This is a bit large for the FAQ... *shrug shrug* But we found them! Where they're going, that is. They've been scheduled to hit the US for months, you know, right? Welll...... It's anime expo. First step is to get a damn job. The sooner I do that and save money, the more likely it is. If I can pay my own way, there's a 70% chance they'll let me.
...Course Mother Dearest isn't always logical, but I'll not bring that up here. neutral

I have about a 50/50 chance of going. Suprisingly, Mother Dearest agreed...
"Won't that be expensive?" she said.
"I'm going to my 2nd choice in college to save you $20,00 a year," said I.
"...Oh," said she. And there wasn't really any arguing with that. xd I offered to pay for as much as I could too, so that helped.
There's just 2 problems. First, she hasn't exactly agreed yet, just ot DISAGRREED and sounded pretty interested in details. The second (and siginifigantly bigger) problem is that I can only go if my fsewing buddy goes, which is iffy at best. But maybe maybe MAYBE... *crosses fingers and holds breath*
Or I need to hunt down someone elkse as crazy as I am who she knows that can ship out to CA for a week.
EDIT: Okaaaaaay, not so much. Laura can't go. gonk
EDIT the SEQUEL: ...Plan B is going into effect at approximatley the same time as plans C, D, and E, so if I can manipulate and be resourceful enough to fix something by June 15, there's a slim chance that I can still go...
