I need HELP.
Well, I have a MAC OS X and Photoshop Elements. But, I need good CG skills. So, I scan a pic and then copy it over to Photoshop. Now whenever I color it. It looks really crappy. Afterall, you just color inside the lines right?
I know. That's a No. But, I don't get how to make my colors looks so outstanding where others CG looks. eek

what exaclty is so bad about them? show an example-do my avi. i dont care if you think its bad-i just want to see how they look. ok? heart
