The Fleur line and the Reese line are not related except by marriage; they were simply created on the same theory.

He is fair and commanding, never one to back down from a difficult decision, but always there to support his family when a stronger voice is needed.
The Emperor has never married, preferring instead to stay close to home and handle the majority of the Reese business affairs for his brother. He lives at the family estate, Westchase [the city is Anscythe], but is most often found collapsed at his apartment in the city from overwork. He and Avery are extremely close, and he watches over the elder Reese like a loyal guard dog.

Oracle was attempting to get a pure telepath, but found that Volts' 'telepathy' extended only to computers and dataprocessing. They made use of this, and he became the company's database and security system for centuries, until they decided he was 'obsolete.' Bad move, considering that the Tower loves to shake things up- let off his leash, he is now an information broker and massive headache to anyone who wants to keep their information private.
For a very short time when he was younger, Oracle enrolled him in the military; he deserted to Anscythe, where he met Avery Reese. His relationship with the Reese family is still rocky at best, but he still quietly loves them. "I love Avery. I simply can't stand to be around him."
Volts is tall and very thin, with short, spiked black hair and bright emerald green eyes. They are usually hidden behind a black visor, which he uses to stay logged in to the computers of the world.

The Hanged Man was much prized by Oracle, then went on to use his telepathy for intelligence purposes for the army of the Western United Front. He found his best friend, Seraph Tien, in the WUF, but has since forsaken it all in favor of his bondmate and the Li Clan. This has caused more than a few problems along the way.
In personality, Kaz is lighthearted and easygoing, with a sharp edge honed by the military. He is EXTREMELY family-oriented, and though he once hated Fai Li he has come to view the man with affection and respect (sort of). Kaz is very very short (about 5'3"), with short black hair and longer crimson bangs. His eyes are the Fleur emerald green. Deep, gouge-cut scars run along the undersides of both arms from elbows to wrists.

At the same time, the King of Cups doesn't need to speak loudly for those around him to know his strength; he is extremely intuitive and instinctual, commanding with a low, resonant voice. He does not yell or tear into people. In order to stay close to the father who doesn't know him, Ocean owns and manages the bank in Anscythe. He watches Avery from afar while denying ties of relationship so his father doesn't get hurt.
Though he shares Volts' opinion of the military (albeit less stridently), Ocean trained in martial arts for years because he DOES approve of discipline. His weapons of choice are the nunchaku. He is tall like his parents but built heavier across the shoulders, with Volts' green eyes, platinum blond hair, and medium blue bangs that fall in his eyes. A set of scales is tattood across his shoulderblades, with the word 'choice' beneath them.
