This is a little bonus for the leaders such as Liu Bei, Nobunaga, etc. Being a leader gives you these list of powers: -Giving out missions to subordinates -Giving ranks depending on actions -Demotion and Promotion can be done -Execution or Dismissing is allowed only for the story though. Don't do this unless you actually have a reason to in the story. Also talk to the person before doing so. You just might piss them off. -You can assign types of soldiers to officers(bowmens, militia, musketeers, ninjas, etc) -You may hire a free officer if you like. You may also accept a proposal is an officer comes to you asking to join. You may decline it if you will as well. -You may make an officer a commanding officer for areas in battle
When a ruler promotes officers, they give out these rankings: Sergeant Lieutenant (me think is how it's spelled...) Vice General Knight General High General Commanding General Grand Commander Supreme Commander (Then anything a ranking of the top five like the 5 Tiger Generals of Shu. You may make up the name)
If you are planning to serve under yourself, then make sure to rule fairly and don't jack his promotion so high. You all have better RPmenship than that wouldn't you agree? Yes? Gooooood. 3nodding
