakeouts weren’t fun and left her body yearning for activity after hours of inaction. The only times she could pay close attention with a chance of finding the targets was unfortunately by watching potential victims from a range, she didn’t like this as this left the chance she wouldn’t save them… though it appeared these Kishin eggs were capturing people. The change normals we’re working alongside the Kishin eggs was also possible, being as they were on their way to becoming one with these evil act… she was allowed to take them out as well. Unfortunately for her missions sake and fortunately for the current pair she was observing, they had managed to make it to a populated area, which had certainly been seen as a safety boundary line. ”Fumu…. It’s good they are safe, looks like a quiet and uneventful night tonight…. I guess boring is good in this type of scenario. Damn my body is getting stiff it sucks, guess I’ll go raid that abandoned mall come dawn and get some exorcise and check that lead out.” She said out loud in her unrestrained and boisterous mannerism, her voice projected to nobody in particular as she laid back and stretched all her limbs, yawning right after.

Time would drag by slowly and painfully, constant anticipation stretching it sense of passing out like the stretchiest of elastics. It was almost painful how at this juncture she had been waiting all night for several days, people watching like a hawk waiting for prey but having no luck. It frustrated her because each day that went by meant she wasn’t managing to actually solve the issue, she wanted to help and also to show how capable she was win minimal casualties while the place was under her watch. It took her till the second night to find the immaculate and rolling sky and stars to turn from cool and enchanting, to boring and not of interest… convinced the moon had noticed her and had a good chuckle about her situation. The sense of regretting this mission touched on her a couple of times and then passed, able to get out of that mindset without much of an issue, though tonight it was grating on her extra hard. Just as she began to get up so she could rise to her feet something started moving in path C, through the Mcmurry Park, the figures only noticeable due to passing between a light and her line of sight of it. Of coarse the moment she was going to stand up and stretch another set of people she’d be watching over for a good while without distraction, beginning to lower back to a seated position reluctantly.

That was when something else cross the same light yet again, actually pausing based on how long it was obscured. Quickly she stood up while putting the binoculars to her face and quickly locating the trio of people on the move, then scanning behind them for this straggler or other group. ”Where are you?” The words came out slowly and were more breathe out than directly spoken, eyes scanning about longer than they should have without finding anyone. She could feel the slow releasing sensation of her anticipation being met with a sense of anxiety, her instincts telling her that something was indeed wrong here. Now Roxanne for the amount of care she took and patience exercised is still the type to rush into things based on a gut feeling, believing one should always follow gut or instincts in this type of scenario. That’s why she pulled off the binoculars and put them on the ledge careful, pulling out her phone and while switching her playlist to some Dethklokk, would hop off the building without an ounce of hesitation. Dropping so far was a tall order to do all in one go safely, even for Roxie who would reach out and grab a ledge with her arm shifting and armouring up with a partial transformation, the ledge cracking and stunting her descent. The initial heavy guitar cords would sound as she slowed and used what remaining inertia she hand, shoved and kicked off the building to throw herself across the air, clearing a degrading fence before hitting the ground with a roll.

Just like the intro rift she was off fast and hard the instant she recovered from the roll, feet pounding into the ground step by step, wind whipping past her face and making her braids trail, both arms returning to normal. How her hat or headphones didn’t budge would be a question left unanswered, regardless of if she jumped, ducked, slip or even if she was going through branches it would not move. Her breathing would also remain steady as she basically went in a near uninterrupted straight line toward the group she had seen, knowing that she’d have to hustle to stop any deaths if her hunch was correct. Only a hundred meters away and then she heard it, a yell of fear echoing through the night that immediately followed by more, panicked yelling that was clearly full with fear. Putting in that little big extra oomph due to the confirmation and the clear fact that these people were in trouble she plowed forward like a train, bursting out of the bushes toward where the screams were coming from. As she broke through the foliage and her eyes room in the scene of what was going on, a sense of relief came over her as the people being attack were still alive and the Kishin Egg was so obviously one of its kind, she would have no reason to worry about messing up and as a result, couldn’t help but grin.

The scene before her was pretty abnormal for the victims involved, not so much for Roxie or the Kishin egg. The people it bore down on hadn’t yet been significantly harmed by what she could tell, no one of the two men was limping and bloodied, he’d likely been but not by the Kishin eggs weapon as if he had he’d be dead. The Kishin egg itself was about nine feet tall and had a hand with blade for each finger, an ugly scarred looking face, like caused due to the corruption of eating another soul. It wore a striped green and red sweater and a brown full rimmed hat, black pants and was very reminiscent of a certain dream wraith that it happens to share part of it namesake with. Turning off her music Roxie would yell with clear disgust in her tone, pausing her music as she did so ”Elm street Kruger! You’re gonna leave those people alone and deal with me right now or try to touch em and REALLY regret it you psycho freak! Now make this easy on yourself and give th-……” Cut off by a warped, booming, sadistic and yet sarcastic crackle from Kruger that just went on, his body shaking with the rhythm and the people frozen in terror. At least his attention appeared to have turned to Roxie who was giving a stoic look as she waited for him to stop his cackling, watching him carefully as she knew his actions would be necessarily predictable.

