I finally found something to help with my stress/anxiety! ^^ It's more of a home remedy, but I thought I should still share it.
Ingredients: Milk, Honey, Cinnamon or Nutmeg
Directions: Warm the milk, add the honey, add cinnamon or nutmeg to taste.
It's actually soothing and tastes good. Calmed me right down tonight. ^^ Best of all, they're common ingredients.

OO I wonder if two drops of mint and three drops of lemon oil would do the same thing.

Brown Sugar Rosemary Ginger Carrots!
I have one. I'm not sure the exact measurments because i do it all by eye. First, you boil some baby carrots. You want to cook as many as you can eat. Then when those are done you place a frying pan on the stove and add some butter. You need to add a little more butter than you normally would for things not to stick! Next you add the good stuff. Take two tsp of powdered or dried Ginger. I sometimes put some fresh ginger in it. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and add some rosemary to the sauce (as much as you wish) Once all mix add the now soft baby carrots. It is a sweet but tasty dish. It is soo good. I suggest you try it.

(`~*.~,.I am Aila-al-Jehan.,~.*~') I made a mist that smells quite nice and is a pleaent scent to go to sleep to.
Water Rose oil Jasmine oil
Mix, put in bottle, shake and spray whereever. ^^ What concentration of what is up to you, but keep in mind that jasmine can be a bit too strong and pungent for right before sleep. If you want, add a L'IL bit of lavender and/or lilac. (*.~*.Light to the world.*~.*)

You might want to consider resizing it, or getting someone else to make you a sig that's suitable and has everything you need.

A lot of nutmeg is a hallucinogenic. A -lot-. Like a whole nut's worth. Which really isn't much, in your hand, but that's a lot of nutmeg in your milk. XD We had a friend who ate a whole nutmeg and saw tiny vikings running under the fridge. Also, it's toxic in that dose, so no thinking it's an easy and safe drug! XD It's stomach pumping time.
