It’s Christmas time and it’s the time for good food. What does your family make for Christmas?
We always do Mexican food on Xmas Eve then we have a New Years dinner which is usually brisket. Soo good. I can’t wait. What about you?

wow what’s that like? We love doing Mexican cuz We can make soups and carnitas soo much stuffed. Come to our house and you’ll experience nothing but New Mexican food.

We usually have a cheat day with junkfood, but we're going to see family and have lunch before I gotta go to work that day, I think. What I'd really like are loaded baked potatoes. Wendys has been out of them, lately.

Hex The Shinigami Making tamales this year for Xmas and normally I'm on dessert 🎂 duty, intend to buy a cake or pie from a local bakery we made our own tamales one year but this year we’re buying them from the store. Still pretty ok cuz it’s New Mexican but not as good as when we homemade them with a Boston butt pork. We will make carnitas where we make carnitas tacos soo good. And a bunch of posole and green Chile stew. It’s a true taste of New Mexico. Better than Mexico cuz it’s new.
