Elven Safehouse
Located on the outskirts of New Houston, this elegant house is nestled within a moderate-sized enclosed compound, serving as a home and strategic outpost for two High Elves aligned with the Marsonian Confederacy. The structure seamlessly blends traditional elven architecture with practical defensive features, reflecting the dual nature of its occupants—scholars and soldiers.
The Compound
The entire compound is designed for security and self-sufficiency.
Perimeter Wall: The compound is encircled by a high, white stone wall, softened by climbing ivy and flowering vines. The main gate is magically reinforced.
Defensive Bunkers: Built directly into the main wall on either side of the gate are two hidden bunkers. Seamlessly integrated and magically concealed, each bunker can hold two individuals and features reinforced firing slits for defending the entrance.
Vehicle Garage: A spacious, detached garage can house two large vehicles. It is built to the same defensive standards as the main house, with reinforced doors and walls, and contains basic maintenance equipment.
Grounds and Courtyard: The grounds are meticulously landscaped, featuring a zen garden with an enchanted stream, a discreet training area for martial and magical practice, and a unique mix of native Texan and resilient elven flora.
Main House
The house itself is a two-story structure constructed from luminous white stone and silver-veined wood, with interior walls that seem to softly glow. Large smart-glass windows can be made opaque or display tactical information on command, and the entire structure is protected by subtle, integrated arcane wards against intrusion and surveillance.
First Floor
The main floor is designed for both comfort and function. It features a large, open-plan common area with a grand, smokeless hearth. Adjacent are a state-of-the-art kitchen and a formal dining area. This floor also contains a well-stocked library (texts on history, strategy, and magic) and a small, private study secured by a biometric and magical lock.
Second Floor
A gracefully curved staircase leads to the living quarters. This floor contains several comfortable guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious master bedroom suite, which includes a private balcony, a large walk-in closet, a luxurious bathroom, and a hidden, magically-shielded safe.
Basement
A concealed staircase leads down to a fortified, utilitarian basement carved from bedrock, which serves as the heart of the safehouse's operational capabilities.
Armoury
A massive, vault-like door opens into the armoury. The walls are lined with racks holding a variety of arms, with a strong emphasis on Marsonian-style close-combat weapons and the formidable "Cannon" high-caliber rifle. Mannequins display various suits of armor, including Light, Medium, and Heavy Elven Scale Armor. Secure lockers contain explosives, specialized ammunition, and enchanted items.

The basement houses a large, well-lit workstation with a magically-silenced blacksmith's forge, an alchemist's lab, and a sophisticated electronics bench. It is fully equipped for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of the specialized Marsonian weaponry.

A spacious storage area contains neatly organized crates of long-life rations, medical supplies, communication equipment, and spare parts, ensuring the occupants can withstand a prolonged siege or equip a small unit for an extended mission.
