Advanced Pay is: Pays 3 Scale per Equipment created - Turned in monthly in the Trade thread, from rolling for how much Equipment are created daily in the Ironhide Crucible thread.(roll 1 d12 daily then add 15% of STR stat to effect how many Equipment pieces per day are generated)
Basic Pay is: Pays 1 Scale per Ingot smelted - Turned in monthly in the Trade thread, from rolling for how many Ingots are created daily in the Ironhide Crucible thread.(roll 1 d6 daily then add 10% STR stat to effect how many Ingots per day are smelted).
