DESCRIPTION
I guess you're wondering "What the heck is this?" Well, here's the idea:
This is an idea I had of what might have happened INSTEAD of .Hack://Dusk (called Legend of the Twilight in America). I'm basing this off of what I know form the .Hack games, as I'm pretty entirely ignorant about the events of the animes. The beginning of this RP is four years after the end of the last of the games, when Dusk is supposed to happen. This is an alternate storline, that could take place instead of the events of Dusk, which I'm ignorant of. It's perfectly possible that the characters of Dusk are in Alternate, but the events play out differently for one basic reason. The reason? Someone else won the sweepstakes for the models of Kite and Blackrose. I do know that's part of Dusk, but the idea is that someone else wins it and the events play out differently. I really don't want to play as the Kite and Blackrose model winners, but was hoping someone else might want to.

RULES

3.To apply for this, just PM me a character description with the subject line "I hack". You don't have to know much about .Hack, but it might help. Follow the basic model set by my character.
4.The available character classes are:
blademaster-uses large blade, all armor types
twin blade-uses twin blades, light and normal armor
long arm-uses spear, light and normal armor
wavemaster-uses a staff (no good for melee), light armor
heavy axemaster-uses heavy axe, all armor types
werewolf-NAaS-uses no equiptment
blade sorceror-NAaS-able to use twin blade and wavemaster weapons, normal and light armor
weapon master-NAaS-able to use all weapons and armor
resistance master-NAaS-ALL elemental and status resistances are 99, but can only use wavemaster weapons and light armor.
NAaS stands for Not Available at Start, which means you can't start the RP with that class unless you somehow convince me you can handle it, but you can eventually get them (maybe) on second thought, you can get an NAaS class to start if you play as someone from the four .Hack games, but only if they start at level one to five when the RP begins.
5.Speak LITERATELY!!! In the world of .Hack, there is a speech program that most people have that allows them to say things with their voices and it comes out perfectly typed, so not even IC chat should be illiterate.
Xindaris reserves the right to change, delete, add, or entirely decapitate any rule at any time, except for rules 1 and 2.

The rating goes up every time you hack, and down every time you kill a monster without hacking. I'll determine how much infection each hacking andor monster is worth. THE EIGHT PHASES
After the incident, everyone thought the phases would never return, that the wave was gone for good. They were wrong. This is a list of all the phases, their abilities, levels, etc.
All of the phases are level 99 and have infinite HP and SP, so it would be redundant to post those details.
They also all have Data Drain, an attack whose effects are erratic but generally negative, and Ground Stab, which deals around 400 damage to the immediate area.
Sorry about the vauge descriptions of some, it's been awhile since I last saw most of them.
Phase One
Skeith:The Terror of Death
Appearance:Large humanoid form carrying an upside-down cross with a circle around the upper part.

Other Information:Cubia is huge whenever fought, and those fighting it are on a rotating circle that rises slowly upward to the head of it. Those riding the circle must destroy Cubia Cores, which shift between physical and magical tolerance at intervals, and Gamoras, which have various effects.

WORKING ON IT
After an event many would rather not remember, the most famous RPG to ever have existed, The World, was shut down for a whole year. Several players went into withdrawal, and even as it was reopened with a new version they claimed was "bug-free and improved", rumors abounded. Three years after the reopening, the models of two well-known players, Blackrose and Kite, were awarded to one lucky person and their friend as an advertisement. Soon they would discover that the inheritance from Kite wouldn't stop with the model.
Meanwhile, an advanced hacker known only as Zagato has taken an intense interest in the case. He's gained seemingly more information about the original incident than even those involved in it, and believes that as far as the game goes, the events will repeat themselves unless something acts as a catalyst for change. He believes he must be that catalyst, and upon discovering that Kite's model had been won, moved to intercept the so-called lucky one.
POST NOTHING AFTER THIS JUST YET!!!
Sorry, but we MUST have the winner of the Kite model before we can begin the RP.
Oh, come on, are demothewiz and I the only people in this guild who want to RP .Hack?