The laughter finally petered out to a rapid snicker and a rather confident and almost composed look coming to his face, a rather smug character. Roxie would open her mouth having waited out his outburst, intent on finishing her earlier attempted options… and was immediately cut off again, causing her to own lips to curl into a frown. ”What a good thing it is you know my name foolish girl, you’re simply giving me more power…. Now just wait there and I’ll kill and devour you shortly. I’ll reward you properly and slowly for thinking you could play hero, hehehehe.” His voice was deep and harsh, tinted with the madness and malice of being a Kishin egg, he was clearly amused and confident in himself as well, though didn’t realized what exactly was going on here. Still he wasn’t something Roxie didn’t find intimidating, he was huge and had reach with a very dangerous looking weapon, was totally ready to kill and unpredictable, someone she would normally take care not to charge in without testing the waters first, though as he turned away she started to move. The group of three being in danger was one reason she needed to engage him quickly, though the burning annoyance of this b*****d deciding to talk over her without bothering to listen, twice at that, then proceed to treat her as a small fry in the process had her quite worked up.

The man who was injured yelled at the other two to leave him and run as the massive finger of Kruger lurched forward with his body crooked, bent off to one side, the hand with claws reaching high into the air and catching the grinning moons light on the sword length, lethal blades. With a sudden and shrill screech of unrestrained feral elation over the prospective kill and meals Kruger swing toward his first victim, quailing on the ground in fear, ripe for the taking. He would step in a sudden jerking motion, leaning forward and swinging down his arm almost as if he were falling with only his top half, building a lot of force and speed to rip the poor man into shreds. The glee ridden start of a laugh began in the back of his throat as the screech ended from excitement, finding itself soundly converted into a gurgle of the sudden awareness of pain. The widened, wild eyes of Kruger managed to catch sight of the teen girl, her eyes glaring and mouth frowned in both focus and annoyance, seeing her fist burying into his kidney before Roxie completed the swing. Kruger’s body found itself lifted off the ground and carried with the fist, only to begin to be pulled from his feet and start to find himself being propelled by the strike.

As Roxie completed her strike and the resulting shockwave started throwing Kruger away, she would rapidly shift her position to between the civilians and Kruger, watching him roll across the ground to a halt and gasping from the strain of the blow. Not fond of cheap shot like this in most circumstances max Roxie would take no pride in the hit, though she did feel it was necessary with this one. Roxie preferred to fight head on, face to face, talk with you fist sort of type that wants to test her limits…. something she might have like to do here but Kruger himself wouldn’t have allowed it. ”Leave to somewhere safe now! Take your friend and get lost, you are in the way, MOVE!” She would order the innocents, unable to afford the luxury of being nice or considerate, feeling that being forced to leave was what was best for them. Her voice had been a low growl that expanded to a yell at the end, the only other sounds beside the hurried and panicked people trying to comply was coming from Kruger’s gasping and thrashing about, the fervour of such was beginning to subside.

Roxanne stole a quick glance over her shoulder to make sure the trio was making good ground, this choice almost a mistake on her part as Kruger both recovered and threw himself at her in one sudden motion. ”Geez…..” The word started while the smaller figure of Roxanne chose to return Kruger’s charge, his choice of swinging his weapon as opposed to thrusting at her leaving a big fat opening. With one hand in her front hoodie pocket to start up her music again, she stepped into the Kishin eggs personal space and coming too close to for the attack to be of any use. Her other hand would find itself crunching into Kruger for yet a second time, brought up from her mid waist in an upper cut, the force of her straightening from a partially bent position added into the strike as the fist reached around her heads height. The pain and sudden shock of his guard being breached, plus a sweet spot being struck yet again, Kruger was unable to focus on the words being spoken to him as he lifted off of the ground and away. ”….If you’re going to attack at least pay attention to your effective reach and distance, you have zero guard and although putting everything into attack, you don’t use your body to its full effect. Basically what I’m tryna say here is, I totally overestimated you, you are too weak!” She one hundred percent sounded condescending and judgmental, slightly disillusioned by her perception of her opponents abilities at this point.

