He does.
I think a tattoo insde the lip would definately hurt, along with a piercing on the bridge of you nose. <********, a tattoo anywhere would freak me out. But I think I will actually get one when I'm old enough.

XDD I didn't want one at first, but I made this drawing that I like and would be a killer tattoo. This year I've made alot of decisions I never thought I'd make- I never wanted to dye my hair, now I'm black instead of blonde. I never wanted a piercing anywhere but a double piercing, now I have planned that in the next 2 years I'm gonna get 4 other piercings. And the tattoo thing. O_O
