Welcome to the Contests!!!
You can ask me anything in this thread that has to do with the Lotto's
Don't forget to Put a poll in a new topic, Follow Gais Tos's and Most of all Have fun!
RULES~
Most Lottos should be done with the random number thing and that should eliminate problems.
You must show your random numbers in your lotto thread.
Also with Avi contests everyone should be able to see the winner by posting a Poll, so we do know whos won it. All new Avi contests must be a new thread. After the contest is done please leave the thread the way it was when there is a winner no messing with the poll. Then we can see it and it will show the winner.

Hello! I am Sparkle Hearts and I will be your sub forum mod. One thing that I do think needs to be added is this:
If I find out that there is cheating going on, the participates will be severly punished. This includes reporting to the captain and to Gaia Mods. Do. Not. Cheat. This includes using mules to win contests. Contest owners: If I find that your contest is rigged i.e. your mule wins you will also be reported.
Other then that have fun! I will be checking in every now and then to see how things are!

Let me go more in depth on the Cheating.
I want to let you know I have my mules in the avi contest.
I dont think it is a problem as long as the people do buy the tickets the mules can participate, now as long as the hosts aren't taking the money and having there own mule win I am not ok with that.
