Light Level
This is the topmost level of Geopolis. It is extremely warm and bright so Vampires don't seem to like it here, but all other species enjoy its sunny climes, especially the Sunchildren and Dragons.
The main central city is based in the centre of a lush tropical rainforest, and consists of huge, highly ornamental white marble buildings rising out of the trees like icebergs in the sea. The surrounding forest is filled with exotic wildlife and thousands of species of jewelled birds and beetles, agile monkeys, poisonous snakes, elusive carnivores and many other kinds of creatures. It is extremely hot and humid in here, contrasting with the aridity of the desert.
The outer edge of this level is a huge expanse of sand, populated by snakes, lizards and insects but even they seem to find it tough out here. There are a few small villages surviving around sparse waterholes or a person with control over water, who is treated as royalty. Still, life can be harsh which is why very few people ever come here.
