Professor Kathir Sutton graduated from Hogwarts in 2054 from the Hufflepuff House. He was the second Seer in his family, following his grandmother. After his parents decided his visions weren't exactly positive, he went to live with his grandma, who taught him to hone his skills. It only seemed right that he sign up to help the other "oddballs" of Hogwarts as soon as he was able to be hired on.