Now Kruger may not have heard most of what she said, though looking up from his self made heap on the grass while yet again gasping as she had knocked the air from his lungs in that strike. What was she saying to him? It’s not like the girl was speaking quietly but only some words got through, the most clear of such being the comment at the end of his being weak. The murderer yet again rose to his feet in a flash, face contorted in rage and eyes bulging, whatever he yelled at her being totally inaudible to the young weapon, who’s roaring music drowned out what it was saying and allowed her to not have to hear his rantings. In reality her comment about him being weak wasn’t exactly true, he was just comparatively less disciplined and train than the likes of her, he didn’t use his body correctly and even soul obtained power only helps so much if the one wielding it was inept. Still with the words taken as provocation and a challenge to his inhumanly obtained strength and his wicked deeds leading up to this point, something such an arrogant being couldn’t accept along with they fact he was being manhandled by some teenage girl. Almost as if he had actually listened to the girls words, Kruger straightened to a much more efficient posture and charged forward, fingers spread wide to allow the blade to cover as large an area as possible.

With a shift of her feet and lean of the body Roxie shifted off to one side, aware that the reach of this attack was nearly impossible to dodge. Kruger also knew this and as such didn’t question it when the girl let out a grunt as he began to pass and the arm on that side was missing, presuming he cleaved right through it, to slow to notice the lack of blood in time. By the time he had realized what was about to befall him it was too late, Roxanne turning her body as her remaining arm had become a massive and metal hand balled into a fist. The massive fist came round in a gigantic haymaker strike, the fist ripping him off the ground, impact crushing into him like a a wrecking ball and creating a loud and visible shockwave that blew the Kishinegg to shreds before it could utter a word of regret or disbelief. As often with Kishin to be that had devoured a lot of souls, the scraps of Kruger’s body twisted apart and evaporated into nothing as the parts struck and bounced across the ground, leaving Roxie leaning on angle with the massive hand slightly buried in overturned soil. Tugging the massive fist out of the ground and allowing her body to transform back to normal, glowering at the Kishin eggs soul flickering a dozen feet away and stretched her now returned arm with some shoulder rotation.

”Well that’s that I guess…. at least no one got badly hurt.” She said with a long exhale to relax herself now the danger was passed, pausing her music and pulling off her headphones before cracking her neck. Using her transformation like that was always very hard on her body, much more suited for an actual Meister to utilize as opposed to herself. Still she’d bagged herself a big one here, taking out Elm street Kruger was certainly a feat to be proud of, being as he injured the normal on duty Meister that she was filling in for. All that was left was the grand delight of consuming his soul and marking another toward her soon to be obtained promotion, something that she would have earned by herself which other would be forced to acknowledge, especially considering there were no innocent casualties under her watch so far. The teen weapon began to stroll over to her prize with a bit of spring in her step, intent on scooping up and eating the delectable soul left behind by the wretched being.

[Strength: 1][Dexterity: 0][Wisdom: 0][Guts: 6]

Decus has been in the DWMA once more at the board. While he was there he heard speak of a mission that had recently been taken up by a single Weapon. The one thing that all these people weaker than him was good for was information. Decus chose to make minor conversation with a few of them. The mission details? Well yeah, easy enough to get information. It seemed like a extended kind of job. One that people would be away from the academy for a long period for taking. Probably what made the mission not so popular among the younger meisters anyways. Even more so with it being an out of country job. Decus looked at this as an opportunity though. The weapon who took the job hadn't returned for a while yet, so the job had been going on for quite a bit. Well, at least she had been out and on the job or in the city for a bit. He could head out...in fact he could probably reach the place before anything important or special happened he was sure. He was pretty confident that if something had already happened the job's taker would be back and have reported it by now. He said nothing to anyone else as he left the academy, left the city. and chose to take the fastest way to the location he could possibly find. What was that exactly? Who knows, don't ask me just accept it!

It had taken a while, but he got there rather quickly. Approaching by foot now, coming up however also hearing the sound of a loud shockwave, perhaps maybe a quick scream from whoever was hit by whatever made such a loud sound. Decus began to make his way over to where he heard it from. His outfit much different from his usual. Instead of the green color he commonly wore, he was cloaked in black. As he moved forwards his face would become distorted via his use of madness energy to forcibly distort his face. It would still be visible, just not distinguishable by any means. What came into his view as the sight of a girl pulling her massive fist from the ground with a Kishin Egg dozens of feet away from her. It was like it was perfect, the man had full intention of being known under a new moniker here. Making his presence known at this moment, making an impression that he knew he could because he was simply the best so to speak. Causing this girl who would soon be before him to have to report the situation that was about to occur. It almost made him...happy. Through the shadows he would move.

