This is a Halloween custom raffle wherein you can enter for a powered character in a costume-inspired outfit! How do you do that, you might ask?
The prize is a powered custom themed around a Halloween costume.
To enter, write an RP/solo (at least 500 words) of finding a Halloween costume in the window of a shop that catches your character's eye!
If the winning character chosen is already powered, a civilian character played by the winner or new character entirely can be chosen for power up.
The powered outfit will be based on the costume seen in the window. The final design will need to stay within shop art guidelines, so there may be some interpretation or adjustments, rather than a direct replication of the costume.
Only one entry per person.
Only common factions are eligible.
Prize is non-transferable.
Winner must be under cap.
The winner will go on powered cool-down and cannot already be on cool-down at the time of winning.
