The Reason I picked Nadine is because she may have knocked over the Conch Shell over and when the Pipes fell out, she thought it was broken so she tried to clean up the mess she made so no one would notice.
= Here's what Prince Richard would think why When we do something wrong, be it Land or Sea, we have to make things right and admit our mistakes. Avoiding Responsibility and refusing to learn from a mistake, no matter how small or big, can nearly ruins big plans. So Nadine should have been more honest and watched where she was going.
As for Code 121, being the Narwhal Cover Up, Nadine should teach the animals of the sea & merfolk to Brush and Floss or Sometimes use Mouthwash because like the Human World, Good Dental Care always starts at home.

= Here's what would have happened and what Prince Richard would think why Claw the Crab can't just blame someone else for something he did wrong. No matter what anyone else tells him. Stealing the Conch Shell is wrong which is something that a Selfish Shellfish. Claw the Crab should learn to control his temper better
As for Code 119 since Claw has a bad temper he take classes in the Atlantica Music Hall. Not only that but he also has to wear pink mittens for an entire year as well.