As the girl walked forwards, rather delighted with herself she would soon be faced with despair. Decus' cloaked form and distorted face would quickly and rather suddenly be directly behind the Kishin Egg that the girl had worked so hard for. Scooped into his hand, and then eaten by his distorted form just as quickly as he had appeared. He faced the girl, felt his soul getting stronger from the devouring of the Kishin Egg. Felt more madness attach itself to him as a smile grew on his face. Not the smile of a mad man, but that of a cocky one. One that the girl would be able to see despite the distortion of his face. "Thanks." His voice escaped his mouth, a tone of arrogance mixed with a stuttered distorted sound that helped to disguise his voice as well.

The stride filled with pride was made to abruptly faulted as a figure trespassed behind her well deserved prize. A pause in her footing as she hesitated from cautious uncertainty, another Kishinegg maybe? Looming over the soul of Kruger, though clad in a black cloak and face flickering in an almost static like buzz that prevented her from accurately gauging their features…. though besides that he seemed relatively human seeming? Honestly she didn’t know, though she didn’t like that he was here and had the general vibe he was dangerous and before having any other time to feel him out, the creep scooping up and swallowed her prize into the buzz of his face. This intensified her nervousness and at the same time brought her good mood, into a rather foul one quite quickly.

It would turn out that what appeared to be another Kishin had arrived and snatched the soul she’d put a lot of time into earning, that was at least her measure of the situation, though this one seemed more coherent, more together than Kruger. Her mouth crooked down to form a frown at this fact, her brows furrowed in a manner that depicted annoyance and concern as it smiled, obviously pleased with itself. The only reason she hadn’t instantly moved is she didn’t know how dangerous this one may or may not be, hands extending in front of her as it offer its thanks, amplifying her annoyance something fierce. With a click of the tongue and a very minor shake of her head, eyes blinking and mouth curving into an irritated smirk, a face that in her case donated near peaked irritation. ”Thanks? The hell you saying that after jacking me of my own hard work, lemme reciprocate your thanks appropriately and take back what mine!” Her tone most certainly showing the flare of her annoyance and the clear intent to do to him what she had to Kruger, though was driven by the fire of an indignation the prior had not brought out of her.

Just as the sentence ended Roxie scooted forwards quite suddenly, closing the remaining gap between the both of them and shifting both of her arms and bodies posture as she went. With an equally sudden swing of her right hand that appeared to go toward the fuzz of the other face, only to quite suddenly bounce slightly to the side in an apparent feint. From the other side the young weapons left and prominent hand shooting forward from a lower positioning of her body, a blow aiming for the rib cage with a straight punch, her body lurching forward almost into the Kishin space. Yet when or if the Kishin would move to counter or even avoid the punch it would come to be revealed she was being even more sneak, using this second punch as another feint to distract from her closer foot coming in for a stomp on the nameless ones foot, intent on pinning and potentially breaking his foot in the process, a cutting shockwave emitting about a five foot area when it hit his foot/the ground. Her arm would end out to the side of the Kishinegg as her foot was used to pin his in place as she would twist her waist and bring her other fist in like a bullet toward his centre mass, shifting after him if he tried to make distance.

Her fists impact blocked or successful would come in like a ton of bricks, the air about it and her arm shaking and rumbling with the crack of a shockwave. A nasty surprise that followed between her fist striking and just before the pain or push of the impact set in, Roxannes fist withdraw into and muscles groaning under the exertion another, slightly weaker impact would suddenly follow the first from a flickering first. If successful the quick succession of the two strikes would likely blast the Kishin back, pulling him out from her pinning foot and likely tripping him if his foot had been pinned, the thundering force of each strike spreading resounding through the mans entire body courtesy of the air shaking force that kicked up dirt and and dust. ”You’re really reckless provoking me guy, I hope you don’t think thats all I have to give you!.” She said regardless of results, lifting her arms again and stepping back a few paces to create enough distance between them to react to something sudden. Her words came out with a little more hype and intensity than before, her stretched out hands not completely balled, instead her fingers open and bending like she intended to use them as claws as a light orange and black striped aura spread around her body. Whatever this was she wasn’t taking any chances, it’s unknown nature causing her to opt for being extra careful despite her emotions, Roxie deciding she’d be using her gauntlets from this point on, waiting cautiously to see how the stranger reacted.

[DWMA][Level II][☆☆][Pugilist][Ruler][Spirit: 170/250]
[Strength: 1][Dexterity: 0][Wisdom: 0][Guts: 6]

Decus figured that he had successfully provoked the girl. After all who wouldn't be provoked by a random person coming up after you've worked so hard for something and just snatching it from you? Fortunately he seemed to be right, the annoyance clear on her face. She spoke a line, with venom behind the words. Her tone was clearly that of an annoyed one much like the appearance her face showed. The words themselves, especially the last few, indicated her intent quite well. Of course she rushed forwards as one might have expected, albeit quite quickly. The distance closed between them, however Decus seemed to be unmoving. Quick successive feints which might have worked in another situation, against another enemy. It would be quite the unfortunate occurrence for his opponent. Although not just his opponent, everyone. Everyone within the city...town...whatever this place was referred to as.

