(1: To make a questing thread you simply make a thread labled my thread or something along those lines in the ChatterBox or in the Gaia Exchange in the Charity/Quests subforums.
(2: Do you mean how to make an image a link? If So:
You make a simple image. As seen as earlier How-To thread. Then you do a simple code as the following:
[url=(your link location goes here)][img](your image location goes here)[/img][/url]
And that's about it. I hope that helped. :3
