Ever notice how you can pick out songs that slighty resemble ska, theres horns and then the nice bass line, like the wendys commercial, and then its like noone knows that ska is its like, i dont know

I guess it's cause I've filled my veins with Ska. I live and breath Ska. Some people get it some don't. It's how things work. I personally think you have be more musically in tune get that ska sense. My friends are weirded out when I say "My ska sense in tingling".

Sometimes at the supermarket, they'll play something that sounds like a ska song over the speaker system, and me and my bro will skank in the aisles. We scare people sometimes, it's funny.

The bass lines you hear in most ska are calypso based, originating in the Carribean. That's the ska sound that most people think of.

I know exactly what you mean. There's a definitive tone but no one knows what it defines. It's like "Oh it's that one song that goes da-da-da with the horns and the bass"

Worthless Marshmellow Hmm. That reminds me. You know the old show that was on nickelodeon called "KABLAM"? Yeah, well that had a ska theme song thingy. heart That theme song is the beginning of two tone army by the toasters (i love that song) I'd like to know more about that. Haha anyways that show was awesome.... mainly just the offbeats. Yeah, anyways you rule for noticing that. 3nodding

to me ska=happyness...it makes me skank!....haha...and skanking is tre cool...no one is really into ska where i am..its a bit sad...everyone is all.."ska?...huh?..u loser"...and they are all.."emo..w00t...we rule..with our 'HxC'-ness"...pffffffft....i admit..i got some emo goin' on...but i mean..some of it is awesome...and ska is SKA!...ska will never die! domokun heart