Decus' body practically began to glow with energy. A wave of wavelength then would expand from his person outwards, which would at the very least stop or slow the proper attack of the initial kick intended to pin him down. The wave of wavelength that would cause quite a significant amount of damage to whoever it would hit as well as some disorientation. However if that wasn't enough then of course, what was to be expected but another one? A repeated wave of wavelength going forth immediately after albeit slightly weaker. Screams would fill the air however as the wave of wavelength washed over everything. Then even more screams of horror with the second doing the same. Innocents coming quickly to harm, and non-innocents alike as well. The still on-coming punch due to the punch and kick coming in at virtually the same time would be swiftly avoided. Decus would flip into the air and out of the way of the attack to avoid them by simply...not being in that spot anymore.

"Is that all? Can you hear them?" Decus distorted voice spoke as he moved through the air, landing about five feet away from the girl once again. As he spoke images of civilians appeared around her. They reached out as if to ask for help. However the images would scream out in horror and pain. The images of their bodies collapsing to the ground. The stench of burning flesh filling the air. Even the taste of smoke that one might get from being around it. All of it could be experienced by the girl. The fate of the others within the area. The innocents that couldn't be saved anymore. As they did his wavelength spread out from his body again, this time however only going as far as ten feet away from him. However if she had remained within those ten feet she would be wracked by madness, even more than that caused by the images of the people burning and dying constantly. "You did this to them. You brought this upon them. You're a failure." He continued to badger her with words, soul wavelength gathering in his hand as he would project it forwards through the images and at her to shock and inhibit her capabilities in the coming moments if hit by it.

The Meister Log
In-Effect Perks
↯ Tsunami ↯
The Meister is able to utilize a wavelength technique once every five posts with an increased range to the entire topic. Allies are not injured by these techniques.

↯ Of the Tide ↯
A repeated cast of a wavelength technique shoots out for no cost or action once every five posts, at one level lower than the base technique.

↯ Unpredictable ↯
The user is able to dodge for one level less in resource once every five posts.

↯ Unreality ↯
Regardless of the Madness tier of any opponents (or lack thereof), the user can generate horrifyingly violent illusions that harass the opponent. These can generate sound, smell, and even taste; if they appear to interact with the opponent, the opponent will feel a phantom sensation there and their hairs will likely rise. This generation isn't an ability and doesn't cost an action, but it induces one tier of Madness and causes great distress. If using the Phantom Play ability, the illusions will distort all Soul Perception information to be incorrect or non-existent. Requires "Hallucinogenic"

↯ Raging ↯
The user is able to shoot their wavelength out at a ten foot radius for no action or cost, inflicting no damage but inflicting one tier of Madness, once every five posts.

↯ High Tide ↯
The Meister is able to inflict their wavelength attacks at an increased ten feet per level of the technique being augmented.

Technique Activations/Uses
⇨ Aggressive Shock | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Spirit [Tsunami][Level 3][Of the Tide, Level 2]
This shock is designed to hurt. On top of doing damage appropriate to its level, this kind of shock tends to disorient the opponent and frequently leaves them seeing double. The opponent's next attack misses if they've gathered less souls than their opponent.
Level 3 Dodge [Unpredictable]
⇨ Oppressive Shock | Scaled Level | Tier 2 | Spirit [Level 1][High Tide (10 Feet)]
This shock is focused far less on damage and much more on inhibiting the opponent. This technique reduces the opponent's action by one in their next post, only affecting one opponent, regardless of how many are struck by this technique. Only usable twice a battle and not on the same opponent.

Things very quickly deteriorated beyond anything she expected, the weapon arguably having only enough experience to have a bit more in depth an idea of the job that was hunting Kishineggs. She’d faced a Kishin that could have killed her in a single blow, by herself and won, said Kishin multitudes more dangerous than the first she’d ever fought back in death city, it was almost like their strength was increasing by factors. In what could only be described as a flash of some sort, her foot would find itself hitting a non-solid force that acted much like a an near intangible barrier. Her body wanted to seize up in response to wracking pain, her left eye shutting in response but her right managing to stay open as she chugged on forward and a second lesser shock but still exquisitely painful to immediately follow the first. Still this didn’t stop the weapon as she roared in both pain and drive to not stop, unfortunately her effort meeting no reward as the attacker flipped out of its range. Damn what the hell is this…!? The thought struck her as she backed off to make a little distance, her body trying to shake spasmodically which she managed to bear her way through as she created her tiger cloak with strained effort compared.

