I requested this sub because i wanted a neat and organized way to get people active. The way we are doing this is anything but neat and organized. Here are the facts there is about 100 members in this guild more then half (about 60) are not active and not even posted once. Now the question is would you rather have a big guild with few active members or a small guild that is always active. Now to cut to the chase we have to warn the people who have not posted, give them a month to either reply or post. If they don't do either then they will have to be banned, we have to draw the line some where. I don't mean to be harsh but they joined they might as well post once. I'm going to go through the people who have not posted once, then put them up here. I will assign you each a color, and color code the people you have to pm. This will ensure that we are not going to pm the same person and look like we are harassing them. I will be back on tonight to color code, after i finsh my home work if anyone opposes this organization please feel free to comment.

I've just completed my list of people to contact. I hope they start to post because it would really help the guild stay alive. While looking through the list I saw my brothers name there DMAN, I can yell at him myself and I will tell you all if he wants to stay or go.
