Professor and Deputy Headmistress Phoebe Clarke has been teaching Upper Astronomy for many, many years at Hogwarts. She graduated from Hufflepuff in her day, and still has affection for the house of yellow and black. She is always willing to spend extra practice time with her students, provided they do their best when they can. She also always has a kettle on, prepared with just about any kind of tea a tired soul could need.