Her eyes couldn’t see how far the wave had stretched but what she could see was that the people she had saved from Kruger, were now on the ground. Two unmoving and the third writhing about and screaming, grabbing at them self and kicking their feet in a futile attempt to lessen whatever horror had befallen them. Her head and vision were swimming as her senses caught up to what was going on, realizing that yells and vocalizations of pain weren’t just coming from over there, there were more reaching out from the distance, beyond to parks borders, just how far had his attack spread? Her breathing laboured as the clammy presence of a cold sweat had hit her, her left leg humming and tender enough to dislike the sensation of her weight, a cold sense of dread and the fact she was in very real danger creeping across and cooling the fire of her drive some as it did, then the mans taunts came to pile on the stress. Not just his taunts but something else that would compound there effect swam into being, the image of people in distress, burning, screaming, begging and agonized began to warm about her. What the hell was happening here, who was this guy and why would he go so far, she was overwhelming, angry, fearful, confused and didn’t have the time to put everything together.

How could she help them, what could she do? This was all as insane as it not expected, this wasn’t how things were meant to go, she was here to help, she was here to show her family could be trusted. These concepts raced as she didn’t back away far enough, struck by the intensifying madness that ate at her as confusion, self doubt, fear and regret, pushing against her sense of rational. The flicker face didn’t stop with his multiple attacks on her mind, the next words were a good choice to throw at one who was beginning to see red and teetering on the edge of the viscous intoxication that was madness. His words were a lie, he was throwing his own actions on her, trying to spin the truth, just like with Dad, she was here trying to help, HE DID THIS. She could remember each and every time someone made a comment about her family, about her dad, him being a traitor, never thinking that his claims of innocence might have been true. Her father and how he had simply given up on defending himself, how he always looked so sad when smiling, why he would drink too much and sometimes lash out in anger. Those things and others like them always hurt her or brought about her getting hurt, though her resentment never really aimed at him, other people made him this way, it was a huge part of why she was even here in the first place.

These thoughts and feeling struck how just as a fresh shock of spirit wavelength that her protection couldn’t endure the whole of, Roxanne balling her fists and bending, nearly buckling at the knees as faced upward, still standing but tensed and quivering from something akin to her nerves being shocked. ”Its painful… what’s going on again? Why am I here again? That guy…. he did this…, these people, what do they want…? They want my help…” These segmented thoughts ran there coarse as all leading toward the big effort she was always having to make, these things something she should care about greatly. Despite her pained body and it’s debilitations the young weapons head suddenly jerked toward the Kishinegg and her expression had shifted, eyes wide and excited from the intense manic shift, her whole expression looking rather dazed and out of it considering her mouth hanging open loosely in the first instance. ”Y’know what? I won’t.” She would say as her mouth twisted into an unapologetic grin as she did, her tone bemused almost as if telling someone No for the first time. Regaining her foot, though knee still bent and she began lowering for quickly and drove her fist into the ground with all of her might. ”I’m going to do something for MYSELF INSTEAD.” She continued with a shout despite the words being eaten by the sound of her fist striking the ground, which would smash into it with a boom as an enormous blast force would rip away the madness energy generated illusions as well as catch the Kishinegg with its punishing force that shredded 30ft about Roxie. Despite the punishment the girls body had taken, this new elation made her feel light, the girl who already had a great tolerance and stamina now granted the additional assistance of madness and her new perspective.

”You, hehehe, you are a Meister, hahaha, you can’t go around eat…hah… eating Ki..Kishin eggs. Hahaahaha, you… you Also can’t go around MAKING FILTHY DISTRY LIES ABOUT PEOPLE, you’re in trouble, so much trouble trouble trouble, Dad isn’t here I can do what I WANT, you dig me fuzz face, righttt???” She started off saying, unable to stop snickering about some unknown joke, though it was actually like a kid taking glee in someone’s impending punishment when a parent or teacher finds out what they did bad. This ended abruptly when she shifted gears for a second, blatant anger on her face as she yelled, then back to giving a charged and psychotic grin, the girl wobbling on her feet but beginning to walk toward Decus despite the punishment she’d taken. It would be clear that her motives had changed, the man likely able to feel the air that she originally had planned to defeat him, though now she was resolved to kill or make him suffer, her arms turning mental from the elbow down, Roxie cracking her fingers just before the too we’re sheathed into her partial weapon form.

