Yes It is Aviolation of the Gaia ToS Which could get MoZilla and this Guild in serious trouble if a Mod Caught this act taking Place. I will post in all threads that Violate this rule and then Lock them so please no more selling of MP3's on gaia We dont want PWG Shut down now do we?

duh they have to send for free or we can get in trouble, hey inferno is it ok if the person with the mp3's kindley ask for a donation ( it dosent pretain to me cuz i dont sell mine and i can only send mine through aim)

The rules said sell not kindly donate so Id imagin its ok to Donate the song, it be no different if you wrere using a file sharing program then so I dont see the harm in it.
