Which one would it be and what song would you replace it with? I'm going with Good Night (ToR) and replacing it with Realize -fly into the universe mix- by Nami Tamaki X3 I know, i'm just really bored.

Hmm...

I think all of them were pretty good.

I'd definitely replace Eternia's if I had the option. I'd replace either with the REAL "Flying" (Damnit, stay in the same key!) or something else. I'd probably also change both of Symphonia's...

Have a new Tales of game music composed by Sacuraba, but have the Gorillaz do the introduction...hellz yeah cool the Gorillaz are cool. Joking. mrgreen Seriously though, when is Gorillaz going to contribute music through games? Tsunami bomb did Disgaea, and 50 cent did his own game, why not the Gorillaz? eek

Goodnight is great! crying *listens* Admittedly, it's sort of short in the ToR intro, but try out the full song.

I hate Tao's singing, but its composition is brilliant... the English intro sucked too... sad

I tried the full version of Remember by Flow, and it worked pretty well with the Tales of Symphonia Opening.
The first line (roughly) means: Time has been standing still for me, but a new journey is about to begin,
.... isn't that so Symphonia-ish?
I played it on youtube and started the music as the part where you see Lloyd running. The only problem is that the short version of the song is too short and the long version is too long, so I had to use the long version of the song and cut away about a quarter of the song to get to the end
(The ending of the song matched well with the ending of the animation)
mrgreen
When/If I download Windows Movie Maker, that'd be my first project!

I also just tried Asterisk by Orange Range (OST Ver.) with the ToS intro, it works perfectly!
mrgreen
The trick is to start the usic and then the video (no sound) in the middle of the 1st scene (right before it starts fading away)

Tales of Phantasia: Yume wa Owaranai is awesome for the Playstation version; even the MIDI Gameboy version is catchy. ^_^ I wouldn't change this.

Tales of Destiny: The Japanese song, Yume de aru Youni, is the best ever... I'm obsessive over it. Well. Kinda. Anyway... The English opening was pretty bad; although, I do like how there are sounds to go along with the video. But, you know what? I'd totally put in the Japanese version (the long version) of Fighting Evil by Moonlight. xD! It works perfectly! (The song is from Sailor Moon... <3)

Tales of Eternia: Flying is fine. It's a cool song. The English opening instrumental is pretty good too in my opinion...

Tales of Destiny 2: Key to my Heart is kinda boring. It seemed amazing at first, but, now I'd probably change it for Your Star by the All American Rejects. Just because... It works awesome with the video. (It's odd that the song is about love, and the lyrics are about some girl, and love, and sadness, and stuff, when Barbatos appears though. xD)

Tales of Symphonia: Both Japanese opening songs are okay, although, I'd change them for an awesome song like Pizza Pie by System of a Down. (Oh my god! The song works PERFECT with this video. Fanasticabulous!) Although... Since one of the Japanese songs has a great guitar solo, I'd leave them, and change the stupid English opening song instead. :3

Tales of Rebirth: Good Night is a good song for the introduction, I wouldn't change it either.

Tales of Legendia: Tao sucks... Urgh, seriously, it does. Switch it for... Ah, I don't care. (I don't have the opening video downloaded right now, so maybe I'll suggest a song later when I test-play them along with the video later.) The English version, in which I play, has an awesome opening theme anyway. <3 Agree with me...?

Tales of the Abyss: Karma is okay, and I wouldn't change it. But... since Tales of the Abyss is coming into English into the Fall, I'd want the English opening to be Come into my World by Kylie Minogue. xD Yes! It works very well. (I mean, why not? They're just gonna put a dumb instrumental for this one too, probably...)