Decus watched as the weapon before him had been wracked with madness from his antics. The illusions he caused, the wave of madness he projected. Honestly, it made him feel good in a way. Aside from simply enjoying watching the girl struggle with herself. Such a strong willed person she seemed like she would be. One capable of defeating those who might be stronger than her. At least putting up a fight against them perhaps, however all the confidence she exuded moments ago. Being so sure she was going to wipe the floor with Decus. Then suddenly becoming distraught by the illusions. However even more enjoyment of the situation seemed to fill him as she spoke. The madness coming harder into her, and it was almost like she embraced it. Her fist striking the ground and a shockwave being released from the strike. Decus was far too close to avoid the shockwave, a shield of soul energy and oddly enough magic would cover him quickly. The power of the shockwave was stronger than the barrier he made so he knew that it wouldn't be enough. It would only serve to at least make the powerful attack more manageable for his body. The wave burst through the barrier, impacting his body and sending the glitch faced boy flying backwards. Catching himself in the air although in pain he would make sure to flip to land on his feet and slide backwards in the ground. Looking towards the weapon girl who was still speaking.

It was all...so amusing to him. The way that she fell to madness so quickly. If Everyone was like this, then he was right to think he was just better than everyone. To fall so quickly to madness, to speak in such a manner that was not befitting of one so proud. "Pitiful." Words he uttered, as he would spit onto the ground below him. Mucous, Blood, and Saliva mixed that he didn't realize in the moment at all. The girl's arms shifted into metal, gauntlet forms and he realized the kind of weapon she was. At least theorized it, weapons were fairly unpredictable in what they could be after all. "Disgraceful." He continued now fully standing and looking at the girl. His hand extending forwards as he would fire a half circle shape wave of his wavelength five feet in size, but ten feet away from him towards her.

Regardless of whether or not it hit though, more images would appear. However unlike before the specific images. Shadowy figures surrounded the two of them, voices filled the air. 'Failure, Bad Girl, You're a disgrace, you'll never be a good weapon.' The voices repeated to the girl over and over again. Each voice sounding like an older man. Decus playing with the girl's words and twisting them to his own thoughts. Figuring her mention of her father would get more reaction from masculine voices. While Decus would stand still, arms crossed. Waiting for more, watching to see how she reacted. What she would do, how she would act. What would change. The glitch faced boy would also speak as well, intent on adding to the girl's distress. "They're right little girl. You're nothing, you couldn't help the innocent people. You couldn't even properly claim your reward. You're a failure through and through."

The Meister Log
In-Effect Perks
↯ Wavelength Waves ↯
The Meister is able to inflict their wavelength ten feet outward from their palms in a half-circle shape five feet wide.

Technique Activations/Uses
⇨ Soul Barrier | Level 3 | Tier 2 | Stamina, Mana, or Spirit
One of the user's more powerful techniques, this is a shield generated from a mix of soul energy and magic regardless of the user's type. Instilled with Madness, too, it is able to visually display grotesque or horrifying images in its form while also protecting the user from same level techniques. The images are transparent enough that the user is never obscured within their bubble. The barrier treats magic-based attacks one level lower in strength.

⇨ Aggressive Shock | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Spirit [Level 3][Wavelength Waves]
This shock is designed to hurt. On top of doing damage appropriate to its level, this kind of shock tends to disorient the opponent and frequently leaves them seeing double. The opponent's next attack misses if they've gathered less souls than their opponent.

▰ |ROXIE| ▰
Roxanne Bowman ↯ ☆ ↯ Hero ↯ Team Player ↯

This first time exposure to madness had struck hard, Roxie not expecting for Decus’s use of it in the first place and as such was not on guard for any such skills. The assumption that Decus was a Kishin egg had been a costly one as this man had caused widespread harm and to make matter worse she had cracked, putting her in a precarious state. What was important to her in this instant was unfortunately the fact that the blown away illusions and as such their sounds, images and other such effects were dispersed. More importantly was that the opposition in front of her did not manage to escape the shockwave and took some damage, though was certainly not put down which, if he had done would have been a great disappointment. Bouncing lightly on her feet whilst still approaching Decus, her unnatural grin making a fast transition to something between confusion and disgust, pausing for a split second. ”Nooooo, thieving liars are the disgraceful ones, that’s why ima smoosh your head like a bugggg!” These words spat out in a condescending and mocking tone as if she was telling a child something that they heavily understood, her face returning to the new normal only as she leant out of the way of the spirit attack. She would almost seem to stagger in avoiding the attack but kept her balance, continuing forward to bridge the gap and casually ignoring her bodies protests under the brutal hits and exertions it had been through. Despite being about half an arms reach short of Decus, her body would shift in a manner suggesting she was about to attack as she twisted and in the instants she did so her right arm would fade as the left became gigantic and almost mechanical.

