The stair case leading to the grand stair case is located in this hall. This is a hall for social time in between classes. It also holds the four hour glasses in which house points are shown.
The paintings are of various witches and wizards. The four founders have pictures above their house's hour glass. Knights line the wall. Two large oak doors lead to the great hall.
A small door leads to the teachers lounge: Private!

Ana walked into the entrance hall. There was a small door. PRIVATE! it said. But her curiosity got the best of her. She walked in.

Keith poped into the enterance hall from the grounds, he had a odd dazed look apoun his face and his eyes were unnormally red, a recation to contact, or perhaps tears. He walked forward, in a tense uneasy manner. Strolling across the floor he stopped in front of a painting, sliding down the wall until he was sitting. Sighing he crossed his legs and waited..

cedric....from the corridor, he remembered that he forgot his things in the great hall. he ran and but as he ran he passed by a small door. he stopped by to check it out and it said "private". because of being adventurous, he entered the mysterious room.

iceystar cedric....from the corridor, he remembered that he forgot his things in the great hall. he ran and but as he ran he passed by a small door. he stopped by to check it out and it said "private". because of being adventurous, he entered the mysterious room.
A petite hand grabbed the coat of the adventurous mister. "Should you be doing that boy?" She whispered into his ear, dragging him backwards lightly. "You'll thank me later. That would be the Proffessors lounge. Though I have no doubt in my mind it is empty at this hour, it be best not go in....For some of the proffessors are very short tempered." Jade gave a toothy grin and let go of his coat. "Now for introductions. I would be Jadessa, but you may call me Jade. Seventh year Ravenclaw."

Watching the boy run off she lifted an eyebrow. "First years." She muttered underneath her breath. Looking around she spotted a slytherin slumped against the wall. "Boy, you ok?" She asked kindly.

He looks up quickly, seeing Jade he shrugged and stood. The dazed troublsome look still clear on his face. " Yeah.. i suppose. Just some troubles..with..a thing..yeah.. that it" He oddly scratchs the back of his neck, glancing at his muggle watch.

"There you are....I'm already late for class, so I once again must leave you. So sorry....well, I guess I'll see you in our dorm or common room."

Keith Sherwood He looks up quickly, seeing Jade he shrugged and stood. The dazed troublsome look still clear on his face. " Yeah.. i suppose. Just some troubles..with..a thing..yeah.. that it" He oddly scratchs the back of his neck, glancing at his muggle watch. did my post get deleted? Weird......-- Jade gave him a stern look over. "Well if you say so." A small smile escaped her lips. "You know those muggle watches don't work very well here. May I see it? I'm fascinated with muggle studies."
"And really....if somethings wrong you can spill. I'm not one to spread others words." She gave him a toothy grin.
