Located one floor down from the roof, with rooftop access, is the training studio. The room has a high ceiling and a large open floor space, and is rather like a loft. On the walls are any number of weapons intented for hand to hand combat, all blunted except those with red handles.
There is also a large circle marked out on the floor, for practice bouts. To win, you must simply force you opponent out of the said cirle. Outside the circle, a portion of the floor is covered in blue mats, and against the far wall are a couple treadmills, as well as an impressive set of free weights.

Okay, Dessik said walking into the place. "I declare war on you, 10% body fat." He went to work running on the treadmill for an hour and then moved to the universal weights.

Jaden walked into the dark stillness of the studio. He was early for meeting Dusk but that was all right, he had some things he wanted to think about. Gazing intently at one of the weight machines he suddenly lept up and perched on top of it. He sat, perfectly balanced, and began humming an old tune he had been taught long ago.

Roxas slowly walked into the training studio as if he owned the place. He didn't notice himself but anyone would have that specific level of arrogance at around the age of two thousand. Figuring that he would warm up first he walked over to the first available treadmill and got on it. At first he began walking, but soon moved on to running. Though he had been running for about half an hour he hadn't began to swet at all. Looking up while running he saw one other in the room with him. He didn't know who he were but at the moment that didn't matter much to him.

Jaden looked at the Lycan from his perch without moving a muscle. Strange that another Lycan would be here, so long as he kept to himself Jaden didn't mind even though the break in the silence was extremly irrateing.

Finishing with his warmup he got off the treadmill and began pacing back and forth on the othere side of the room. If had been a while since he had last had some exceiment, and he was beginning to becoming restless. Thinking he would work out more he went of to where the weights were and began lifting some, starting with sixty pounds in each hand.

"What are you searching for that you would come here?" Jaden asked vacantly. He didn't look down at the Lycan as he said this, his eyes were still dreamy as if in deep thought.

Roxas ignored him for a moment before responding to the lycan's question. Putting the weights down for a seconed he answered "Looking...well not that it's any of your business but i'm not looking for anything besides a good workout and perhaps a little exciment if possible." Then he took the weights he had put down and put them away and went for a higher weight.

Jaden turned his head for the first time and looked at the Lycan, his eyes glimmering. "Is that what age does to you?" he asked. "it turns you back into a puppy? Be mindful of what you have because it can all be lost in the blink of an eye."

Putting the weights down once again he looked back over to the lycan. Some of what he said was true even though the puppy comment angered him a bit he kept that anger to himself and didn't show it. Finished thinking he spoke up, "I dont think it has anything to do with my age, just they way i tend to be during periods of bordom."

Jaden continued to look at the Lycan from his perch. He liked speaking to him right now, it took his mind off of the more troubleing issues.
"And why is it that your life is boreing?" he said continueing to be the interrogator.

Roxas thought about his responce for a moment. He allready knew the answer but how to word it so that someone would understand. "It's not compleatly, working out is ok and all but i fell as if i was born to be a warrior. And I feel alot more comfortable in a battle. Its the thrill and the risk that makes it a rush and i enjoy it."

Thinking that he might as well still workout while hes talking he grabed the weights and put them back and went for a higher set. He coulden't even remember a time in which he had just done nothing, and he was allmost allways on the go. Perhaps I should give resting a try he thought, though not today.

"If you are a warrior then how is it that you view your death?" Jaden said almost more to himself than the other Lycan. "Do you look for opponents that could beat you and try your best to see that they don't? Or do you simply test your limits alone?"

Roxas continued to lift weights as he thought about his answer. This person seemed to have a gift for asking intriging questions. "To tell you the truth i don't think about death to often, when the time comes i just hope it will be in an honorable battle, as for who I choose to challenge...I do tend to challenge people of either equal footing or better then myself, to challenge someone weaker has no point."