Even if Decus had seen the big hand in the last instance of his arrival, this trick she pulled was extremely off putting for both opponents and herself. An opponent even if aware of her abilities, generally doesn’t expect split second transformations that dramatically change the reach of an already initiated strike. In regard to herself and weapons as a whole, there was such a thing as reckless use of their abilities and Roxanne, who was a generally independent weapon, developed some tactics that put enormous strain on her body. This whole trick she tried was actually extremely taxing and where a Meisters arm is protected by her full transformation…. her own arm is only protected to the elbow when using the big arm mode, this technique is one she normally would not employ as she had injured herself doing so and as such would only consider it as a last resort. Fingers fully extended her gigantic hand came tearing as Decus from the side, such force that the air almost sounded like it was about to rip under it and generating yet another powerful shockwave around itself, increasing the lethality of the strike, especially being so difficult to avoid. Now Decus would unfortunately not receive the gleeful sight of her fully succumbing, the massive gauntlet weapon heralding a massive amount of pain so great it kept her lucid as her arm dislocated from her joint from the final momentum of the swing.

The slap would shatter Decus’s bones beneath its force and as a result had come with tremendous stress for her body, this with the fact her body had been fried by the other mans spiritual wavelength strikes and as such her body couldn’t keep up. The pain brought her to the ground as she lacked properly balance, letting out long yell of pain interlaced with shallow laughter as she gripped the shoulder and returned the arm to normal. She gave Decus a scathing look as even if unharmed he had undoubtedly managed to avoid the worst of her attack and his comments combine with the yelling Spectors was not enough to get a big a rise from her as it could have. Though fluctuating between returning lucidity and insanity, the voices kept her closer to the later, Roxanne even in this state dodging lingering on the memories or though processes these and his words might dredge up. Instead she managed to stop herself giggling and groaning, gritting her teeth and speaking through the pain, her body protesting against an attempt to get up and left her on her knees. ”Ohhh the thief calls me a failuuure, urghnhehehe. You are a traitor so I guess we are failures of some sort together you Liar, liar, liar! I’ll claim de dah de dah bum Bum BUMM, ptshhhh, your soul in return, just you wait till I can Ssssstannddd fuzzy wuzzy…… AHHHHHahahahaha, ********> She raved in a combination of mocking, yelling, laughing and straining through pain, her body and limbs muscles twitching as her shoulder screamed sharply, it muscles potentially damaged and letting this fact be known. Despite her best efforts whilst talking it was clear she could make herself get back onto her feet, her body had been hit too hard and significantly to be used on high gear like she had been doing, this causing her to swear but not admit defeat as she still had the imperative to go after him, one that would likely spill out whether she suffered madness or not when looking beyond this day. If she was scared she didn’t notice as madness affliction and her standard no surrender attitude was her driving force, so she did not shy or cower away from him and was clearly only still on the ground against her desire, leaving her not much of a threat unless he got too close.

Decus' watched the girl continue to slowly descend into madness. Her reactions were amusing at best. The words she spoke were coherent....enough. It was clear she was still bitter and upset about the actions of Decus when he had first shown up. That being said, he could see the normality return to her expression if only for a moment. A frown appearing on his face, he wasn't quite pleased with this. Of course with the distortion of his face she wouldn't be able to see the displeasure that grew across it from realizing it. She wasn't giving up, and it was aggravating at best. He felt like he wanted to show her who was truly the better of the two. Himself. Of course that would mean going through a display of power.

His arm rear's back as she approached, his body bloated, contorting sickly. His arm first, as he swung forth a fist that grew in size suddenly. Much to his own surprise her hand had done the same. Sort of. However the rest of his body would also grow in size along with the fist and hand that bloated and contorted before becoming normal albiet much...much larger. His body shrouded in an electrical energy as well. Had he not grown to such a size, her attack would surely have blown him away. As her extended hand slapped into Decus' expanded arm it would hit the barrier of electrical-like soul wavelength energy, however the shockwave created from it impacted him as normal.

Meanwhile his own punch would produce a much larger shockwave, one that would crush her into the ground. Of course he didn't believe it would knock her out or anything of the sort. He knew that she was a durable sort, but he didn't want to knock her out. He needed to use her for his own purposes. She began speaking again, bitterness and childlike anger clear through her voice as she clearly struggled to get up. Decus looked down at her from his much larger and taller position. His hand held out, as many of the Kishin Eggs that had been floating around the city flowed to his hand. "You need only remember me as the victor. The Consumer of Kishin." He said, his voice loud and even more distorted due to his size. His hand now with many Kishin Eggs in it coming to his mouth in order to devour a mass of the eggs at once. His soul wavelength flickered to life for a moment. Power growing as one might expect. Then he would begin to walk off. "You remember that, the name of the one who defeated you."
