Here is the teacher's profiles. The headmistress is Professor McGonagall.
Please wait for us to put your name by the class before making your class thread. Also please put in your thread (in however many posts)
A class description, A little about the teacher(can fit in description), schedual(we'll be giving you one), a class roster(the kids in your class and what year/house they are), class rules(your own, don't make them too ridiculous), Assignments(if you're having trouble coming up with them pm Crystalrose), and any extra information you may want. This all can go in any order, and all in sepparate or one post.

House: Graduated Slytherin
Wand: Black oak ash, with a green snake spiraled around the wand. The snake has red eyes, and it's skin sparkles. Size unknown.
Class: Potions
Blood: Purests of pure
Pet: Jet, she's a jet Black owl with green eyes, and a single red tinted feather, which is the offspring of her childhood bird.
Personality: Torice acts like the teacher Snape, her past gave her a hatred for all gryffindors. So she's probably a little harsher on them. She's of course more liniant on the Slytherins because she was once in their house.
History: As a kid she always tried to live up to other's expectations, which is why as a teen she joined a group of young death eaters. That of course is what she thought her parents wanted. She also was mostly in hogwarts to make sure that a friend of hers stayed in hogwarts as well. He was her puppet for the longest time, until their sixth year, when he met a Gryffindor, and his personality changed. When he was no longer her puppet,her parents began to disown her. She had to work very hard to regain their trust. It was even harder six years after school when the dark lord fell, and she was along with the other's that went into hiding. She made a vow that she would change her way. And she was given a second chance when she came the the headmistress, and asked if the posistion of potions master was avalible. This now is her second chance.
Appearance: Long silky black hair, dark green eyes.(NOT like Harrys.) She has a very devious look to her. She wears a long black skirt, with black heels, and a puffy black top. Even with age she still looks fairly attractive.
Other: Yes Torice was one of my characters for the original rp.

House: Graduated Gryffindor, also Head of Gryffindor
Wand: 11" Dragon Heartstring, and maple
Class: Transfiguration
Blood: Pureblood
Pet: A year old kitten, calico and female, named Callie. It follows her everywhere, and sits on her desk during classes.
Personality: Jes is kind, caring, sweet, very outgoing. She hopes that she'll bee able to be strict but fun with the students. Jes loves the subject Transfiguraton, she was going to become an Auror, with her top marks, but she wanted to be near the school that she loves so much so she became a teacher instead. She also can't wait to have the Potter twin's in her class. Jes was in her 7th year when they were in their 1st year.
History: Jes just left Hogwarts only 5 years ago, she bonded with the school and someday wants to be Headmistress. Jes grew up with just her and her dad, since the age eight. Jes' mom and dad got a divorce and her mom took her other 5 siblings(4 brothers and 1 older sister), Jes is the baby of the family. She hates her mom for cheating and then leaving her dad. Her dad finally remarried a nice witch from Scotland, when she was in her fifth year. Jes still lives at home on the breaks until she can find and buy a place of her own. Jes still has a New York accent which she can't shake ever since she moved to England when she was eight. She also is still looking for 'Mr. Right.'
Appearance: Jes could easily pass for a 6th or 7th year student.

History: her past consists of a lot of fighting people who started fights with her?. She has many bad memories but many more good memories of when she was in school.

Class: Defense Against the Dark Arts
Blood: Pure, Daughter of unwed Scorpio Nott and Malise Wilkes.
Pet: Brown Tawny owl named Oakheart
Personality: Warm, accepting. A tolerant teacher, but a stickler when it comes to rules. Very patient with her students, and genial with her colleagues.
History: Born when Scorpio was 18, and Malise was 17. Six years after Edaline's birth, Scorpio was captured and sent to Azkaban. In his last message to his partner, Scorpio pleaded that Malise raise their daughter as a true Nott. He died shortly afterward. But this never was so. Edaline was taught all of the Dark Arts by her mother, before attending Hogwarts, for fear they would teach her the Dark Arts were bad. When she was sorted into Gryffindor, her mother nearly disowned her, but out of sheer pity to the Nott bloodline, Malise tolerated her until she was 18. Edaline never wanted to follow in her family's footsteps, and when her mother kicked her out of the house on her 18th birthday, she fled to Hogwarts, seeking a job. Headmistress McGonagall gave her one, and at Hogwarts she found condolence. Because of her deep knowledge of the Dark Arts, she was a near perfect candidate to teach how to defend against it. At Hogwarts she met her current husband, Conan O'Haera, who used to teach Astronomy, but retired after a spinal injury.

- Right before boarding the Hogwarts Express for the first time, her mother gave her her father's old family ring. Sometimes, when she is unawares, she is cast into visions that she believes are brought on by some strange enchantment upon the ring.
- Although she is young, she has been teaching for 7 years, and is very mature for her age. Somber, even.

