Welcome to The Commons. The purpose of this establishment is to attain a carefree and relaxing environment for all who wish to enter.
Ok, I'll drop the act. I've never done one of these random things before. So, just have fun and stuff.

He looks at his pocket-watch anxiously as the seconds tick by. Finally, after all the planning that has gone into this endeavor of his, it is almost complete. All that is left is to open the doors and let the people start flowing in. Taking out his pocket-watch again, he paces nervously. Shielding his eyes from the dawn sun, he looks towards the elegantly carved wood trimmings on the front double doors. A sign hangs loosely, showing "closed" To all who pass by the street-corner. Taking out his pocket-watch for the final time, he makes his way to the doors. He turns the sign, now showing that his establishment is open for business. Then proceeding to prop the other door open, he returns to his place behind the counter and waits.

She meanders in, absently licking a lollipop around 3 inches in diameter. She plops into a chair at the counter and smiles, holding the candy away from her long hair, "Allo. Who are you and what's up?"

Yoder notices a girl walk in, not paying any special attention to anything in particular. She sits down at the counter he is standing behind.
"Hello, I'm Yoder Coleon, founder of this lounge, The Commons... Well, I just opened today, and was waiting for some people to come in. You are the first. So what'll it be? Water, juice, soda, tea, or coffee? We also have some candy and other snacks. Of course, You don't have to buy anything, because this place is mostly for relaxation and enjoyment."
He hoped he hadn't talked her ear off, but he was nervous with this being his first business venture. He knew The Commons wouldn't be too popular on the first day and that more would come as it became afternoon... he hoped.

Uki stumbled down the sidewalk until something struck him... a sign. He looked up and saw that the establishment next to him was called The Commons. Deciding this might be interesting and that the growling of his stomach was getting annoying, he opened the door and walked in. Looking around, he saw the counter and walked up to it. "....Hello." he said, not really knowing how he was supposed to act here.

Kira strolled down the street, hands in her pockets, feeling rather bored. Seeing the open sign in the Commons' window, she opened the door and peeked her head in the establishment, hoping to find some more entertaining company.
Seeing only a few people inside, she sat down at a stool by the counter, glancing over the selections on the shelf. She turned to the man behind the counter. "So...what would you recommend?"

Yoder spotted two more enter. If this trend continued, he'd get awesome business. The first girl(Galdrea) was still deciding so, he focused his attention to the other two. Greeting the second one(Uki) with a, "Good morning!", he answered the third(Kira), "Well, we have many different drinks. Also, there are some snacks and candy. Since it's so early, I, myself, would order an omelette. naturally, the choice is up to you." He refocused his attention to the second girl and said, "If you don't want to have anything to eat, there are some comfortable couches and a TV over in the corner." He pointed past the counter and cafe-styled tables close behind, to a fairly spacious and well-lit area. It had green carpeting and the 2 couches were of a grayish-blue.

"Lounge!" Rus in excitedly, her little bunny ears bouncing atop her head and plops into the nearest seat available. It happens to rotate and she spins around in a circle laughing. Stops, realizing how absolutely insance she must appear and a solid blush forms on her face. "Ok...no more sugar for me anymore..."

Mitena meandered down the long street slowly, looking through cluttered shop windows as she passed by. The morning was just starting, and everyone seemed to be opening shop. She walked on and took a seat at a fountain in the town square. 'I wish there was somewhere to go just to relax... I feel so tired,' she thought with a heavy sigh. As if to answer her wish, when she looked across the square she saw a new sign she hadn't noticed before. "The Commons," she mumbled, reading it. "Interesting..." She glanced down the street and stood up, scattering a few doves that had settled near her feet. Taking a deep breath of morning air, she walked across the street and entered The Commons.

"TV?!" Uki exclaimed and ran towards the couches. Flipping over the back of one, he landed on the soft, comfy cushions. He grabbed the remote and flipped the TV on. "Man, this is the life." he smiled as he stretched out and began to be mesmerized by the random TV channel it happened to be on.

Kira rested her elbows on the counter, a thoughtful finger resting on her lips. Mm, yes, breakfast did sound good. Maybe not an omelet, but... "Do you have French toast?" she asked Yoder with a big grin. "With lots and lots of syrup and other sugary goodness?"
Kira half stood, bouncing as she leaned forward on the counter, growing ever excited at the thought of sugar.

Yoder smiled as the boy ran from the counter, making a bee-line for the TV. He hoped that no one would fight over the channels, if anyone else wanted to watch. The first girl was still pondering exactly what she wanted, so he started to walk towards the other end of the counter as the other girl responded. "Yes," Yoder replied, "we do have french toast. Don't worry, there's as much syrup, sugar, and berries as you can eat. Let's see... That'll be 2 dollars. I hope that isn't too steep, but I make them warm, fluffy on the inside, and crisp on the outside."
Suddenly another girl burst through the door, and clung to one of the bar stools, spinning around wildly. She muttered to herslef for a few moments, as a few stared, and other didn't seem to notice. She blushed a little, muttering something under her breath. Yoder said to her, "Umm... So what'll it be? We've a variety of snacks, candy, and drinks here at The Commons." Out of the corner of his eye, another girl enterred. He waved casually to her, in a motion that suggested she sit down. "If people kep coming in like this, I'll have to hire some help. It could get really busy and out of hand really fast." Yoder thought, both grimly and joyfully.

Misfit looked at Yoder and gave him a wide, tooth filled smile. "Hello." She then set her flowers on the table and placed her chin in her hand as she leaned against the coutner top thoughtfully. "I could use a good cup of decaffeinated coffee if you have it."
She tousled her wild silver hair in boredom. "Too much energy this morning..."

Galdrea, meanwhile, has chomped through her lollipop and is now down to the stick. She pouts at it, then notices the person spinning. She smiles and waves, "Yay for short attention spans!!!" She begins spinning in her own seat, quickly making herself dizzy. Blinking and shaking her head to clear it, Galdrea smiles at the guy behind the counter, "Do you have any suckers? I ate mine and want more sugar."

Kira pulled two dollars out of her pocket and set them on the counter. "Sounds like a good deal to me! Put some extra strawberries on top!"
Finished placing her order, Kira moved over to the big comfy couch by the television and plopped herself down.

Yoder smiled lightly as he turned to the coffee pot and grabbed a cup. Placing both in front of her, he poured into the cup. "I guess everyone has those kinds of mornings," Yoder thought aout her final comment and the reaction of the first girl. He put the cup in front of her and said, "75 cents." Returning the coffee pot to it's place, the other girl reached in her pocket, revealing 2 dollars. He replied to her, "Extra strawberries." She moved to the couch and began to watch whatever the other girl was. He dipped two big pieces of bread in some egg batter and dropped onto a skillet, turning on the heat. The first girl had finished her lollipop, and asked about another one. Yoder pointed to a large candy jar and said, "Take your pick. they're 50 cents each."
He then called out, "Sorry, but It would be great If I could know your names. It would be much easier to address you that way. You don't have to if you don't want to, but I just think it would be better." That was a little embarassing, and his voice came out a tad jittery.
