Do any of you have an interest in dreams and dreaming? Let's talk about it here!
We can tell our dreams (sleeping dreams, that is) and look for opinions, interpretations, and general chatter.
When posting a dream, please try to give a bit of background information:
1. Is this a repeating dream? 2. What do some of the symbolic images mean to you personally? 3. When you woke up, what was your mood? 4. Do you have an idea of what this dream means, and if so what. If not, would you like to hear our thoughts? 5. Is anyone who has difficulty remembering their dreams, would you be open to learning how?

I had an interesting dream a while ago... I won't go into detail, but the strangest part about it was I was looking into this penguin tank, but it was like, open on top, and the ledge of it was about waist high, so you could upt your hands in the water if you wanted to... Anyway, I ws lookin' in it, and a little penguin (named Chassie... WHY he was named Chassie, I have no idea, but he was, and I simply knew that was his name)came up and took my hand in its little wing/flippers and said in a squawky voice, "You're in good hands."
*laughs* Now is that strange or what? O.o

I had two horrible dreams last night!
First- this guy I really dislike, who is rather large (to put it nicely) was stroking my tummy as I lay down. He then said "I fancy Bez" (1 of my male best friends) "but Bez fancies you. You should fancy Bez." I looked up and there was a picture of Bez, then this gay, large guy (called Robin) fell asleep on me... EWWW- head close to my chest and just squishing me otherwise. Then Bez walked in and I woke up!! EEEEK!!
Second- I was with my boyfriend, and we came out of this little house with a messy garden and we were going across the road- I think to my mum's house- when this old man (grandpa old) got out of this old red car and pointed a gun at us.
I screamed and hid behind my boyfriend, who was shot. I screamed again and kept crying sorry, while looking at the wound. He didn't seem bothered, and said it didn't hurt so the old man shot again- this time I threw myself in the way but it missed me and hit Jona (my boyfriend) again. He collapsed and had blood in his eyes.
I got the woman of the house to get tissues and water, drank the water and dabbed the blood away from Jona's eyes while the woman got the police. But the police/ambulance never came because she was in league with the old man!!!! AAAAH!

That's sad...I had a dream once where my mother died apparently from taking the wrong medication and I was really upset (obviously) and then I was at my grandmother's funeral and I was standing over casket watching her and all of a sudden she was standing beside me, looking down at herself in the casket as well and she said " I wasn't really 65 when I died, I was really 82, it wasn't the cancer, it was my age that killed me' and I got so creeped out that I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night.

This is Mahayr.

rock_babe ]I had two horrible dreams last night! First- this guy I really dislike, who is rather large (to put it nicely) was stroking my tummy as I lay down. I looked up and there was a picture of Bez, then this gay, large guy (called Robin) fell asleep on me... EWWW- head close to my chest and just squishing me otherwise. Then Bez walked in and I woke up!! EEEEK!! From what I can tell without asking questions, I see in an upleasant situation in which you are faced with a stuggle, and considering your choices, and having some doubts about them.
You feel pressured to make a decision, but it is a difficult one for you. You may feel trapped and upset about the manner in which you are trapped.
Faced with one possibility, you are alarmed, and react with shock.Second- I was with my boyfriend, and we came out of this little house with a messy garden and we were going across the road- I think to my mum's house- when this old man (grandpa old) got out of this old red car and pointed a gun at us. Again, you find your surrounding restrictive and messy, and perhaps needing advice.I screamed and hid behind my boyfriend, who was shot. I screamed again and kept crying sorry, while looking at the wound. He didn't seem bothered, and said it didn't hurt so the old man shot again- this time I threw myself in the way but it missed me and hit Jona (my boyfriend) again. He collapsed and had blood in his eyes. Alarmed, you hide behind some safety of the moment, but find your hiding to be dangerous, solving nothing, leading to more problems. The longer you put off what you need to do, the worse things will become.I got the woman of the house to get tissues and water, drank the water and dabbed the blood away from Jona's eyes while the woman got the police. But the police/ambulance never came because she was in league with the old man!!!! AAAAH! Covering up your lack of decision-making, you try to ease your guilt with doing other things, good things, taking care of others, perhaps. However, you find the problems only escalate and you continue to feel trapped and unable to trust your own judgements. Perhaps you just do not know what to do, you try getting help, but end up finding it turning against you.

Are your mother and grandmother still alive? Are you close to them, if so, or were you if not?

Alandra and Shinya, do tell us more!
If anyone else wants to take a stab at interpretaions, I will post one of my own, or you can do one already posted.
Remember that dreams are personal. Images mean different things to all of us. When posting, try to isolate some of the symbolic elements and tell me what they mean to you, personally.
