Note to all users: Dictator of Fuchaw is only a figurehead leader(she is the guild's mule)--Asiram Quinn and myself are the ones who own and operate the guild.
In other words, report all problems to Asiram or myself. If Asiram Quinn or Airro (that's me) are not online, pm Tetsuyaka, or Airtosilverwolf. They are all crew and would be more than happy to help you.
Ok, on to the rules:
Basic Processes of Mods:
arrow If you break the rules more than 3 times, you will be banned! The duration and if you will be allowed to be a member of this guild again will be decided upon on a case by case basis.
arrow Asiram, myself, one of the crew members must agree if someone is to be banned. The vote must be either 2/1 or 3/0 for a ruling to pass. It will be documented in Dictators of Fuchaw's Mod Log post (the 3rd one on this page). That way no one can complain that the admins are on a power trip or whatever other nonsense.
arrow Asiram and Airro will document all actions taken in Dictator of Fuchaw's post in this thread--the third one. A log of the rule(s) broken, who broke them, and current status (warning 1, warning 2, warning 3, and banned) will be kept in that post.

arrow If you break any of Gaia's TOS in the guild you will be immedately banned from the Fuchaw Guild, will not be allowed back in the guild, and you will be reported to a GaiaOnline mod.
arrow "Chat speak" is not allowed! TYPE OUT YOUR WORDS! So what if it takes you three extra seconds to type out your sentence properly--at least people will be able to understand what the heck you are saying! Type proper english or don't type at all. If you do type in chat speak, either Asiram, myself, Tetsuyaka, or Airtosilverwolfwill send you a warning via pm. You will then have 24 hours to edit the post to proper english. If you fail to comply, your post will be deleted and you will be put on the Blacklist. Got it?
arrow arrow Exceptions to the "no chat speak" rule: saying lol and the like is fine (we all do it) but writing a whole sentence in "chat speak" will cause this rule to be enforced.
arrow All posts that do not pertain to a thread's topic will be deleted ONLY IF IT BOTHERS OTHER MEMBERS OF THE GUILD or if the thread is so off topic that we have no choice but to issue warnings and/or delete posts.
arrow arrow We don't mind a little diviation from thread topics. But when a post is rude or just plain out of line, we will delete it and send the person who posted it a warning via pm. We'll try to not delete your posts without warning you first. But this thread should be warning enough.
