It has been leeked the name of the revolution is "Nintendo GO". so what do you think? (Go=5 in jap)

The name Revolution sounds a lot better... But, I'm fine with either one. confused

I don't quite believe it because, as you pointed out, go is Japanese for five. Remember, the code name for this system is still N5R, or fifth generation Nintendo codename Revolution. So, for the moment, no I don't quite believe it.

nintendo go? NO! (hey that rymed) revolution sounds much better! nintendo is "revolution"-izing gaming, theyre not "go" -ing gaming (dis that make sense?)

Now there are rumors about the N5Revolution being the Nintendo Wii xd I still say we won't know until E3, May 9th.

I cant wiat...may 9th will they show us some more zelda? Or a New super Mario. Or even SSM2. or metriod prime 3. Or maybe Pokemon revolution. Or....I can be at it all day. xp

ii means good, in Japanese, and Wii kinda sounds like We in American/English. Each i stands for a person or people. The grouping, ii, can be seen both as the word 'good' or as everybody coming together.
I kinda think the name's starting to grow on me =/ It's odd, but that's kinda the point, too. Nintendo is revolutionizing gaming, so why not do the same for naming?

Just because Wii has been revealed doesn't nececarilly mean the GO info is absolete. It could be the name of something else as yet unrevealed. surprised