Wand: He has no wand, but he does have his father's want in his office in a case on a shelf.
Class: Muggle studdies
Blood: Both his parents were wizards, but he is a Squib.
Pets: A regular muggle gardner snake named Binky, and a monkey whos fur changes color named Mr. Fuzzy.
Personality: Rather disoriented, he sometimes goes off on a ramble, and his papers often fly around. He is nice, and doesn't let his lack of powers get him upset. He believes that wizards should be able to coexist in the world of muggles. He offten mutters to himself when he's trying to figure out something for his class.
History: Kessar's parents raised him in belief that he would become a wizard with great powers, but when they realized that he wasn't showing a lot of magical attributes, they knew that he wasn't going to get into the prized school of Hogwarts. But they tried not to let it get to him, they taught him how to use magical items like a broom, or other things, that way he would look normal growing up with a magic community, he was also given his fathers wand. Everyone knew he was a Squib when he didn't go to Hogwarts at 11, but they soon realized he could make it without it. And he was also taught a lot about muggles because they had to do things without magic just like him. This is why he became an expert on Muggles, and became a teacher at hogwarts. He's been working at Hogwarts for six years.
Appearance: Average height, he has blonde hair that is short and slightly spikey, he wears muggle clothing when he teachers, but dark red robes when roaming the school. He's always smiling.

Age: 37
House: Hufflepuff
Wand: Pine wood, unicorn hair, 11inches, with a gold polish.
Class: Divination
Blood: Pure, with a few kinks.
Pet: (N/A... She hates pets.)
Personality: Professor Oliana fears a lot of winged creatures. She has students or other teachers mail her letters. She can be very crazed about divination, she takes it seriously, although she tends to believe everything she sees as a sign. She's superstitious. She screeches if a black cat crosses her path, and she freezes up at the site of any hefty black dog. When a student complains that they can't see anything, she either shouts that this means that they will die because they have a blank future, or that they do not have the eye and that they must take extra lessons to teach it. Although if a student, comes to her in confidence she will never tell their secret.
History: She grew up at hogwarts, taking divination and becoming taken with it. She started to see a lot of things as signs, and she called it a gift. She made a promise to teach students this same power and she kept to that promise. McGonagall doesn't agree with her strange attitude, but it just seems to come with the class. She's been working here for 10 yeas.
Appearance: Oliana is a stout and stumpy woman, she has a round body and a round face. She often makes squealing noises at excitement, or out of fear. She has red hair that looks like an odd curly with on her head, she wears long flowing dresses, and cloaks that flow as well.
Other: When Calium Oliana was just out of Hogwarts, she tried to become an Animagus, but when she started to notice that she would quite possibly become a plump dog, she saw that as a bad omen and quit the lessons.

Name: Nikolas Dahl (Pronounced Doll, and usually called Nik from staff)
Age: 27
House: Ravenclaw
Wand: 11 1/2" Cherry Human hair core
Class: Astronomy
Blood: Muggleborn
Pet: Orange tigercat named Kyo, and a brown barn owl named Mito
Personality: Nik likes to show off, he is a first year teacher, but he was a secret agent for the Ministry of Magic. He is both on Ministry orders and for his own pleasure. He is very outgoing, likes to make the students laugh, and he also enjoys hanging with the staff (since most of them are so young). He also handles stress very well, since he did work abroad for the Ministry.
History: Nik has worked and is still working for the Ministry of Magic, as a secret agent, only Professor McGongall knows, and she doesn't even know the whole story. Nik is also here out of his own pleasure, he wants to be able to say that he has down many things in his life, and teaching is one of them. He enjoyed being at the school while he was a student, and hopes to stay for a few years and teach the students some things and teach himself.

Other: Nik was also born as animagis, he can transform himself into a dog, which is part collie, and german shepherd.

Name: Balrith Thompson
Age: 22
House: Gryffindor
Wand: Blackwood, Veela hair, 15 inches.
Class: Flying lessons
Blood: Mother is a Veela, Father a wizard, Balrith is the only boy out of 6 children, each girl was half Veela, he being a male doesn't hold much of the trait.
Pet: Albino Hawk named Alithiar, the bird often flies around watching the students.
Personality: Though he didn't get much of the Veela trait, he is very charming, he is often proud of his students, and always incouraging, but sometimes he has a very bad attitude. He loves teaching the first years, and he enjoys the thrill of a quidditch match. Can be protective over certain things.
History: Balrith grew up with six girls in his family, he played the "big brother" often, even though he was the youngest. He went to Hogwarts, a few of his sisters went to Beauxbatons, and some of them also went to hogwarts. He wasn't very good at all his classes, but he was a great quidditch player, and his choice was to teach and ref, or become a star player, but in one incident he broke his arm, easily reparable, but it was damaged for awhile, and that ruined his chances for becoming a Quidditch Champion, so instead he took the job offered to him as a teacher, and ref for Hogwarts.
Appearance: Blonde hair that goes down slightly and then waves, he has blue eyes, and a charming smile, though sometimes he can seem pretty dark.
